I have stayed at this hotel many times with my friends and we loved it.One thing we’re not happy lately is the breakfast .Before they have plenty of options but recently it’s different.

This hotel is situated right beside the beach, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, shops and also they have a convenient store in the lobby, which was super convenient and great for getting mid night snacks. Breakfast selection was great as well, included many dishes made with okinawa products and they also have a section where you can build ur own sashimi bowl which i loved. Hotel room was quite spacious and clean!!! Our balcony had an amazing view as well, room design and interior was built nicely and it was overall a super comfortable stay ＜3

Ho scelto questo hotel per il suo prezzo accessibile. La posizione era comoda, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dai mezzi pubblici e a venti minuti a piedi dalla strada principale e dalla spiaggia. La camera tripla era arredata in modo semplice con pareti bianche. La posizione del letto contro la parete del corridoio era leggermente scomoda, ma la nostra camera in fondo al corridoio era piacevolmente silenziosa. La colazione era un po' limitata e a volte finiva, e il menu era diventato poco vario dopo qualche giorno. Il parcheggio era disponibile in una torre vicina per 1500 yen, un prezzo paragonabile ad altre opzioni locali. Nel complesso, ho trovato l'hotel un po' deludente a causa della mancanza di servizi come palestra o piscina e dell'atmosfera un po' impersonale. Le bevande gratuite si limitavano al caffè nero.

The hotel has a multi storey parking for hotel guest use, free of charge, but need to have a chop at front desk. Also there is a Aeon nearby which is tax free. We buy a lot of souvenir there! Hotel is located just next to American Village Depot Island. It is just across the street... and u will find plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment there. Although the view is not good, there is a balcony in our room. There is also a public bath (free of charge) as well...open till very late, many people go there at night. Remember to go before sunset as the sea view is great and many people go there for photo taking.

La posizione è perfetta per gli amanti della spiaggia e degli appassionati di surf, offrendo un facile accesso al mare, alla sabbia e al sole. Nonostante alcune barriere linguistiche, il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile e accomodante durante il mio soggiorno. Uno dei momenti salienti della mia esperienza è stata la colazione. Pur non offrendo un'ampia varietà, i piatti erano deliziosi e fornivano l'energia necessaria per una giornata di attività. Tuttavia, vale la pena ricordare che la zona circostante non dispone di possibilità di shopping, con solo l'hotel e un minimarket nelle vicinanze. Il lato positivo è che c'è una fantastica steakhouse e un ristorante tradizionale di Okinawa proprio dall'altra parte della strada. L'unico inconveniente è stato un piccolo inconveniente con la disposizione delle camere. Nonostante la prenotazione per due letti singoli e un letto supplementare per mia figlia, ci sono stati forniti solo due letti singoli. Questo inconveniente mi ha portato a togliere una stella dalla mia valutazione. Nel complesso, l'Okinawa Best Western offre un piacevole rifugio sulla spiaggia con personale cordiale e gustose opzioni per la colazione. Basta ricontrollare la disposizione della camera per evitare sorprese.

Wonderful stay at nest naha hotel kumoji with the family. Room size is just nice for 4 persons. Hotel is clean and walking distance to shopping street. Near to monorail too for our early flight next day. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

my family had wonderful time at the hotel and swimming pool at both inside and outside were great, although some staff was talking to my kids who could not understand Japanese with non-respectful wording, as I'm able to speak Japanese so I could understand what this staff was saying to my kids, except that one fact everything was ok, parking was also convenient as it's spacious and not so much cost, and the beach was so close from the outdoor swimming pool, just 5 min by walk .. breakfast is also ok but need to improve at fruit section as there's only a couple of choices , I would choose the hotel when I'm back next time as it was pleasant for my family to stay there.

It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice. It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village. And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

The breakfast and dinner options were honestly fantastic. There were plenty of options that ranged from Italian to traditional Japanese. I really enjoyed the night we grilled at our table.
