Canada: hotel con spa nella provincia di Saskatchewan

Siamo rimasti solo poche ore per un fermo di sonno. Non molto attesa dando il prezzo. Ma era ancora lontano da quello che ci aspettavamo. Non si preoccupi davvero della tintura sul pavimento del tetto, ma la lama del letto era disgustosa che non potevamo dormire bene. La colazione era media ma abbastanza buona per noi prima di andare alla seconda parte del viaggio.

Il servizio è molto caldo, la reception e il manager sono molto gentili.Ma all'inizio, c'è un piccolo problema con l'approvvigionamento di calore nella stanza. Per molto tempo, il personale di manutenzione non ha ancora un vento caldo, non c'è stato alcun risultato per cambiare la stanza adiacente, e alla fine non c'è modo di darci un ventilatore di calore elettrico. Inoltre, altre sono buone, il traffico circostante è conveniente, ci sono supermercati e molti ristoranti.

I had to book rooms for my board members for a meeting in town, and the staff was so competent and professional it was a breeze! I had to change the details of the reservations a couple of times, and they were always able to accommodate me; nothing got mixed up, and everything went off without a hitch! I am so grateful to the staff for being so helpful and professional!

My girlfriend and I went earlier this year to a funeral for her aunt who passed away. Anyway we ended up staying here because there weren't a ton of options. Needless to say we weren't expecting much, but I have to say we were totally impressed. This hotel went way beyond our expectations. The customer service was phenomenal and the rooms in great shape. We definitely recommend.

The rooms were okay. The first night I slept on the top sheet by mistake. The next night I started to sleep under it however, the sheets felt sandy. An attempt to set the temperature was not good. We were either freezing or sweating. A typical one degree change was far from how the cooling system read the thermostat. It worked in extremes. The pool. Oh God, the pool. YIKES/GROSS I sat on a stair inside the pool and looked at the pool water. There was a lot of floating particulate matter floating in the water. Gross! I don’t think the pool had ever been drained. The pool was freezing. The children who were taking swimming lessons in the pool had their lessons cut short because it was so cold. Question: WHY IS THE POOL FOR GUESTS BEING USED FOR PUBLIC SWIMMING LESSONS???? The maintenance worker was working on the heating system and informed is it would be one to two hours before the pool heated up. The drain covers in the pool were gray/black. Filthy. We left the area. We left the pool. The next day I met my husband by the pool. A couple with a you g child told me the pool was freezing!! AGAIN!! The maintenance worker tested the water quality. I watched him test and toss the sample. The hotel has cameras which they can pull up and review this. One side of yhe testing vials was a dark blue in colour, and the other vial was blood red. Having taken pool water samples at times in my life, this indicated unsafe levels. I spoke with the maintenance worker who said the heating system wasn’t working properly again. I said “neither is your filtration system”. He laughed so again I said “neither is your filtration systems”. He stopped smiling and looked panicked. He realized I knew what I was talking about. IF YOU ARE HOPING TO USE A POOL AT THIS LOCATION, DON’T. Public health to be informed.

Il servizio era eccellente. Il personale della sala colazione era fantastico. Non abbiamo mai avuto una cosi' piacevole esperienza dove è stato offerto un colazione complementare. Il cibo era delizioso. Le camere erano pulite e spaziose, e il personale era molto piacevole. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto.

Property very clean and well looked after, maintained. The lounge on the main floor is a great choice for guests looking for dinner, BLT's playing, and drinks. Front desk personnel and managers are very helpful and informative, smiling to customers. Breakfast is great on the main floor diving room, but its server is an excellent host and helping guests to whatever needed. 2 elevators working fine and fast, 4 stories building. Close nearby Saskatoon international airport with shuttle transfer service. Also there's frozen food and other treats and drinks on sale by Front desk. Machine in the lobby makes good coffee and chocolate hot drinks. Kitchenette in rooms have everything you need to cook, you only have to bring the food and spices. Gym very spacious as well as the swimming pool. Pets are welcome to stay and there are grassy areas around hotel to walk them out. Nice place for all types of persons, travellers, elders, families with kids, working groups, solos, couples, etc.

