Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

I travel a lot and usually stay at the 5 star chains. . When I was told to stay in central Auckland, looked on Trip and my choices were between Abstract and the Mercure similar price deals. I opted for this small hote and paid for a night with breakfast.l. I was glad I did. It was a comfortable little place. The front desk staff were lovely. I checked in after a hard day of meetings and my China Union pay couldn't process the deposit. It was raining in Auckland and I.had no cash. The receptionists professionally let me through (they could probably tell that I'd had a hard day!). Studio room I had was just right for me. Water preassure in the shower was great. They had nice hot chocolate and mugs were big so you can warm your hands They had two small counters for breaklast, but they had all the usual breakfast goodness with falafel also. The owner may be Greek. Breakfast staff seemed genuinely happy to be serving breakfast shift. I was tired and asked if I could have a late check~out. Receptionists smilingly obliged. I'd return to this hotel any winter day in Auckland. Thank you for listing it Trip!

This is definitely the best hotel with top service in Auckland. We were on a group tour and stayed in several hotels all over the country, Horizon stood out as the most accommodating, comfortable, and friendly. It's just a few minutes walk from Weta, the neighborhood is clean, modern and convenient, surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. I carelessly left my spare phone in a hotel in Wellington, and I am super grateful that the Concierge at Horizon went out of their way to help get it back... (it was a slightly complicated situation as I left New Zealand before the phone reached Horizon).

The single room is really tiny. Please upgrade to super single room. Our room was not ready after 5 pm. Reception told us they are doing final inspection to ensure there’s a fruit basket in the room for us. It’s a LIE! Not only there’s no fruit basket, there’s also no bottled water provided ! Other than this, overall the stay is good!

This is an excellent place to stay if you're transiting through Auckland airport. Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.

Honestly, overall I enjoyed the stay at the Copthrone Hotel in Auckland. The location was good and the staff were friendly. The bar was good (although like anything in Auckland everything was over priced) and the pasta I had one night was really good. Unfortunately the hotel needed a face lift. The paint on the walls were chipped, the carpet needed replacing and the doors wouldn't close properly. The bathrooms were untidy and very small. It was also a very noisy hotel. They Melenium Group need to spend some money on this facility because it could be a great hotel. 3 stars.

L'Holiday Inn Express è uno dei miei hotel preferiti durante il mio soggiorno in Nuova Zelanda 2-week. Situato nel cuore della zona cbd di Auckland e vicino a tutto (supposti, ristoranti, bar, porto). È un passo 6-minute alla Sky Tower dove si può prendere l'autobus Airport Express per $17 nzd. L'ingresso dell'hotel è in un inclinamento significativo. La reception è al secondo piano che si può prendere un ascensore o un escalatore. La caffetteria e il piccolo salone sono a destra del ricevimento. Il colazione è stato il solito uova scrambled, salsa, ham, toast, yogurt, cereali, frutta, muffin e altre pasticcerie. A causa del grande volume di clienti, le due macchine da caffè erano di solito basse sul latte per preparare alcune bevande da caffè.Amo la stanza. Il giardino è sul bagno e ha abbastanza spazio per il bagaglio. La doccia è chiusa in un cubo di vetro con disegni d'onda. Un luce notturna nella camera da bagno ha risparmiato energia se avete bisogno di un po' di luce per muoversi intorno alla stanza. Il letto era comodo e l'a/c ha funzionato. La nostra camera era pulita e temperata, il nostro letto non era il più morbido e era molto basso, ma il tetto aveva tutto quello che avresti bisogno per un soggiorno di una notte per un concerto. Veramente conveniente per la Spark Arena. Sentite che il parcheggio è molto stretto e dovrete prenotare un posto. Non c'è ascensore solo le scale. Anche personale molto amichevole e utile. Userà questo posto di nuovo per il prossimo viaggio all'arena Spark

Skycity è il nostro luogo di soggiorno. Molto pulito, ben progettato, grande posizione e con il bonus Skydrive bus accanto all'hotel un enorme risparmio rispetto al taxi/Uber/shuttle.

A basic, clean, bright, and reasonably-priced hotel that's perfectly located for someone overnighting between international / domestic flights like me. Brilliant staff - friendly, approachable, and, more importantly, focused on solutions. They put to shame the attitude and behaviour of many much more expensive New Zealand hotels.

