Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Il Castle è davvero un hotel eccezionale! Dal momento in cui sono entrata nella hall, sono stata accolta da una fragranza meravigliosa, che in seguito ho scoperto essere quella dei prodotti da bagno dell'hotel. Mi è piaciuta così tanto che ho persino acquistato la crema corpo con la stessa fragranza. 😍 Situato su una collina, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato sul ponte Xinghai, così bello che non volevo nemmeno andarmene. A dire il vero, ho finito per annullare il mio programma solo per trascorrere più tempo in hotel! Anche se è leggermente distante dal centro città, non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi: i taxi sono sempre facili da trovare e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun inconveniente. La camera era assolutamente bellissima e immacolata. Non solo le condizioni della camera erano perfette, ma ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento. Vorrei esprimere in particolare la mia gratitudine a un membro del personale di nome Zora. 💘 Dopo il check-out, mi sono accorta di aver lasciato dei vestiti in camera. Anche se ho contattato l'hotel una settimana dopo, lei è stata molto gentile a controllare, mi ha inviato foto tramite WeChat e mi ha aiutato a recuperare i miei effetti personali. Le sono davvero grata per il suo aiuto. Se dovessi tornare a Dalian, tornerò sicuramente al The Castle. Ho sempre goduto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel più bello. Il personale era molto paziente e accogliente. È stato situato vicino a molte viste sceniche, a ealikkg di distanza da molte negozi e ristoranti. La mia stanza era tranquilla e pulita. Il personale è andato di sopra e di là per rendere .e felice e a casa.Sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno generale e consiglierei a tutti di rimanere qui. Grande prezzo, grande servizio, e il più dolce personale che abbia mai incontrato.

The location was perfect, close to the Qianshan Scenic area. The hotel itself was quite dated, and the furnishings were a bit shabby, but nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The 'hot springs' were really just the swimming pool, which was heated, a kids pool, and a small 'hotter' bathing pool. There does seem to be an outdoor bathing area, but this was empty in Early May - perhaps it would be open later in the year. The staff were friendly, but very non-plussed by a foreigner - they obviously don't get many. I was presented a wonton soup for breakfast at 7.45 AM, and got two swimming vouchers, although i suspect this was per room, so you may need to pay for extra swim vouchers.

Ho prenotato una camera vista mare per un viaggio con i miei bambini. Il personale dell'hotel ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarmi con i bagagli, ma ho dovuto aspettare molto tempo per il check-in. Si spera che tutte le reception siano aperte durante i periodi di punta. Inoltre, sono un po' deluso dai servizi igienici che mi preoccupano molto. C'è ancora molta cenere di sigaretta nel bagno che non è stata ripulita. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, hanno semplicemente chiesto una pulizia signora di pulirlo con un panno e non ha chiesto agli ospiti cosa ne pensassero, ad esempio spogliarsi o dare loro un nuovo cambio di camera completo. Dopotutto, questo costoso hotel è qui anche per i servizi e le strutture ambientali. Spero che venga migliorato in futuro! Il grande oceano di fronte all'hotel è un luogo felice per i bambini, che si divertono nuotando e giocando in mare.

Hotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

We visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412
