Abbiamo goduto molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Ci siamo recati a Shenzhen poche volte come famiglia, e questa è la prima volta che abbiamo scelto un hotel a Lowu. La posizione è grande. La stanza è pulita e grande - guarda esattamente come la foto mostrata. L'unica cosa che abbiamo bisogno è che ci sia un vero frigorifero nella stanza, e se lo hanno, sarà perfetto. Il colazione su 3/F è anche buono. Ci siamo stati colazione lì per 2 giorni consecutivi. Le scelte alimentari sono abbastanza buone e cambiano il loro menu ogni giorno. Quindi non ti sentirai stanco di mangiare la stessa cosa se resti più. Il servizio è anche molto buono. Il personale qui sono tutti super professionisti, amichevoli e utili. Sono particolarmente impressionato dal personale del ristorante al 3/F. William, uno dei dipendenti del ristorante, aiuta sempre tutti, e lui porta sempre un sorriso sul viso.C'è un altro dipendente sul 4/F super bello e utile, ma ho dimenticato il suo nome. Stavamo chiedendo la direzione della piscina, non ci ha nemmeno detto come andare, ma ci ha portati. Nella stessa plancia c'è anche una sala da giochi per bambini e una sala da ginnastica. E' perfetto per i giorni piovani. Puoi avere così tante attività anche rimanendo in hotel stesso. In generale, mi piaceva l'hotel e lo consiglierei.

Situated right next to a massive mall, the hotel provides easy access to countless shopping and dining options, making it a fantastic choice for convenience and entertainment. Plus, being so close to the Sungang MTR station made getting around the city effortless. **The Rooms and Ambiance** The room itself, while not overly spacious, was well-designed and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The industrial aesthetic of the hotel adds a unique charm, creating an inviting space that feels modern yet cozy. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring or shopping. **Amenities That Make a Difference** One of the standout features of the hotel is its impressive range of amenities. On the second floor, they offer in-house massages, which are a fantastic way to relax and rejuvenate. Additionally, the yoga sound retreat is a unique offering that adds a wellness touch to the stay (available for a fee). For anyone looking to recharge both body and mind, these options are a wonderful addition. The restaurant deck was another highlight for me. The food and drinks were exceptional, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The ambiance on the deck made dining a truly enjoyable experience, whether you’re looking for a quiet meal or a lively evening with friends. **Friendly Service** The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, which added a personal touch to the experience. **Room for Improvement** While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there is one area I believe could be improved: the WiFi. Although the hotel offers free WiFi, not all phones could connect to the network easily. In a modern hotel like this, I feel the WiFi system should be more user-friendly and accessible to everyone. For a hotel with such excellent amenities and a focus on guest comfort, this small frustration stood out more than it otherwise might have. **Final Thoughts** Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in the city. Its combination of a great location, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service makes it stand out. While the WiFi situation could use some improvement, it didn’t detract too much from what was otherwise a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

I would recommend all who wish to come Guangzhou to stay here as its very convienient in a mall and underneath is the metro station to all sub station .Free complimentary coffee voucher and free laundry service and send back to your door step.Will definitely come back again if i were to come Guangzhou again.

Se stai cercando un hotel comodo e intimo per il servizio, sceglilo giusto!E' arrivato finche'non sono andati lontani dalla stazione della metropolitana per trascinare i bagagli. E' ancora un minuto per andare a Pechino Road a fare shopping.Il servizio del fratello della reception e'entusiasta e gestisce il soggiorno veloce. La cosa più sorprendente è che ci sono lavanderia e palestra completi, che è un evangelio per i viaggiatori a lungo termine.L'acqua di autoassistenza del hall è anche molto cordiale, che fornisce un piccolo posto per ogni volta che uscite.

Situato al 95° piano nel cuore di Shenzhen, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato. La nostra camera ha ricevuto un upgrade ed era molto spaziosa, e la colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. Ho usufruito dei privilegi della mia tessera Ctrip Black Diamond per un check-out posticipato alle 14:00 e ho avuto modo di godermi la piscina e la palestra dell'hotel. Me ne sono accorto solo all'aeroporto di Shenzhen, e ho immediatamente chiamato la reception. L'hotel ha reagito con incredibile prontezza: hanno subito incaricato il servizio di pulizia di verificare e mi hanno spedito l'oggetto via SF Express lo stesso giorno. Il computer mi è stato consegnato in perfette condizioni. Desidero ringraziare di cuore il servizio di pulizia, il manager di turno e, in particolare, Annika, Harris ed Erin.
