I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. I stayed at Hilton Yantai for 8 nights and overall had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was around 3pm and was smooth and straightforward. As I was staying for a longer period, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room on the top floor, which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. The concierge staff were also very friendly and polite. They helped with my luggage and brought it up to my room, which was really helpful after checking in. The room itself was spacious and was kept clean throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job every day, with the room being cleaned properly, fresh water provided and even the carpet kept clean. I was happy with the standard of housekeeping during my 8-night stay. The breakfast was good overall, and one of the nicest things was the view. The restaurant has large windows overlooking the park, which creates a really nice atmosphere in the morning. The service was also good and the staff were attentive. However, as I stayed for 8 nights, I did notice that the breakfast selection was quite repetitive. There wasn’t a huge variety of hot food, and the choices were largely the same each day. For a five-star hotel, I would have liked to see a little more variety, especially for guests staying for several days. The TV in the room was another area that could be improved. The picture quality looked a little blue and not as sharp as I would expect from a modern five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a wider selection of international channels, particularly for international guests staying for longer periods. I also used the gym during my stay. One small thing I found a little inconvenient was being asked for my room number every time I went to use the gym. I understand the hotel needs to make sure the facilities are being used by guests, but for someone staying for 8 nights and using the gym regularly, being asked the same question each time felt a little unnecessary. Perhaps there could be another way of checking hotel guests in, such as using the room key. I completely understand checking room numbers for access to the swimming pool, but for the gym, a key-card system might be a little more convenient for regular guests. The lobby looks nice, although interior look old fashioned , and during busy periods it could take a little longer to queue, especially when there were conferences being held at the hotel. The lifts could also be quite busy and take some time during peak breakfast hours. As room was on the 24th floor, did occasionally hear some noise from the corridor, including people speaking loudly, as well as some construction noise. It wasn’t constant, but it was noticeable at times, especially when trying to rest. We had a good stay at Hilton Yantai. The spacious and clean room, helpful staff, good housekeeping, nice park view and smooth service were all positives. With a little more variety at breakfast, better TV picture quality and more international channels, I think the experience could be even better for longer-staying and international guests.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per festeggiare il Capodanno e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti! Lo staff, in particolare Vivi, è stato eccezionale, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e risolvendo rapidamente qualsiasi problema. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa in camera, ci veniva consegnato tempestivamente. Dato che il clima era secco, quando abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno, lo staff ci ha lasciato un bigliettino premuroso e ci ha fatto trovare ben 8 bottiglie d'acqua in camera! Un gesto davvero super premuroso!! La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Proprio sotto l'hotel c'è il centro commerciale MixC e la zona è ben collegata, con la metro vicina. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo è ben gestito, con molti addetti pronti ad aiutare e dare indicazioni, davvero un'attenzione ai dettagli incredibile. Un hotel che merita assolutamente di essere scelto!

Ho soggiornato qui molte volte prima e l'ambiente è bellissimo. Le camere fronte mare hanno il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo e il panorama è indescrivibile. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel, sia alla portineria che alla reception, è tutto sorridente e molto cordiale. Vale la pena soggiornare! Ho prenotato una suite con una vista impareggiabile e uno spazio spazioso Probabilmente non c'è nessun hotel con una vista migliore nei dintorni. La posizione è unica. good location to have direct access to the seaside for a stroll, however the maintenance of the facilities in room, restaurant or lobby doesn’t match with the room rates, perhaps the higher rate was for the location only. However, the services of the dining is good and friendly.

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

La vista sul mare dalla camera è un po' laterale, ma è molto vicina alla spiaggia. La spiaggia è proprio al piano di sotto dell'hotel, il che è molto comodo per portare i bambini in spiaggia. Accanto c'è anche la sala espositiva della città ad esso, rendendo molto facile per genitori e figli viaggiare. Grazie mille Mandy per averci aiutato a coordinare due camere comunicanti con vista sul mare il giorno successivo, il che era più conveniente per i nostri genitori. C'è un pasto al Donghai 88 direttamente in hotel. I membri dell'hotel possono anche ottenere uno sconto del 25%, il che è un ottimo affare. 

This hotel is in a perfect quiet location just minutes away from the beach and the metro ! There is many delicious restaurants nearby and some small stores. The rooms are big a spacious with everything you need , the staff are always there to help you with anything you need , will definitely come back to stay here !

La stanza standard era spaziosa con un sacco di spazio per lavorare su un portatile e sedersi e guardare un po' di TV. Il personale era molto responsabile. Quando sono arrivato, la mia stanza si scioglie un po’ di fumo, e dopo averlo detto al personale, immediatamente mandò una squadra per deodorare l’intero piano, e poi si scioglieva bella. Due ristoranti interni da scegliere erano un vero bonus, e un breve passo verso l'oceano era anche grande, sicuramente tornerò!