First, would like to state that the front desk were most accommodating as a whole, esp the sales and marketing manager, Debbie. Not a great experience at the hotel with people who were not booked into our block of 15-20 rooms. They placed other people within our block. I would never complain about that but when there was a severely inebriated gentleman that kept coming into the hallway from his room to speak with the 12-13 year old girls we had within our group (they’re kids…they like to bounce from one friend’s room to the next), I was pretty unhappy with that and called to the front desk and requested someone come speak with him. Nothing was done. Aside from that, things were just fine. Nothing amazing. My room was adequate and clean-ish. The bathrooms could do with a deep clean as the picture on the wall had some sort of scum on it, the fan vent cover needs all the dust cleaned off it, and the grout needs a serious cleaning. For 150.00 a night as a “special” rate for our hockey team, I just expect clean but this seems to be a recurring theme with all hotels these days.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto lontana, ma è anche possibile camminare verso aree commerciali come Midtown, la stanza è nuova, super grande e calda, la microonde, il frigorifero e la macchina del caffè sono tutti completi, e l'igiene è anche molto buona. La colazione è uno standard espresso in Holiday Inn. La nutrizione è sufficiente per mangiare il problema dell'inquinamento, Ma è così che mangi bene, il ristorante può paccheggiare e essere molto umano. Quando sono andato via, sono stato l'unico cinese che ha soggiornato nell'hotel negli ultimi anni.

I vicini non erano nudi, nessuno andava in giro per le strade tardi alla notte, e il servizio era grande. È possibile regolare le temperature della stanza abbastanza rapidamente, la testa del doccia ha avuto una grande pressione (come pure il bagno LOL), e forniscono un sacco di asciugamani già nella stanza! I letti erano confortevoli, diverse fluffinità di cuscini, e comodi letti. I bambini si divertovano al diapositiva acqua/tubo caldo, molti posti di parcheggio disponibili, e buon cibo. Sicuramente consigliare questo posto perché ha anche un grande prezzo!

La colazione è buona, il gilet non cambia, e l'hotel non permette di usare la vasca da bruciare

I’ve stayed here in the past and our experience was awesome. So when we were back in town for an event at Prairieland park I was willing to pay the higher price tag to stay again. Knowing we were again travelling with kids I liked the spacious rooms and double vanity we had in previous stays. However this time our room is small, a terrible layout and we are cramped. The bathroom has the smallest vanity I’ve ever seen in a hotel bathroom if you can even call it a vanity. I had work to do on my laptop and there was no desk chair. Sandman do better, be consistent with your rooms. Room 427 not worth 192!!! This WAS my go to for family and business, but given the recent room and poor service at check in, I won’t be back! Save yourself disappointment and book at the Marriott in Stonebridge at least their rooms are worth the price!!

Questo è sempre stato il mio viaggio all'Hotel quando a Saskatoon. Il personale è molto amichevole le camere sono sempre pulite e un bel colazione calda. Un parcheggio molto grande è facile da parcheggiare con stalle disabili. La mia camera era una suite regale per la sedia a rotelle, come io sono un paraplegico. L'hotel mi ha sempre ospitato e mi ha portato in una di queste belle camere. Excelente AC e calore. Microonde, caffè in camere, caffè e tè in lobby in ogni momento.Il Rick alla fondazione sarebbe molto orgoglioso in questa stanza

The front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I was quite sure I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds on their website, but to my surprise the reservation said 1 bed. After some back and forth, they were able to get me a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was a good size with the 2 beds, a desk, a good size closet with safe and TV and refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t large but was good enough with enough counter space for toiletries. The room was clean. The carpet was a little outdated. The outside, out back parking was convenient. I ate breakfast in the restaurant 3 times, each time ordering something different, and all choices were very good. I was told by locals that their Carver steak house is one of the best in Saskatoon. The hotel is in a great location – numerous restaurants are right around the corner and the river is just across the street. It is also a fairly easy walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the downtown that is across the river (down the bridge on Broadway) as well. All in all, I’d stay here again – but if I’ll be sure to check my reservation to make sure what I thought I reserved, is what I reserved.

