A very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast staff were great and did everything they can to make the stay was as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to them.  The housekeeping staff and reception were also great and they need to be commended for their service.  The room is as described in the website and is a good size.  Happy to continue staying here and I am next in Kokura.  Thank you.

The staff at this hotel were polite and very helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, but the food tasted good and was of nice quality. I also appreciated that the lobby had sufficient seating, making it a comfortable place to rest or wait. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an extra pillow in the single rooms, which would add to the overall comfort. However, the safe in my room was not functioning during my stay, which was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was stunning. Perfect for travelers looking to unwind and immerse in the local traditional experience. Great onsen and food! Impeccable service. Highly recommend!

I reserved double room but give me twin. Explained “sold out” but I think it’s ridiculous. See solo traveler then change my room type? Breakfast is worse than Yokohama’s. Glass is not clean enough for outside seeing.

Definitely the best The Ritz-Carlton hotel I had stayed unlike the usual old grandeur style. The Ritz‑Carlton, Fukuoka is newly opened on 21 June 2023 and is Kyushu’s first Ritz‑Carlton, occupying the top nine floors of a stunning 25‑storey glass tower Stayed at the Deluxe Suite (75 m²) this trip which is very spacious, comprising of a king‑bed bedroom and a separate living room perched on a quiet corner  The bathroom is another highlight with a sculpted free‑standing tub, rainfall shower, and dual sinks carved from luxurious Mont Carmelo granite—each detail framed by sweeping cityscape views and natural sunlight pouring in. Throughout the suite, refined touches include natural woods, artful Hakata‑ori textile accents, and ambient lighting—creating a serene atmosphere that pays homage to local crafts

L'ho usato quando sono andato a visitare il santuario Munakata Taisha. Era vicino al santuario Munakata Taisha, a meno di 10 minuti di auto, e la stanza era spaziosa e sufficiente. Non ha l'atmosfera di un resort. Per essere un hotel d'affari, il soggiorno è soddisfacente. Non so se il giorno in cui ci sono stato fosse molto affollato o se sia normale, ma il buffet della cena costava 8.000 yen ed era piuttosto disordinato, non è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Il sapore era delizioso. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non lo so perché non l'ho fatta. C'è un grande bagno pubblico, ma non l'ho usato perché non volevo che fosse affollato all'ora di cena.

More convenient if using a car, parking is free however parking lots may be full at night so better to reach earlier at the hotel. There's also free onsen facilities and a comics room, and there's two buildings so might be confusing when navigating around the hotel. Overall experience is a good stay.

This is the best Ritz-Carlton we have ever visited! The hotel is very new, and the valet parking service was wonderful. The check-in process was very smooth, and our room featured a stunning Japanese design touch, making it truly exceptional. While the gym is a bit small, it has everything you need for a great workout. The location is prime, and we were pleased to find that a late check-out was available. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

La viva vicina è molto rilassante e fredda, il colazione è molto buono, c'è un autobus per il vicino JR, ma i posti sono limitati, il supermercato os buono, come e raccomandato
