Turchia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Provincia di Smirne

La struttura è molto bella, le camere sono bellissime, il colazione è grande e il servizio di custodia quotidiana è molto buono. C'era un gentiluomo che ci ha aiutato a trovare l'autobus all'aeroporto, ci ha anche guidati alla fermata per mostrarci dove era, a pochi minuti di distanza, ma molto gentilmente. Alcune cose e cose da notare: 1. La maggior parte del personale non parla inglese. Usano Google Translate che è efficace per la maggior parte, ma difficile se si deve avere una discussione. 2. La pagina dell'hotel menziona l'aeroporto cadere gratuitamente. L'hotel afferma che non è incluso e impossibile avere una discussione così non poteva fare molto. Non sono sicuri se questo sia un problema trip.com o un problema dell'hotel. 3. Il colazione è davvero molto buono. Ma è un colazione turco fisso, quindi se avete diete può essere difficile. Il personale chiederebbe casualmente “tea, caffè, succo? ”come se fosse tutto compreso e poi quando ci siamo verificati abbiamo ricevuto un conto di 40 sterline per un paio di caffè. Sembra solo il tè è stato incluso. Quando gli abbiamo detto che nessuno ci ha informato se fosse imputabile, tutto quello che hanno fatto era offrirci due caffè al mattino per compensare. La musica suonava fino alle 1:00.Le prime due notti erano un po'piu' tranquille e si chiuse fino alle 12. Ma l'ultima notte si e'proceduto fino alle 1:00. Quando ci lamentavamo circa 12 dissero: ”Oh, questo è normale, ma ora che alcuni ospiti hanno lamentato, ridurremo il volume. Non ne faceva molto di differenza. Ieri sera, li', completamente rovinato i bellissimi giorni che avevamo li'.

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Alberghi confortevoli, ma preoccupazioni seri per le relazioni degli ospiti. Quando ci siamo lamentati, il personale ha risposto in modo difensivo e ha continuato a scalare piuttosto che a risolvere la questione o ad accettare il nostro feedback. Mentre un membro del personale femminile era piacevole, due membri del personale maschile erano inprofessionali e disturbanti durante tutta la situazione.

I had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels. One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

Abbiamo avuto la camera deluxe, la camera era lussuosa, tranne per la TV intelligente, che non era un interruttore di affari perché ci siamo trovati per godere delle attrazioni storiche vicine e della città stessa. La struttura è situata a pochi passi dal centro di Selçuk, dove si possono trovare diversi ristoranti e caffè. Il buffet di colazione incluso è stato grande. Il personale era bello e facile. C’erano due problemi: l’ingresso della stanza non era accuratamente illuminato e il flusso del bagno era sbagliato, ma sono venuti quando abbiamo segnalato il problema e l’abbiamo risolto. È un'azienda di proprietà familiare, e anche se è molto difficile trovare un hotel in questa gamma di prezzi con un parcheggio fuori strada, vi guidano ancora alla strada accanto all'hotel che il personale osserva 24/7 e voi parcheggiate la vostra auto lì. In generale, ci siamo divertiti e vi consiglieremo di rimanere qui.

È un hotel relativamente nuovo con un bel design degli interni classico e una buona combinazione di colori.. Posizioni: 5 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Izmir. Ma è troppo lontano camminando fino alla città locale di Sarnic, dove è a 1 fermata dall'aeroporto o 8 fermate dal principale svincolo di Izmir Hilal con la linea rossa della metropolitana. Prendi gli autobus 705 o 828 che passano ogni 10-15 minuti, oppure un taxi Ricezione; check-in e check-out rapidi. Camera: pulita, confortevole, ma il materasso un po' morbido. Per me. Nessuna vista. Wi-fi: accesso facile e segnale forte, veloce, affidabile Colazione: colazione turca completa con molte opzioni, buffet self-service. Cena: buon servizio e cibo delizioso. Ho mangiato bistecca e insalata, sono venuto con pane e salse gratuiti e spuntini gratuiti. Navetta aeroportuale: corsa gratuita per l'aeroporto dalle 6:00 alle 14:00, solo per prendere il volo. Palestra/sala fitness nel seminterrato: spaziosa, buona gamma di pesi liberi e una macchina per trazioni crossover, alcune macchine per ciclismo in piedi e cardio-walking. Tappetino yoga. Nel complesso: buon soggiorno per 3 notti.

L'hotel è molto bello e la colazione è molto buona.E'molto triste che non ci sia modo di vivere per più giorni, altrimenti potresti godere meglio di questa bella piccola città.L'aereo è tardi, è molto tardi all'hotel, la reception è stata in attesa, molto grazie.Il consiglio è che la reception sia collegata alla camera di sopra con un buon WiFi
