There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention.
When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air.
This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events:
I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm.
I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button.
I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation.
I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night.
The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima.
I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

L'effetto di isolamento sonoro non è buono. È possibile sentire il passaggio a metà notte. Il bambino sarà anche denunciato. Ha pagato per vivere in un hotel, e non è nemmeno buono.

La nostra camera era facilmente accessibile, molto confortevole e tranquilla. Ci sono stati caffè, succo, banane, yogurt greco e dolci rulli per colazione, e potevamo avere dei waffles. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole, anche se ho demagnetizzato la nostra carta da camera due volte, apprendendo che la vicinanza a un cellulare ha questo effetto.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'edificio di trasporto passeggeri. Ci sono dodici minuti a piedi. C'è un autobus di shuttle che torna all'aeroporto dell'hotel.Il problema è che il rumore è troppo vicino all'aeroporto. Il rumore è un po'grande, ma anche il giorno è troppo forte, e può dormire tranquillamente nel rumore dell'aereo.

Pensavo che questo hotel sarebbe stato un po' più pulito e vecchio. Le cortina di anelli si sono sbattute. Tuttavia, la posizione era molto buona e mi sono soddisfatto.

Il servizio era buono, ma penso che qualcuno fosse andato a letto fuori dalla finestra, le pareti erano così sottili che potevo sentire la gente accanto alla porta discutere e ottenere il servizio circa quattro volte.La stanza era relativamente pulita, ma sembrava essere stata riparata più volte. E' stato sufficiente per la sua finalità, ma non ho mai avuto un soggiorno simile.

Forse uno degli hotel che offrono servizi in camera durante il vostro soggiorno - così tanti non lo fanno più, anche se paghiamo molto di più - più il colazione è terribile con buona qualità di cibo - tranne per i fragole e le pine da bagno congelate - perché? Non ha senso - ma la birra è soddisfatta dei loro servizi

UUtente ospiteDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

GgojensengoSusan, al di fuori del dipartimento, ha fatto il nostro check-in e era meravigliosa, spiegando attentamente tutte le strutture dell'hotel.
La posizione era perfetta. In mezzo al centro, vicino ai punti commerciali, tutti devono andare in città di Seattle, e anche la stazione metropolitana che può portare a Mariners T-Mobile Park o l'aeroporto.

•프론트 및 하우스키퍼 분들의 친절하신 응대에 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었습니다.
•렌트카가 있다면 넓은주차장에 주차하기 아주 좋습니다. 다만, 주차장 이용료가 있습니다.
•다운타운까지 트래픽이 없다면 I-5도로로 곧장 직진으로 타고 가다가 빠지면 되서 복잡하지 않게 길을 찾아가 용이합니다. (약 20분)
• 단점은 변기 수압이 약합니다.
• 단점 커피머신은 있지만 커피포트가 없습니다.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

UUtente ospiteAll service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello.
