Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

Inizialmente avevo programmato di rimanere solo una notte, dato che l'hotel era appena stato inaugurato e non ero sicuro di cosa aspettarmi. Tuttavia, sono rimasto così colpito che ho prolungato il soggiorno a tre notti! Ha reso il mio viaggio ad Auckland davvero indimenticabile. Dalle eccellenti strutture allo staff eccezionale, tutto ha superato le mie aspettative. Anche il tè del mattino al ristorante di fronte al parcheggio dell'hotel era assolutamente delizioso, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più meravigliosa. L'hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. Grazie per un soggiorno così fantastico!

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

設施：一般，沒有電梯，衹能扛着行李上二樓 衞生：房間打掃的乾淨，衹是有點陳舊 環境：比較偏，需要開車出去吃飯。走路距離衹有麥當勞。 服務：沒有24小時前台服務，過了點，衹能聯繫值班電話通過密碼箱取房卡。

Check in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

Camila, Chloe e Henry erano molto caldi, amichevoli e utili. La Sala Executive era ben presentata e forniva bevande e snack adeguati. La camera da letto era spaziosa e il colazione aveva diverse opzioni. Il cuoco che ha preso gli ordini era amichevole ed efficiente, ma la piscina era ben mantenuta, ma i bagni nella sala di cambio non sembravano essere adeguatamente mantenuti e puliti.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

thumbs up: 1/ location - right on the viaduct harbour 2/ room is spacious & with practical layout and furnishing 3/ nice to see beau the labrador, the ambassador of the hotel  4/ concierge staff mr kim was professional for addressing us  thumbs down: 1/ check in - checked in at about 3pm and waited for more than 40 minutes to have the room ready ... luggage wasn't even sent to the room and needed to wait for another 20 minutes 2/ housekeeping - an area needed big improvement ... it' was not up to park hyatt's standard ... missing replacing tea cups, wine glasses, body lotion, soap, slippers, water, and etc ... the floor was with dust after staying 9 nights ... soap dishes weren't cleaned everyday 3/ breakfast - so apparently short of staff and training ... there were times proper cutlery wasn't prepared when seated and needed to ask for it .. missing orders like cup of coffee and water 4/ guest services - please don't expect calls to be picked up timely

Buona posizione per coloro che si trovano a West Auckland. Servizio normale, motel NZ tipico. Un vecchio motel. Ha una piscina, una sauna e un parcheggio spazioso.

La posizione geografica è incontaminata e molto conveniente.Il servizio completo può, il club è andato una volta, l'esperienza è molto scarsa. Il personale di servizio non è in un posto di lavoro prima di uscire per mezzo giorno e non è felice di uscire.La camera è troppo morbida, la testa troppo morbida e l'aria condizionata troppo calda.La colazione può essere detto molto generale.
