Cambogia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Sihanoukville

I really don't like the staff who handle reservations at this hotel. I know I made my booking online, and I reserved three rooms. I tried to request that all three rooms be on the same floor by contacting the reservation staff via Telegram, but she didn't place us on the same floor and was quite rude. I mentioned that I needed one extra bed, which she provided, but regarding my request for all the rooms to be on the same floor, she put one of our rooms on a different floor. 😡 When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they had three rooms on the same floor, contrary to what the reservation handler had told us.

I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

I spent few nights with this hotel, and i love the way it's. Nice and peaceful place to stay and this big space as well as the pool on the second floors was nice view for sunset view. I would recommend to anyone would love to spend their time for holiday in SHV.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e moderne. Il letto è molto confortevole. Purtroppo, l'hotel non prende la pulizia molto accuratamente. Il bagno dietro la porta era un cappuccio di sangue di circa 8 mm con salotto, nel doccia c'è funghi. La lavanderia era invece buona. Non c'è un vero ristorante. Ma c'è del snack da mangiare al bar della piscina sul tetto. Purtroppo, c'è anche qualcosa di inappetito. Le tavole non sono pulite e completamente impazzite. Ho chiesto al mio ordine di pulire la tavola, ma poi il cibo è arrivato sul tavolo sporco. Solo quando ho trovato che non poteva metterlo sul tavolo, qualcuno venne con una lama (anche sporca), e poi la tavola era ancora incollata. E interessante: secondo la scheda di pranzo, il cibo costava 6,50 USD, poi ho avuto 8 USD sulla fattura. Il buffet per colazione è piuttosto visibile, ma ancora ok, anche con l'igiene, per quanto lo vedi. I dipendenti, anche quelli alla reception parlano poco inglese. Sihanouk non è in genere visibile. È una città molto, molto sporca, piena di ruine. Le condizioni igienico-sanitarie sono miserabili. In una strada, ha sentito bene, perche' c'era un ratto mezzo occidentale sulla strada, anche se l'hotel fosse ancora buono, non si può stare davanti alla porta.

Siamo stati qui per 5 notti per una vacanza di spiaggia rilassante. Sokha Resort vi dà solo questo. Il personale è molto amichevole, le bevande e il cibo erano meravigliose e la piscina e la spiaggia privata erano perfette. La selezione del colazione è ok e alcune parti della stanza potrebbero essere migliorate - ma non un dealer. Divertitevi!

Situato proprio fuori dal centro, ma gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi e puliti. Volevamo controllare un'ora dopo, e non c'era problema per il personale.

Il personale del servizio frontale, la camera e il colazione erano buoni. Situazione vicino alla stazione di autobus ma non era grande per camminare e cercare un posto per mangiare. Non ci sono problemi a controllare la vecchia zona di spiaggia, perché abbiamo sentito come è stata rovinata. Certo ci sono stati molti edifici da quando siamo stati qui nel 2017.

EXCELLENT! Here's WHY: The place itself is serene already. Considering Covid's situation with probably fewer guests in the past year or two, they still have a decent-looking place. Reception is clean and well organized, lifts are clean, and the hallways are tidy. I stayed in the deluxe room category. If I did not come to enjoy the beach view and the pool, I would not leave my room. The deluxe room is pretty cozy. Well maintained; hoping the rest of the rooms too. Food? I could not say anything terrible about what the cuisines taste. It was superb! I came during a peak season, so expect some delays without changing food quality. I did not manage to swim as I preferred to relax and swim at the ocean pool instead. The beach was clean, and I saw many people enjoying their time swimming. The ocean pool is heaven! You must visit that area if you want to have ”intragamable” sunset photos. I know two nights was not enough, that is why I am sad but will surely visit again for a longer time. Thank you! Special mention to the F&B Manager, the head of security, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent services and facility), and Anna, the General Manager.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was noice from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional receptionist. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained and comfortable after a long day. I would also like to give a special thanks to all security guards. Overall, I had a nice experience and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Quite new place with clean and peaceful environment. Staff were friendly and supportive. Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.

kamarnya sangat bagus, furniturenya masih baru smua, kamar bersih, lokasi dikaki gunung yang menghadap ke laut, pemandangan yang indah dengan kolam renang yang besar, lokasi masih sepi tapi di dekat hotel ada minimarket, resto dan cafe ❤️

The place is so fresh, clean, and nice view. I highly recommend for couples, friends, and family. If u wish to have a private and relax trip, pls go there. The staff, managers, services are all very friendly. The price is reasonable with given breakfast. Will visit again!

