La stanza puzzava di muffa quando ci sono entrato per la prima volta... credo a causa della moquette... l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio ma è così vicino alla spiaggia e si può vedere il mare dal balcone La stanza non era molto pulita, specialmente nel bagno c'erano delle macchie nere e la doccia del bidet era rustica e l'aria condizionata non è fredda come avrei voluto La piscina chiude alle 6.30 / troppo presto Il personale alla reception è molto gentile La colazione costa 30 rm / la varietà del cibo è accettabile rispetto al prezzo ma la pulizia è così terribile come ho visto le tovaglie erano sporche come se non le lavassero mai e c'era anche cacca di uccello sulla sedia Nel complesso è accettabile se vuoi stare vicino alla spiaggia con il prezzo economico ma non aspettarti la pulizia

We able to early check in because the room was ready. Rooms: The highlight for me was the view from my room—overlooking the bustling city. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a good night’s rest. Almost perfect holiday at the Parkroyal Penang.. ++ plus points: 1. room was spacious with fun pool amenities 2. beach view is beautiful during sunset 3. had interesting monkey visitors at our huge balcony 4. appreciative of the pleasant service in general from day houskeeping to F&B crew Unfortunately with some glaring misses 😣 - - minus points: 1. checked in room at the evening, noted floor and day bed had lotsa sand particles. Night housekeeping came to rectify so late while we are eating in room meals and told us to then wait for next day housekeeping because it is near their knock off time😧😅 2. Reception made a mistake to actually charge my credit card for $400 deposit, instead of holding the deposit 😏. Was informed during checkout to wait for 2 weeks refund. 😩 3. breakfast selection could have been better in view that it is a 5🌟hotel. New food at buffet line could have been replaced earlier, when finished.

Mi piace questo hotel: posizione, parcheggio automatizzato, servizio di navetta per colazione punti da non offrire colazione. Il personale è anche molto utile, offrendo consigli (come se utilizzare il servizio di shuttle mattina per colazione, come utilizzare il parcheggio automatico all'interno dell'hotel) e suggerimenti agli ospiti. La stanza è confortevole, e dispone di 2 unità di aria condizionata in spazi separati e la capacità di spostarsi è un plus. La vista dalla piscina è anche bella. In generale, è un piacevole soggiorno e non c'è niente che non mi piace.
