Hotel con parcheggio a Niigata

Love everything about this hotel except for one important complaint that the pillows are small and lacking support causing neck pain the next day. Please let me know if you offer other pillows and we will definite back !

Was given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.  Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.  Enjoyed our stay.

Check in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance. Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya. Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance. Bic Camera just across street. Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

Questo è un posto facile da capire e conveniente, proprio davanti alla stazione stradale e alla piscina. La pulizia è perfetta, posso passare un bel tempo. Il cibo è anche delizioso.Specialmente la colazione è buona. Penso che sia un buon hotel con un buon rapporto di prezzo. La grande piscina pubblica è molto felice, ma a causa della temperamentalità, voglio personalmente che la temperamentalità sia una temperamentalità più forte.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

La posizione dell'hotel era molto conveniente, era vicino a tutto. Stazione ferroviaria, ristoranti e centri commerciali. Il personale era amichevole e la camera è pulita e decente.

It was a little dated and tired, but it had the feel of a classic hotel. The aircon only had one setting, heat and it made it to be really stuffy in the room.
