Auckland (regione), Nuova Zelanda: hotel Hotel con vista mare

We arrived late after going to a show and the staff were very nice in getting us sorted. It took a while to heat the place up, but once we figured out the air conditioner, it was fine. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for our needs. The water in the shower was luke warm and even with an extra blanket, it was not warm in bed. Also, the cleaners must have sprayed the place top to bottom with air freshener because the scent was overpowering. However, the location is great and the cost was very reasonable, so all up, this was a good deal for us.

I originally booked this hotel on agoda, however as the reception told us that they cant find our booking as we reached them, and she told us that agoda made a mistake on the address of the hotel I booked (which is their sister hotel, on Hobson St) under their address! At last we made a new booking to stay here with trip.com, as the condition of the other Hotel Grand Chancellor was HORRIBLY OLD! Hope the hotel management will fix this issue with agoda ASAP!! Otherwise, this new Chancellor hotel is perfect!

Bene soggiorno, anche se la mia camera a/c è abbastanza alta, così non ci siamo fermati, fortunatamente non era troppo caldo anche l'ora estiva qui. 2 letti grandi ragazze ci fanno bene per 2 adulti e 2 bambini, molto comodo. Conveniente ristorante e bar sul pavimento.

La posizione geografica è ancora molto buona. Ci sono un grande supermercato per qualche minuto!È davvero freddo comprare un po'di cibo e fare una cena sulla spiaggia di Takapuna. Si può stare in pasto per tutto il giorno. L'hotel va a piedi per la strada commerciale e ci sono dieci minuti al mare

Il posto è molto pulito. Ha ascensore. Cibo vicino. Chiesa vicino. Ma è stato difficile trovare l'area di parcheggio. Molto accogliente personale. Tuttavia, ci è stato dato solo una carta per aprire la stanza e siamo stati 3 nella stanza, quindi quando usciranno al garage o altrove, sono lasciato da solo senza luce e energia perché portano la carta chiave che viene utilizzato ro girare la potenza. Non posso nemmeno uscire per comprare qualcosa.

Being in town for an overnight staycation with attending to Auckland Cabaret Festival event, I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Marsden Viaduct Hotel.  My room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view and bubble bath to pamper in as highlights.  Within close walking distance to bars, restaurants and a captivating vista of the viaduct, it’s a wonderful way to feel elsewhere on holiday whilst being in the heart of the city.  I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

L'hotel è tutto quello che serve a Auckland.Abbiamo prenotato una suite monocamera, con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che può adattarci 3 bene. Ci sono abbastanza strutture per i viaggiatori all'estero da lavare/siccare, microonde, forno, frigorifero, forno, forno, cucina, tavolo da pranzo. Il personale è utile e si può usare ogni volta che la fitness è gratuita (non l'abbiamo usata). Distanza da camminare a 24/7 negozio, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland. Gli unici svantaggi per noi sono la doccia calda instabile e l'aria con è un po'spinoso, ma durante il nostro soggiorno è abbastanza freddo che non abbiamo bisogno di Aircon. Torneremo qui se viaggiamo a Auckland.

Мне очень понравился отель! У меня был шикарный номер со стиральной машиной, кухней, большой кроватью, рабочим местом и видом на башню. При заселении попросили 500 $ депозит. Немного неожиданно большой, но при выселении вернули. На кухне отличная новая техника. Я с большим удовольствием пользовался духовкой. Есть проблемы с интернетом. Не подключается, падает подключение с ошибкой. Надо много раз пытаться подключиться снова. Раза с 5го подключается. На пульте климат контроля можно установить любую температуру, но если ставишь 23-24 градусов, то не сразу начинает греть, а спустя минут 5-10. Удобное офисное кресло. Можно посидеть поработать за столом. Мне разрешили чуть раньше заселиться и выселиться ночью тоже можно было так как стойка регистрации круглосуточная. Есть ресторан с завтраками со шведским столом.

New, modern apartment! Easy to check in. Self contained, incl kitchenette. Also, contains washer and dryer. And free parking! Plenty of restaurants and grocery store around the corner. 15 min drive to downtown!

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied. Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated. Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.
