Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

La posizione geografica è incontaminata e molto conveniente.Il servizio completo può, il club è andato una volta, l'esperienza è molto scarsa. Il personale di servizio non è in un posto di lavoro prima di uscire per mezzo giorno e non è felice di uscire.La camera è troppo morbida, la testa troppo morbida e l'aria condizionata troppo calda.La colazione può essere detto molto generale.

La stanza è molto vecchia, le finestre sono state pulite anche scarsamente. Tuttavia il resto dell'hotel è bello e aggiornato, tra cui la zona di spa e piscina. In generale è stato un soggiorno decente, ma io andrei solo per il bagno e non restare ancora lì.

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

Check in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.

Abbiamo appena avuto una stanza in cortile così aveva tutto quello che volevamo per il prezzo. Grande posizione, bella spiaggia, vicino ai ristoranti e proprio vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. Ci ritroveremo!! Spero che possiamo offrire una stanza davanti alla spiaggia!!!

L'architettura più alta della città di Orewa, il paesaggio è molto alto, la lavanderia è comoda, la lavatrice è seccatrice è tutti, il letto è comodo, il supermercato è al piano di sotto, troppo vicino al mare, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto.

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Luogo molto bello, vista magnifica, nel cuore della natura dell'isola! La stanza era spaziosa con un bel letto e una bella cucina ben fornita per cucinare! Il bagno era ok! Unico lato negativo: tante zanzare e tanti ragni!

Nel complesso non è male, gli isolani hanno aperto, l'ambiente è buono, la stanza è grande, puoi cucinare da solo, la sorgente termale di fronte è molto nella media, non raccomandata, il servizio degli isolani è molto nella media, la sorgente termale accanto sembra meglio!
