Uzbekistan: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione di Bukhara

Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

Персонал вежливый и говорит на русском. В первый день вода в открытом бассейне была 33 градуса, было классно, потом вода стала холодной и пользоваться им стало невозможно. Сауну и хамам нужно просить включить за час, иначе будет холодная. Накануне отъезда во время уборки исчезли из шкафа отельные халаты, мы не поняли зачем вообще было лезть в шкаф и зачем забирать оттуда халаты,которые лежали аккуратно сложенными на полке и видно что ими не пользовались? Заметили случайно, так как собирались в спа и хотели использовать. Заявили на ресепшн, чтобы с нас потом их не потребовали. Персонал на стойке регистрации предложил трансфер до станции, но его цена зашкаливает. Создалось впечатление, что они так подрабатывают на туристах.

Ambiente: Situato in un piccolo vicolo, non lontano dalla Moschea delle Quattro Torri e dalla Città Vecchia. A volte i taxi non riescono ad arrivare a causa della chiusura della strada.

Per un hotel a tre stelle tutto è normale. Dei plus: vestito in camera, buon ristorante disponibile da mattina a notte, buon wi-fi, molto tranquillo) Dalle sue basse: alla vecchia città a 20 minuti a piedi, è inconfortabile andare, è necessario attraversare le tracce e la zona di letto. Letto è grande ma inconfortabile: nessuna matita, cattive mutande, lavato letto grigio. Nel bagno non c'è pressione, il bagno è guadagnato 3 ore.
