Il bellissimo edificio dell'hotel, vicino alla spiaggia, solo in basso è che l'aria condizionata non sembrava mai funzionare. Era al più basso, ma non ha mai raffreddato la stanza. La maggior parte del personale era carina e amichevole, ma il personale del ristorante del 10° piano poteva essere un po 'più amichevole e più responsivo.

From the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away. The variety of food and drinks is incredible – there’s something delicious for every taste, and everything is prepared to perfection. The atmosphere, combined with stunning views, made it so hard for us to leave the hotel. It’s the kind of place where you just want to stay and enjoy every moment.

Территория отеля не очень большая, но эффективно спланированная и грамотно используемая. В зимнее время лучше селиться в основном корпусе. В различных типах бунгало довольно прохладно. Выбор еды не впечатлил. Спа зона и фитнес очень достойные. Контингент отдыхающих в это время в основном европейцы - немцы, англичане, поляки, бельгийцы...

Oda ve restoran çok temizdi. Yemekler iyi restoran yemeği kalitesindeydi. Çorbasından tatlısına kadar. Çeşitlilik de iyiydi. İçkiler soğuk ve lezzetliydi. Aşçıların ve tüm gürevlilerin emeklerine teşekkür ederiz. Personelin hepsi güleryüzlü ve nazikti. Workstation olsa daha iyi olurdu. Bir de sahildeki şezlong kapasitesi arttırılırsa daha iyi olur. Pavillion hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Animasyon şovları, akrobasi gösterileri, canlı müzik performansları çok iyiydi. Parasailing eğlenceliydi, su sporları aktivitelerini konaklayacaklara öneririm. Her gün spa ve masaj hizmetlerinden faydalandık. Bu ekstra hizmetlerin (pavillion, su sporları,kese/masaj) ücretleri ***et makuldu. Türkiye'de diğer turiatik yerleri düşündüğünüzde özellikle. Kemer'e yolumuz düşerse tekrar bu otelden rezervasyon yaparız.

At first, the hotel felt a bit confusing and not so comfortable, especially for someone who hasn’t stayed here before 😅. My booking was on housekeeping, but after a while I started to adapt to the atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel is wonderful 🌟 — excellent service, delicious food 🍽️, and breathtaking views 🌊🌴. Some small notes: the cleanliness in the corridors could be improved 🧹, and the way to the rooms felt a bit complicated and hot 😕. It would be much nicer if staff could guide guests through the pool or garden area 🌺, which is more refreshing and shorter. Also, the hotel felt slightly old-fashioned, even though it is renovated — the finishing is not 100% perfect. Overall, it’s still a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay here 😊.

I recently spent my summer holiday at this resort and overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort offers a great combination of comfort, family-friendly activities, and beachfront access that made our stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The beds were cozy, and the housekeeping service kept everything tidy and fresh. The food was another highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of dishes available, with something to satisfy every taste. From freshly grilled meats to well-prepared vegetarian options, we found the meals consistently delicious. There were also plenty of kid-friendly choices, which made dining as a family much easier. For families traveling with children, this resort really shines. There are numerous activities tailored for kids, including a dedicated water splash zone that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The resort features two swimming pools, one for adults and another specifically for children, so everyone has their own space to relax or play. One of the biggest advantages of this resort is its location, situated right next to the beach, it only takes a few steps to get from your room to the sea. The beach area was clean and well-maintained, with loungers available for guests to relax and enjoy the view. In the evenings, the resort comes alive with music and live performances. These nightly events create a vibrant atmosphere and offer a great way to wind down after a day in the sun. It really added a fun and lively touch to the overall experience. That said, there were a couple of areas where the resort could improve. The staff's knowledge of English was quite limited, which occasionally led to miscommunications. For instance, I ordered a pide with meat on two different occasions and received a cheese one both times. Similar mix-ups happened with other items as well, so it's something to keep in mind if you don’t speak the local language. Another small issue was with the room service system. The resort provides door tags to indicate if you don't want your room cleaned, but unfortunately, those signs were often ignored. Even when we hung the “Do Not Disturb” label, housekeeping still entered the room, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great value and a wonderful setting for a family holiday.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.
