Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

La Crowne Plaza Bandung era un piacevole soggiorno per poche notti. La stanza era buona, ma si sentiva piuttosto rumorosa con i muffler a moto rumorosi ubiquitou filtrando nella stanza tutta la notte. Il vetro doppio vetro/riduzione del rumore sembra mancare. Le finestre hanno bisogno di una pulizia completa e di tessere di stanza che sembrano piuttosto sporche in parti. Su una nota positiva, il letto è comodo, la posizione è favorevole e tutte le interazioni del personale dell'hotel sono state amichevole, utile e gentile. Menzione speciale al manager del ristorante che ha aiutato graziosamente a offrire e consegnare un succo sano speciale delizioso al mio tavolo al colazione per diversi giorni. Il colazione del ristorante ha una varietà di piatti locali deliziosi indonesiani, nonché le solite staple occidentali. La nostra camera si trovava convenientemente sul piano Executive Lounge, che era spazioso e relativamente tranquillo per godere di canapene e bevande serali. Un'altra menzione speciale per la sua assistenza con i nostri biglietti per treno e con tutti i dipendenti obbligatori del salone che soddisfano le mie molteplici richieste di caffè e bevande. La piscina al livello 5 invitava a nuotare con una vista piacevole sulla città e verso le montagne. Tutti i concierge e i portatori sono stati molto utili, così come è stato apprezzato il servizio speciale che aiuta a attraversare la strada occupata fuori dall'hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage con la nostra famiglia. La posizione è eccellente, offre belle viste e aria di montagna fresca. La stanza e tutte le strutture dell'hotel sono state pulite e ben mantenute. Le strutture sono grandi, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini. Il personale era amichevole, attento e sempre disposto ad aiutare. Il colazione aveva una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose. In generale, era un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile, e ci piacerebbe certamente tornare 🤍

The access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.
