I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Se sei un germafobo, scegliere un hotel è sempre un compito difficile. Dopo aver cercato decine di hotel, ho deciso di prenotare l'Hotel Dave Yerevan. Aperta nel 2021, l'hotel si sente ancora brand nuove – camere e aree comuni sono prigioniero, cibo fresco e personale felice. Inoltre, Dave Hotel offre una varietà di tour personalizzati secondo il vostro calendario, preferenze e interessi. Grazie a ****n che ha organizzato un fantastico viaggio di giorno per il lago Sevan e Garni!! Divertirsi con una vista panoramica di una splendida Armenia mentre guidava uno sci a jet nel lago Sevan è stato uno dei migliori esperienze di viaggio della mia vita! Ho anche fatto un tour di sera a Yerevan. Era martedì, ma la città si sentiva come venerdì –molto vivace. La Piazza Repubblica è un'opera d'arte, ma l'osservatorio è il mio preferito personale. Anche se ho riuscito (con l'aiuto di ****n) a vedere molto durante il mio viaggio in Erevan 30-hour, l'Armenia ha molto di più da offrire. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

Great living experience and clean hotel. Good convenient downtown location. All places of interest are within walking distance, I would feel more comfortable if the front desk team was a bit more literate with their command of English.

Questo prezzo è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Dopotutto, i prezzi degli hotel a Yerevan sono molto alti ora. Penso che la posizione di questo hotel sia accettabile. È molto vicino alla città e ci vogliono dieci minuti per camminare in discesa su un piccola strada. È anche conveniente prendere un taxi. È economico e fa colazione, ed è abbastanza ricco, ma il tappeto nella stanza è relativamente vecchio e il box doccia nel mio bagno perde. Posso vedere il tramonto e il Monte Yanana dalla finestra Lo scenario non è male

L'hotel è disponibile e cordiale. Servizio rapido. La reception mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi. Mi hanno spiegato tutti i servizi dell'hotel in modo chiaro. Non uso nessuna struttura dell'hotel. Ho fatto colazione una volta il primo giorno di arrivo. Il cibo è vario e buono. L'hotel è a pochi passi da Cascade e dal centro città. La città è sicura e viva di notte. Cascade può essere vista dalla finestra dell'hotel Molti ristoranti/bar a pochi passi dall'hotel sono aperti la mattina fino alle 23:00. Molto comodo.

Отличный отель с удобным расположением в центре . бронировал как транзитный , но смогли и погулять по городу . Достаточно комфортное размещение все доброжелательны . Нареканий на персонал нет . Хороший завтрак разнообразно вкусно удобное время , даже успели перед экскурсией поесть. Спасибо

В целом неплохо, но очень тесный номер, мне кажется 20 м это побольше. Особенно сложно в ванной с учётом того, что все двери открываются вовнутрь. В бассейне нет никого из персонала, в сауне температура 55-60 градусов, что расстроило. В целом с учётом цены на данном сайте я довольна, а так отель конечно переоценен. Мы не брали завтрак, но зашли посмотреть. Вроде и все есть, но выбор скромный. Завтракали рядом в заведениях. Если будет адекватная цена, еще вернемся из-за расположения

Sono stato a questo hotel come nuovo e ha cambiato molto. Il personale non è stato molto utile nella soluzione dei problemi e non molto amichevole anche. Il colazione ha cambiato molto. Ora è un buon colazione albergo ma non un 4-star colazione albergo. Le finestre non possono essere aperte correttamente.
