Shandong, Cina: hotel con vista mare

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per festeggiare il Capodanno e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti! Lo staff, in particolare Vivi, è stato eccezionale, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e risolvendo rapidamente qualsiasi problema. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa in camera, ci veniva consegnato tempestivamente. Dato che il clima era secco, quando abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno, lo staff ci ha lasciato un bigliettino premuroso e ci ha fatto trovare ben 8 bottiglie d'acqua in camera! Un gesto davvero super premuroso!! La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Proprio sotto l'hotel c'è il centro commerciale MixC e la zona è ben collegata, con la metro vicina. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo è ben gestito, con molti addetti pronti ad aiutare e dare indicazioni, davvero un'attenzione ai dettagli incredibile. Un hotel che merita assolutamente di essere scelto!

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

The location scores about 8.9/10—it’s roughly a ten-minute walk to the sandy beach and sits just 8.5 km from Qingdao’s downtown core and 14 km from Qingdao North Railway Station. Not ideal if you need a car—there’s no on-site parking (). Amenities and service both come in around 8.6–8.9/10, with friendly staff and smooth check‑in/out process (). Cleanliness is top notch with a clean rating of 9.0/10 . 🌞 What stood out: • Rooms are spacious and bright, featuring big windows and modern décor in a sleek New‑Chinese style. Everything felt new and well-kept . • The beds are comfy (2.2 × 2.2 m, pure cotton linens), showers felt luxurious, and the soundproofing was excellent. In primo luogo, vorrei ringraziare il personale incredibilmente amichevole che ha organizzato una stanza d'appartamento per noi al 34° piano con una vista impressionante sul Mar Est-China, anche se siamo entrati alle 1:00. C'era anche un cesto di frutta nella nostra stanza all'arrivo, che vorrei sottolineare come un toccamento molto positivo, perché ti fa sentire apprezzato come ospite. In generale, il nostro soggiorno presso l'International Haiyi era meraviglioso; l'appartamento era senza spot e le strutture erano esattamente come descritto. What’s more, the location is very central on the beach promenade, so we were able to enjoy the light show from our apartment every evening or take a mere 10-minute walk to the beach. Per una famiglia di tre adulti, questo appartamento è assolutamente bello, soprattutto perché ha due bagni e una cucina completamente attrezzata. L’unica cosa che suggerisco di migliorare è che il numero due di camera sono separati dal soggiorno con pareti di vetro, e poiché queste non sono completamente sonoro, si può sentire persone nella camera da letto dal secondo. Un altro settore per il miglioramento è che, sebbene ci siano cortine per il muro di vetro tra il soggiorno e il numero di camera 2, vi è una sezione di vetro vicino alla porta della camera che non può essere coperta dalla cortina, il che significa che la stanza è inondata con la luce che passa dalla stanza. Abbiamo anche notato durante il nostro soggiorno che l'acqua calda corre molto lentamente, purtroppo –, anche se questo è più basso all'edificio stesso. A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Il tassista ci portò davanti a una porta sul retro che era chiusa e ci lasciò lì. È davvero imbarazzante per due ragazze vedersi buttare via le borse mentre trasportano due bagagli grandi. Mia madre era piuttosto critica in quel momento. Fortunatamente, Sylar e Xiao Zhang erano molto cordiali e disponibili in hotel. Fantastic stay! Super friendly staff,the room was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We loved having so much room to unpack and move around. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine with great amenities. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

La mia esperienza è stata molto buona, perché è la mia seconda volta in questo marchio hotel . Ma ho ancora alcuni commenti :  1- dopo aver preso un bagno, c'era un brutto odore quando ho finito.  2- Ho ordinato un piatto, e mi hanno detto che dovevo aspettare 5 minuti.Ma ho finito di chiamare due volte prima di ottenere. 30 m.  3- il servizio al momento del colazione , nella piscina era perfetto , il personale era così utile , bello e carino .  4- l'hotel ci dà due bevande come regalo .  Lo ritroverò certamente.Spero solo che possano riparare questi due sondi.Ma lo amo ancora.

Un hotel in un luogo meraviglioso. Mi sento come un viaggio di ritorno nel tempo e da qualche parte in Europa. Mi piace il lobby, il servizio del personale impeccabile. Ho bisogno di un servizio speciale, e sono stato molto ben trattato. Lo consiglio senza dubbio e ritornerò in questo luogo dei sogni.Grazie mille Hilton.

Vorrei parlare prima della conclusione. Penso che sia l'hotel di prima scelta per portare i bambini a Qingdao. Avevo scelto un hotel per molto tempo prima di venire a Qingdao e ho visitato MGM, Haitian, Shangri-La e Seaview Garden. Dato che ho dei bambini, alla fine ho voluto scegliere un hotel più vicino alla spiaggia. Inizialmente ho deciso per il Seaview Garden perché le recensioni online erano molto alte (ma non c'erano camere disponibili). avevo già soggiornato al Park Hyatt a Hangzhou e all'improvviso mi sono reso conto che sembravano essere un gruppo). Alla fine ho trovato questa decisione saggia. Alcuni commenti dicono che le strutture sono vecchie, ma non la penso così. L'hotel è ben tenuto e non esiste la cosa come essere vecchi. Ho prenotato una camera con vista sul mare. La camera è relativamente grande, ma il pavimento è un po' basso (7° piano). . Scendendo al piano inferiore c'è la spiaggia, che è come la spiaggia privata dell'hotel, è più comodo far giocare i bambini nella sabbia. Anche la colazione è buona, ma potrebbe essere necessario fare la fila quando c'è molta gente. Tutto sommato, è altamente raccomandato se portate i vostri bambini. Penso che la posizione sia la migliore di Qingdao, con una vista ininterrotta sul mare. Puoi guardare l'alba quando scendi le scale la mattina🌅. (Più tardi ho scoperto che Seaview Garden deve attraversare la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia). L’unico rammarico è che questa volta non ho preso una tenda sulla spiaggia e mi sono dimenticato di rivolgermi all’hotel per prendere una camera come souvenir quando me ne sono andato.
