There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Our flight arrived earlier than expected, so we ended up getting to the hotel early. The staff in the hotel lobby warmly welcomed us and helped us with check-in. However, the staff member assisting us wasn't very fluent in English (she was also very kind and she did her best to communicate with us using a translator), causing a slight miscommunication. Her name was Jennifer (we asked another staff member about during checkout) and she was exceptionally fluent and kind. She helped us check in early with an exceptional service that was gracious and friendly, yet remarkably swift and efficient. Although the guest room furniture was a bit dated, it was remarkably well-maintained, and the facilities-including the pool and fitness center-were fantastic. The staff member who handled our checkout was also very attentive, thoughtfully asking about our stay and if everything with the room was to our satisfaction (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). On the evening of our departure, the male concierge kindly helped us book a taxi to the airport. The porter was just as thoughtful—he guided us to the taxi, loaded our bags into the trunk, and kindly asked the driver to make sure we reached the airport on time. Every staff member, including Jennifer, was exceptionally warm and welcoming.
