I had high expectations for Habitas, especially considering the price point, but unfortunately the service did not live up to it. First, communication was a recurring issue. Several staff members, particularly at the reception, were not fluent in English, which led to multiple instances of miscommunication and incorrect information. For a property that caters to international guests, it is essential to have front desk staff who can communicate clearly and confidently in English. The experience at Tama Restaurant was even more disappointing. One of the male staff members was noticeably rude. We were presented with the bill even though we had not requested it, which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, when my friend, who had just finished swimming, was told she could not sit because she was wet, no alternative solution was offered. No bathrobe, no towel, no assistance. She was effectively expected to stand while eating. When this was raised, there was no apology or sense of accountability. For the price charged, the level of service falls significantly short. Compared to other luxury properties such as Banyan Tree, where the staff are consistently warm and attentive, the difference in hospitality is very noticeable. Habitas has beautiful surroundings, but service is what defines a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay.

I stayed at Novotel Yanbu and had an overall average experience. The rooms were okay (3/5) and met basic expectations. Cleanliness (2.5/5) and bathrooms (2.5/5) were slightly below average and could use better maintenance. There was a noticeable, unusual smell in both the rooms and the lobby, which did affect comfort at times. The location is the biggest advantage (8/10) — being close to the Corniche makes it ideal for night-time strolls and relaxing walks by the sea. Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom upkeep, and odor control would make the stay more comfortable.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

La vicinanza alle attrazioni locali era un cambiamento di gioco, che mi permetteva di esplorare senza sforzo la zona senza la molestia di lunghi commutatori. In sintesi, Shaden Resort offre la trifeta di posizione, pulizia e comodità, rendendola una base perfetta per ogni viaggiatore. Molto consigliato!

Questo hotel è davvero delizioso. Il personale è molto accogliente, condivide una storia e offre una breve gita prima dell'iscrizione. L'atmosfera è magica, in gran parte a causa della dipendenza dalla luce candele piuttosto che dall'elettricità ampia. Il colazione è assolutamente meraviglioso. La mia unica piccola prenotazione è stata la presenza completa del logo della banca SAB. Anche se sottile, una volta notato, è diventato evidente in quasi tutti gli elementi di design in tutto l'hotel. Tuttavia, apprezzerei con grande cuore questa esperienza perfetta 10/10, soprattutto per coloro che apprezzano il suo unico fascino e l'atmosfera.

Had a wonderful stay for my birthday retreat at the property. Friendly and attentive staff, efficient buggy services, fantastic views on natural beauty and Maraya, great hygiene. Will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone who love the natural setting and the world’s last mirrored building nearby.

L'hotel non aveva una mappa turistica e una guida di Alula, il che rendeva estremamente difficile guidare: 1. Non sapevo come arrivare a Hegra. Porta Nord? Porta Sud? Orientarsi era complicato. Più tardi ho scoperto che era 375...9200...70. 2. Non c'erano orari di apertura per le attrazioni. Sono arrivato a Elephant Rock alle 13:00 e mi è stato detto che apriva alle 16:00. Sono arrivato a Hegra alle 15:40, ed era già chiuso. Gli hotel internazionali di solito hanno brochure turistiche e mappe, il che va bene per i gruppi, ma è difficile per i viaggiatori indipendenti. Spero che questo aspetto possa essere migliorato.

We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!

Sono molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza di prenotazione di un appartamento all'estero questa volta. Posso cucinare e lavare i vestiti nell'appartamento. Poiché è Ramadan, non ci sono ristoranti in cui mangiare durante il giorno, quindi posso cucinare qualcosa nell'appartamento. C'è un grande Carrefour dall'altra parte della strada! Fare shopping è molto comodo!
