Indonesia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Kalimantan Orientale

Pertama kali ajak keluarga buat liburan, dapat rekomendasi juga dari teman teman, jadinya pesan hotel ini, sayangnya letak lumayan jauh ya dari pusat kota, jadi ya mau apa apa.pesan via online, tapi untuk kebersihan dan sarapan nya dijamin tidak mengecewakan, hanya saja ada beberapa miskomunikasi misal keberadaan kamar yg saya pesan beda lantai, dan fasilitas kolam renang yg ”katanya” hanya bisa digunakan jika kita memakai pakaian renang, *****tara yang saya lihat kemarin banyak orang tua yg mendampingi anak anaknya tanpa menggunakan pakaian renang yg semestinya, terus kalau bisa yg mengawasi di kolam lebihlah ”humanis” baik dalam bersikap dan mengarahkan, saya lebih apresiasi yg dari pintu depan seperti security, receptionis, dan karyawan lainnya yg bersikap ramah, percayalah bisnis hotel akan bangkit kembali dengan anda menerapkan layanan yg prima, terima kasih atas jamuan satu malamnya, jika nanti ada kesempatan, kami pasti akan kembali

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Bontang for a couple of nights. This was the only place that seemed to be available for the dates we wanted. Last time we were in Bontang was 21 years ago. The hotel is very much a sports resort/contractor accommodation type place. Bontang isn't really a tourist location hence the limited choices to stay. We were here for a particular reason so just needed a place to sleep while we were here. The best way to describe the hotel/rooms is 'typical Indonesian'. Everything worked but had seen better days shall we say. Didn't have any concerns regarding cleanliness or safety and the location is really pretty. It's a bit out of the way so you need your own transport or be prepared to pay the going rate for taxis etc. Breakfast is your usual Indonesian fare and there was plenty of variety. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Just one point to clarify, when I made the booking, it was stated that there isn't a front reception so phone ahead to establish how to check in beforehand. In practice, there IS a front reception, just as you would expect in any hotel, so there's no need to worry about what to do about checking in. If you arrived and there was nobody on the desk, someone would soon turn up once your presence was known. All staff that we came across were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have been happy to stay for longer if we had the time.

L'hotel è stanco e il personale non ha esperienza nell'industria ospite. Camera: soggiornato al 8° piano. Le pizze avevano un forte odore di sudorazione e sembravano essere state cambiate da un po'. La struttura della stanza era piuttosto di base con pavimento laminato di base. Nel bagno c'era il gel da doccia e lo shampoo complimentare, ma quando le bottiglie erano state spinte, era molto acquatico e sembrava che il personale lo avesse semplicemente toccato con acqua regolare. La camera era anche molto povera e mi sono rinunciato dopo mezz'ora di prova. Il colazione era di grande diffusione, ma non di alta qualità.Il bubble era lucido. Il pollo fritto era sgustoso (possibile indicare che era congelato per un po') e i cuochi che cucinavano l'indomia semplicemente gettarono la torta di noodle in un bagno d'acqua semi riempito e non agitano o monitorano la cucina che porta a metà l'indomia cucinata. La sezione del pranzo è anche profumata come una grande fabbrica di sigarette, mentre ci sono sezioni di fumo. Upside: grande posizione come parte di un sviluppo di un centro commerciale. Il lobby offre una comoda sala per riunioni e catchup di pomeriggio. Il personale del lobby era molto piacevole ed efficiente e si è allontanato dalla strada per pulire rapidamente i nostri tazze e prendere nuovi ordini. Questo hotel è un contrasto molto forte con il semarang mercurio dove abbiamo trascorso la notte precedente.

Compared to other hotels in Balikpapan, Ibis is very affordable. Nevertheless, this hotel offers good amenities, such as a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. However, the shower cabin is too small. You can barely move around in it. I also miss a refrigerator. The Indonesian breakfast is excellent. Many Westerners stay in this hotel, but strangely enough, the breakfast is geared exclusively towards Indonesians. For Westerners, there's only cheap white bread with sweeteners like jam and chocolate spread. I miss good-quality wheat bread, rolls, cheese, and sliced meat. Strangely enough, the hotel isn't geared towards Western tourists at all. FO doesn't know where to rent motor cycles and they don't have any information about tourist attractions. They foist overpriced excursions with a guide and car on every tourist. Dear Ibis personnel, please understand that many Western tourists want to rent motor cycles and find their way to excursions via Google Maps. In short, Ibis management, do some research on Western tourists, provide brochures with excursions to FO, and make sure FO has information about motor cycles and car rentals. In summary, Ibis is a fine hotel for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not sufficiently focused on Western tourists.

The hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however,  the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

Il nostro viaggio è stato un soggiorno di fermata a Mercure Berua. Siamo stati impressionati dal grande e spazioso lobby. Il servizio al divano frontale era veloce e accogliente. Il personale del ristorante era anche molto utile con la raccomandazione. La mia camera era bella e pulita e profumata. La posizione è a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e si può organizzare un trasferimento a un prezzo. Non è stato possibile utilizzare le strutture questa volta. Molto consigliato questo hotel.

Grande posizione per viaggi d'affari, molto strategico e facile da accedere. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, perfetta per riposare dopo le riunioni. Il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Le strutture erano sufficienti e tutto funzionava bene. In generale, un soggiorno piacevole e conveniente per i viaggiatori di business.

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

This is our second time staying as a big family. Group of 9. Love the breakfast love the hospitality and staff were very very friendly. Cozy and easy hotel. Would stay here again, 😬

Prima di tutto, ho una stanza con cazzo di cuccioli, odore e super umido 😢 Anche se sono rimasto qui 2 volte, ho avuto un'unità sicura ma ho chiesto di cambiare il ricevitore e fortunatamente può essere sostituito Poi la stanza che è stata cambiata ha un problema nel condizionatore dell'aria della stanza, che non è freddo a tutti 😢😔 ma fortunatamente la posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, quindi è facile andare da qualsiasi parte