Six Senses Krabey Island is undoubtedly located in a breathtaking setting. From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the island and the warm, welcoming arrival experience set the tone for what could have been a perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made every effort to ensure we felt welcome. Our villa was a standout feature—stunningly designed, surrounded by lush forest for privacy while still offering beautiful sea views. It was thoughtfully equipped with high-quality toiletries, soft towels, luxurious bedding, and essential mosquito nets around the bed. The private plunge pool was always impeccably prepared, morning and night, ensuring everything was ready whenever we fancied a dip. Additionally, buggies were readily available to transport us around the resort whenever needed. The onsite dining offered good quality food with a variety of options. However, we were disappointed to find that one of the two restaurants was often closed during our stay. For a resort that charges over $1,000 per night, guests should have the opportunity to dine at either venue each evening. The mini-bar system was another letdown. The mini-bar was not stocked upon arrival, and we were required to order items via an iPad, phone, or WhatsApp communication with our butler. This system felt unnecessarily complicated, especially when we wanted wine for a romantic evening. Unfortunately, we encountered significant delays in getting our order fulfilled, which disrupted our plans. Another issue arose with check-out arrangements. On arrival, our butler presented multiple late check-out options, but she failed to mention the 50% surcharge that would apply for staying beyond the standard check-out time. This led to confusion when we later aligned our transfers with this arrangement, only to learn about the charge after the fact. When we raised the issue, communication stalled, and the resolution was unnecessarily drawn out, leaving a sour note to the experience. We also experienced Wi-Fi issues, with the connection dropping repeatedly for two days. This was frustrating, particularly as my partner had important business calls to attend to. Although the staff eventually resolved the issue and sent chocolates as an apology, it was a significant inconvenience. The resort’s pricing structure also felt overly fragmented. There were additional charges for the boat transfer to the island, which felt excessive given the already steep room rates. These costs would have been better incorporated into the overall price to provide a more seamless experience. Similarly, a stocked mini-bar with basic refreshments such as soft drinks and snacks should be a courtesy, particularly for a remote island resort of this caliber. Despite these issues, there were notable highlights. The spa services were exceptional—my gold facial was a dream, and the massages were equally fantastic. I love the rice fields and mountains view in Prenob, it has an amazing view, very peaceful and lovely, rice terrace blocks are shaped in flat, there are many spots to take good photos. Everything is designed authentic to attract tourist interests. I actually love hearing the songs of different birds around the river. I like the wooden boat for sunset even it was little bit hot and dry season I could get the chance using it🫶At the beginning I was afraid of the sun burning but it was ok and safe no doubt. Staffs are very friendly, prices are very fair. Definitely recommended

È un bel hotel con così tanta potenziale. La zona della piscina e la spiaggia sono fab, ma il servizio intorno alla piscina potrebbe essere stato molto meglio e più attento. Dovremmo continuare a salire e andare al bar per ordinare le nostre bevande. Mi sembra che ci sia stato un hotel di questa classe che ci chiedeva se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Roda era brillante che ci portasse sempre acqua quando ci sedevamo per primo nelle nostre stanze, ma che perse nei giorni di riposo. Nessuno ci ha portato l'acqua che dovevamo chiedere, le camere erano pulite e belle, il nostro padiglione di spiaggia che conduceva alla spiaggia era fab, quindi mi consiglierei di fare questo speciale. Il cibo era delizioso e buono di dimensioni, era bello che potessimo ordinare i nostri pasti da entrambi i menu (scia di spiaggia e ristorante principale). Ci sono anche menù dei bambini e menù vegetariani, non lo sapevamo fino al terzo giorno e continuava a ordinare cibi adulti per nostra figlia. Thol era sorprendente il suo servizio è eccellente quando era fuori, egli è stato nuovamente perso. Abbiamo soggiornato in molti altri piccoli hotel leader e i locali e le camere dell'hotel vivono fino alla reputazione, ma il servizio non è stato purtroppo. Ci avrebbe potuto essere una più esperienza personale e sicuramente più attenta. Non ci fermeremmo ancora per qualche anno.
