India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Chandigarh

Il servizio presso JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh è stato eccezionale. Questa è la seconda volta che mi fermo qui. Non c'era assolutamente alcun problema che non fosse stato affrontato in tempo e con risultati soddisfacenti, soprattutto per migliorare la mia posizione in una categoria più alta e rispondere alle mie esigenze. La qualità del servizio e l'atteggiamento globale positivo verso il mio soggiorno mi soddisfano di tornare e soggiornare all'Hotel JW Marriott Chandigarh ogni volta che sono a Chandigarh. Di solito offro suggerimenti per miglioramenti, ma non c'è assolutamente nulla che possa essere migliorato – hai impostato la barra molto alta.” Era un buon soggiorno.

Well located Hotel Lemon Tree near Elante Mall..clean rooms, satisfactory food..but F&B Staff needs to be trained to be more quiet and need to focus on the guests but they were talking amongst them selves and were not that concerned with the guests’ needs at the restaurant !😊

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice but the food was particularly impressive. The service provided by Kevi was top notch and very well appreciated by my family. He did an outstanding job in helping us throughout our stay.

Excellent location, polished interiors, good support team, excellent technology for recurring guest, nice commitment,good food.
