The hotel was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The amenities, specially the onsen, were great. The staff was very helpful and nice. Also it’s interesting that the hotel is inside the stadium. Plus, the breakfast buffet had many choices and all of them were very good. Would definitely recommend it.

È un buon cammino 3-5min alla stazione di autobus e tram più vicina, il lobby è collegato a un mezzo dimensione 7-11 rende tutto super comodo! La stanza è la dimensione perfetta per 1 grande bagaglio. Le strutture onsen erano grandi con spazio adeguato anche.

Great location and room was very clean and spacious. It’s a very new hotel and everything is new and nice. Hotel location is great! It’s right next to the train station and shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby so getting good food is easy. Will definitely come back to stay again if we visit Nagasaki again.

The hotel is situated in an extended portion in a corner lot of the I-land. Many resort facilities. We enjoyed the area very much. Our room has a great view of the sea. The only shortcoming was the food was just average and minimum. It was also slow in serving - took 2 hours to serve 6 dishes! Overall, I gave 70 marks for its overall score.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

L'hotel è situato sulla montagna, ma il servizio di navetta è regolare dall'hotel alla stazione Nagasaki e indietro. Voterei a favore di questo hotel se non si preoccupano delle inconvenienti dell'hotel situato in montagna.

We do love this hotel. It might be located a bit far from the bus stop but we do recommend to stay here. The view of the lake from our room and onsen room is marvelous. You can walk around 450-500 metres from hotel to bus stop or Unzen Jigoku park. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

L'hotel è al cima della montagna, il paesaggio è bello, il porto di Shenzhen e l'isola di 99 è senza riserve, è bellissimo! La pianta davanti alla casa di scena del mare è troppo ricco, ma è davvero tranquillo. Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, soprattutto la cucina giapponese del mare colorato, ricordati di prenotare in anticipo, vale la pena gustare! L'hotel è sulla montagna di fronte alla stazione e dice 1.5 chilometri pesanti di Zhuang Mountain per un'ora. Sono stanco di DaYe e la navigazione mi ha dato tutta la strada di scala di Zhuang Mountain. Infatti, il ristorante di Fujibua è buono dopo l'anno.
