"The location of the hotel is very close to the central walking shopping district. However, it is not close to the tram or train. The closet tram station is about 7 minutes walk. Next to the hotel you can find a spot for renting bicycles. The rooms are quite small. It has a Japanese style shower, so a shower can be taken standing or seated. The hotel slippers are very flimsy, so better take your own slippers. Buffet breakfasts are ok. Last orders are at 9am, but the food trays are literally empty at 8:45am. So you may want to get there early."

"Hotel was conveniently located with restaurants and mall nearby. Located on a street with many shops. Entrance to the hotel is located facing the street. You need to take a lift to access the hotel. Hotel is not located street level. Overall, a good experience."

"Price is good. Location is great, just 5 mins by foot to JR Takamatsu and the train station Takamatsu-Chicco. Staff is helpful and nice too. However, the room is old and aging on the amenities. Dust is on the desk, on ceiling, and near the air-conditioner. Carpet looks not washed for quite some time. Fortunately the bed is comfortable and I feel hygiene on it. For someone who has high standard of hygiene, this hotel would not be an option for them."

"Questo posto è a circa 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione Takamatsu/Ferry Pier, è disponibile parcheggio gratuito. La stanza non è la più spaziosa (ovviamente dipende dal tipo di stanza!) ma tutti i membri del personale sono eccezionalmente utili per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole! Il loro colazione è sorprendente, hanno offerto cibo occidentale e giapponese e anche delicazioni locali!"

"Il personale è attento e amichevole, sia che si tratti di servizio in camera degli ospiti, di organizzazione del colazione, tutti i dettagli sono molto attenti e perfetti.Il salone dell'hotel offre bevande gratuite, cibo piccolo, ambiente comodo. "During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that also serves as a wedding venue — and from the moment I arrived, the level of service was simply impeccable. The staff were not only gracious and professional, but also went out of their way to assist me at every turn, despite my lack of Japanese language skills. A special mention goes to the amenities: the hotel provides a well-stocked amenity station at the reception, where guests can freely pick up whatever they need — a detail that reflects the hotel’s attention to guest convenience. While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. With its blend of elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, it became a peaceful and comfortable base for my journey — one I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers."