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for two nights during a side-trip from Saskatoon to see a Roughriders game. We booked three nights in advance via *******, although that reservation was only partly honoured. We arrived a few minutes after the earliest check-in time to be told that they did not have the room that we booked. I appreciate that it was a busy day with the football game that night, but what is a reservation if it doesn’t actually “reserve” the room? The front desk clerk offered us a different room type, which wasn’t an upgrade, but for our purposes was essentially on par to what we had booked. On check-in they explained that they weren’t able to take payment by credit card and asked me to pay via debit card. This may have had something to do with the CrowdStrike global IT outage that was happening that day. I paid $147 that I was asked to pay, via debit, but became concerned because this was only about half of what I was expecting. As I collected my room key and turned to leave, I asked the front desk to confirm that I had a room for two nights. They realized that they had only charged me for one night, but were already processing their next guest. I suggested that I collect my bags from my car, go to my room, and return to the lobby, which allowed them to focus on their next visitor. About 20 minutes later, I returned to the lobby and they confirmed that they had only charged me one night. My debit card payment for the second night failed, as did my wife’s debit card payment (again, likely due to the global IT outage). For whatever reason, they were able to accept a credit card payment (which I suspect they could have done all along), and finally we were checked-in and fully paid. The total cost was about $9 less than the amount expected from my ******* booking. The room itself was a good size with a large TV, black-out blinds and a bar fridge. The bar fridge was a surprise, because we had specifically looked at the hotel listing on ******* to see if it had a fridge. A fridge was not listed, despite other details that you would think would not have needed to be listed “towels”, “bed sheets”, “private bathroom”. We really liked the blackout blinds. I didn’t love the giant pillows, but I appreciate that’s a personal preference. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or other hotel services. They had free parking, which was convenient. They had free wifi, although we couldn’t connect one of our devices. They had a support number to call specifically for wifi problems, but the support agent couldn’t resolve the issue either. I would have rated this property a 3.5 out of 5 if I’d had the option. If we’d had none of the (relatively minor) issues mentioned above, this might have rounded up to a 4/5, but that wasn’t the case, so I consider it to meet expectations in an “average” sort of way.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I was in Regina on business and it happened to be my birthday as well. Not only did the hotel leave a Happy Birthday card signed by 20+ members of the staff, I was upgraded to the Royal Suite for the night. Wow wow wow. The most lavish room in the entire hotel close to 1500 sq ft of living space !! It was unbelievable. All of my stays in Regina are at HotelSask as they have never let me down. Kunal the GM personally contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The front desk staff Gloria, Vishnudas and Marcia are first rate awesome people too!

We have stayed at this property in previous visits, and they are as good as ever. The price is right and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our free breakfast at the restaurant next door and cocktails at the adjacent sports bar. The location is perfect for our needs to visit relatives and it is pretty quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The room was great for a party of 5 (2 queens and a sofa bed). Sofa bed was good, too. Room was spacious enough for our group. The site overall looked decent and clean. Maybe a little bit of wear showing, but places that get used will show it a bit here and there. Everything in the room worked as it should. Pool, hot tub, and waterslide were fine, but may be a bit heavily chlorinated, eyes were definitely burning after an hour and a half. Breakfast was ok, selection a bit light, but that's what we get for showing up in the last half hour. I really like the location close to the highway, and you don't have to go too far down the street south to find food and shopping options. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Come sempre vorrei ringraziare Josh per tutto il suo aiuto questa volta, come negli ultimi due anni. La mia unica denuncia sarebbe che, nelle ultime notti che sono stato lì, venerdì e sabato, sembrava che ci fossero gruppi di bambini di età superiore che rimangono, e sembravano avere zero rispetto per il soggiorno alberghiero e poco o niente. La sorveglianza, mentre quelli che rimase nello stesso piano come me, causava rumore e ruccus e totale ignoranza per questo intorno a loro per ore di ritardo, fino alla sera e fino alla mattina presto. Mi è stato tentato di chiamare il dipartimento di fronte per lamentarmi, ma lasciarla scivolare una volta che sembravano finalmente riuscire a risolvere la notte. Ora so che non è colpa dell'hotel o del personale, e non sono in alcun modo responsabile di questo, ma qualcuno deve fare qualcosa in futuro. Inoltre, cercherò di trovare una stanza dietro l’hotel perché sul lato Victoria è troppo noioso per dormire.

Non ho prestato attenzione quando ho prenotato una stanza. Ho prenotato un letto di dimensioni Queen. Due persone vivono un po'spazzate ． andare alla ricetta per comunicare. La ricetta è stata sostituita direttamente alla stanza a letto matrimoniale del 20° piano. È troppo felice ． l'hotel è anche collegato a **. Vi abbiamo visitato il più grande ** della provincia di Sa, e una buona esperienza di soggiorno, Fai un grande complimento alla ragazza della reception!

I understand you do not choose your guests, but if you have many construction people as guests then you may need to hire more staff to keep common areas clean. Common areas were muddy and dirty. The parking lot has huge pot holes. We were told we couldn’t have any glasses for the room. The coffee cups were wrapped, but clearly had liquid spilled on them. The ice bucket had something sticky inside and no plastic bag provided. The common areas all smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We had booked a room here for our return and cancelled it and made a reservation at a different hotel in Yorkton. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very helpful. He was the plus for your hotel. When we checked out I informed front desk staff about maintenance issues in our room. I hope the issues were referred to your maintenance staff.

Il letto era confortevole, la stanza era pulita e ben conservata. La piscina è leggera e sul lato più piccolo, ma i bambini avevano un'esplosione nella piscina riscaldata e che la scivola d'acqua era divertente anche per gli adulti.
