Uzbekistan: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione di Bukhara

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

Questo è un hotel molto carino. L'ho trovato molto pulito e confortevole. Anche il personale è gentile e cordiale e parla molto bene l'inglese. Il prezzo che si paga qui vale i servizi offerti. Se dovessi tornare o visitare di nuovo Bukhara, mi sentirei sicuramente a mio agio a passare la notte qui. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel non si trova in centro città, ma a Bukhara non è un grosso problema: la città è piccola e in taxi ci si arriva ovunque in circa 10-15 minuti. Tuttavia, c'è un cantiere proprio accanto all'hotel. I lavori iniziano presto la mattina, quindi se avete in programma un viaggio a breve, non consiglierei di soggiornare qui a causa del rumore. Хороший отель, расположен довольно удачно, до центра можно и пешком дойти, но проще на такси, оно дешёвое и работает приложение Яндексгоу. Завтраки не очень понравились. Персонал вежливый и говорит на русском. В первый день вода в открытом бассейне была 33 градуса, было классно, потом вода стала холодной и пользоваться им стало невозможно. Сауну и хамам нужно просить включить за час, иначе будет холодная. Накануне отъезда во время уборки исчезли из шкафа отельные халаты, мы не поняли зачем вообще было лезть в шкаф и зачем забирать оттуда халаты,которые лежали аккуратно сложенными на полке и видно что ими не пользовались? Заметили случайно, так как собирались в спа и хотели использовать. Заявили на ресепшн, чтобы с нас потом их не потребовали. Персонал на стойке регистрации предложил трансфер до станции, но его цена зашкаливает. Создалось впечатление, что они так подрабатывают на туристах.

L'hotel è stato molto piccolo e ha camere molto belle.Abbiamo avuto un brutto inizio quando ci è stato detto che non era incluso il colazione, nonostante ciò che diceva sull'app Trip.com. Il personale del genere si è rilassato e ci ha dato colazione comunque, anche se c'era evidentemente un disastro in tutto il sistema di prenotazione (non credo sia colpa dell'hotel).

Номер соответствует описанию и фото на сайте. Местоположение отличное. В номере есть все необходимое, зуб набор по запросу, текла раковина, после того, как ею воспоьуешься, лужа. Завтраки посредственные, голодный не уйдёшь, но все холодное, так как выставляют с утра. Нам не повезло, с нами заехала футбольная команда, которая гвлдела по вечерам, ближе к 23, чем доставляли неудобства. В целом за эту стоимость место не плохое, белье чистое, кровать удобная,подушки тоже..

Un hotel molto bello con un servizio eccellente, in una passeggiata dalla città antica. La stanza dispone di tutti i mobili necessari, di buone riparazioni e confortevoli. L'unica cosa che era un po' turbata - piuttosto modesta rispetto a Hiva e Samarkand colazione, cibo caldo erano pochi, cucinando in imballaggi di fabbrica, ma non male caffè.