I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We chose the place for the stunning location and beach access just across the road. Also the bed was a king which was a plus as so many places offered the queen size only. Clean and tidy and friendly service. Bus stop access right outside the apar**ent. Would definitely recommend this place.

Disclaimer: Waiheke Island Resort management will likely refute this review point-by-point, but rest assured they’ll never be on site or do anything to correct the issues that led to the criticism. Waiheke Island is beautiful so enjoy the view, because that’s all you’re likely to enjoy at this place. Waiheke Island Resort has it all: resort in name only, closed ammenities, and unserviced rooms. (Please note: they DID make the beds in one of our rooms, once. But nothing else.) Have a fetish for smoke damaged rooms? They’ve got you covered. Want to book two rooms on the same reservation but ensure you’re on apposite ends of the property? WIR is the place to be. Dead palms? Check Rubbish under the deck? Check Staff without a single care or answer? Check and check Courtesy vans? They’ve got two but don’t expect to ride in one. Electric bikes? The signs say ‘yes’ the people say ‘no’. Food? Not if you’re visiting on a day that ends in ‘y’. Weddings? Let me get a divorce lawyer ready for you on speed dial. This place has so much potential, but for now that’s all it has. Let’s hope they put some money into the unheated pool with cracks so large you’d be right to ask if the property was somehow, no matter how scientifically impossible, damaged in the Kaikoura or Christchurch quakes. Or they could address the many many many steps throughout the place that need attention. The most radical thought? For less than $100 they could ensure rooms have cups and plates. (Especially when the “resort” restaurant isn’t open and the nearest shop is a 1.3km walk from the “resort”.) You’d hope the people working here (note: don’t expect anyone on site outside of 10am - 4pm on those pesky days ending in ‘y’) would care enough to try a bit harder or at least proactively suggest local restaurants or things to do given NOTHING IS OPEN OR AVAILABLE DURING PEAK SEASON AT THIS RESORT but, again, no. No a million times over. Most importantly— and this is the most serious criticism— this property is not for ANYONE with any kind of mobility challenges: you will be required to walk up and down significant inclines and there IS NO ASSISTANCE provided for you or your luggage. Not an issue for us but I would have been incandescent if parents or a mobility-challenged individual were with us. So, re-sort your holiday plans if this is the “resort” on your list for all the reasons above and more.

Nice big rooms & wonderfully local location. Very friendly & helpful staff. I'll be booking here again next time I'm in Waiheke. For the rate of the room I wasn't expecting such a big kitchen area & main living quarters. We booked as a group & all of the rooms I saw were nice & big

My husband and I stayed at Delamore Lodge last weekend - it was absolutely fabulous, one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in! Even before we arrived, the staff (particularly Adam and Nehan) were incredibly helpful in answering various questions about our stay and transport around the island. When we arrived it was like walking into a little corner of Paradise - our room was gorgeous and very private and the views absolutely stunning. The Lodge itself is very stylish with a lovely infinity pool and beautiful tropical gardens. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular, Nehan and Cendré (apologies if I have misspelt the name) and gave us such personal service. We had the three course menu one evening, which was delicious. Unfortunately the Lodge was not able to accommodate us on our second evening, but again Nehan was very helpful in sending us recommendations for other restaurants close by and making the booking for us. Even though we were not eating there, we were given a delicious charcuterie board with our complimentary evening drinks. We cannot recommend Delamore Lodge highly enough - it is a very special place.

Stavo qui per due notti.In una stanza di ispezione più vicina era un po' polverosa e sembrava che non fosse stata polverizzata per un po'.Il pavimento non sembrava neanche pulito.. poteva essere di tintura incollata nelle piastre ma non sembrava pulita. Le foto della piscina non corrispondono alle foto, l'acqua era nuda e verde e i lati della piscina erano molto sporchi, mi hanno messo fuori da andare.Non mi sbagliare era una bella cabina con una microonde e una cucina, ma per 340 una notte un po' sopra prezzo nel mio Il proprietario di arrivo non ha detto molto... solo che dovrei girare l'aria con quando entrero'. Non c'era una spugna o Hoover per sbattere il pavimento così non poteva andare in fretta.
