Grecia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Creta

Bellissima struttura di fronte alla fortezza veneziana ed a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale. Camera di ampiezza standard per il livello, ampio balcone. Letto molto comodo. Piscina sul tetto forse un po' piccola per le esigenze. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Parcheggio non grandissimo ma con utile servizio di valet parking. Colazione con linea con lo standard dell'hotel. Nel complesso una esperienza estremamente piacevole.

Hotel in centro, attraversando la piazza in zona pedonale. Ottima colazione varia , per il dolce ed il salato. Giornalmente ci sono stati forniti i teli per il mare. Inoltre il parcheggio a pagamento di € 12,00, forniva non solo la sosta dell’auto ma anche il servizio ( un inserviente alla reception si occupava di farci trovare l’auto dinanzi all’ingresso) .

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

El Greco è un mio punto di riferimento a Heraklion ed è migliorato negli anni anche se conserva lo stile anni '80. Però è pulito, ha tv, wi-fi, AC, minifridge, tende semioscuranti e infissi insonorizzanti. Il bagno è piccolo ma nuovo e funzionale. Ha il deposito bagagli. Ed è in pieno centro!

Hotel che merita tutte le stelle che ha. Posizione perfetta, accoglienza e staff impeccabili. Colazione ricca e ben servita, stanze pulite ed accoglienti. Parcheggio gratuito al coperto. Consigliatissimo

This hotel is amazing. We spent our summer here with our kids. This hotel has everything we needed and the amazing time and service we had was above all our expectations. First, all the staff is very kind and helpful for any kind of requests we had. We understood this from our first discussion with Kostas, the reservation manager who is so kind and making sure every customer would be satisfied during their entire stay. Manos, the food and beverage manager is amazing as well, so is its entire team. The Italian restaurant Oliva is delicious and offers a large menu from delicious pastas, fresh caprese, seafood, meat, incredible cooked vegetables,… to make happy everyone. The breakfast is also great, everything we wanted was there! From the on-demand omelettes to the freshly baked crepes and pastries, fruits assortments, cooked meals, … everything. The bar restaurant is a so beautiful and quiet spot and offers the most beautiful view on the beach. There we could order all kind of snacks and play snooker. This spot is very representative of the hotel : a 5 stars hotel but no showing off :) Exactly what we love ! Best kids club. We have been in several kids club before and as parents, of course this is so important: happy kids, happy parents. Exactly as the entire staff of the hotel, the kids club staff is AMAZING, so good heart and giving their best to make the little guest happy. Our kids spent some time there almost every afternoon and had the best time ! They speak different languages but most of all, they speak the kids’ one perfectly. Very professional, very good people. Thanks Natalia and Veronica for the love you gave to our kids that love you so much. The animation team is great as well !! When we were in the mood of activities we could join the games and pool animations as well as the mini disco in the evening that the kids and we loved! The team gives all to make happy the clients and has so much energy !! The housekeeping is very good and very kind too. The nice beach offers water sports and we had the chance to make some jet sky and banana boat :) There is also a games corner and an area to play chests and many more kind of games. Fitness center, spa, several pools, some with animation, some for quiet times, one kid pool with little slides, tennis courts (and an amazing tennis teacher) We loved our time there and will be back as soon as possible

C'è un letto matrimoniale in camera, un letto singolo, anche se non c'è grande spazio, ma i mobili sono pieni: le tute, i desk, il bagno non è piccolo, ci sono piccole finestre che possono essere ventilate.Viviamo nella stanza di cortile e abbiamo un lungo balcone. Anche se la stanza è diretta verso la strada, la finestra e la porta sono ben isolati per dormire la notte.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, camminando 6-7 minuti da un camion.La ricezione è inglese, accoglienza entusiasta, soggiorno e uscite dal negozio sono semplici e rapidi. La porta dell'hotel è un autobus. Qualunque sia l'aeroporto o l'autobus che arriva a Liuqi, c'è una stazione di autobus direttamente alla porta.L'igiene è buona, c'è un caldo bagno.La colazione è ricca di quanto immagino.Il rapporto costo-beneficio è molto buono.

Superb hotel. Perfect location right on the beach with shallow, clear waters. Sun beds free as part of the hotel plus drinks and food are served to your sun bed on the beach too. The bar area was gorgeous overlooking the beach, with a beautiful sunset every evening around 8:15pm. George and Kostas were so friendly and regularly gave us a free bowl of crisps with our drinks which the children loved. Little touches mean a lot. We stayed in a maisonette which worked great with our 10 and 11 year old as they had twin beds and their own bathroom upstairs, with a sliding door at the top of the stairs for privacy, whilst we had our own double bed and bathroom downstairs plus balcony The room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily too. Free towels provided for the beach every day. Agia Marina is a long road of restaurants and shops with Gorgona, Rustic Garden and Nymfi (live music on a Sunday, plus a children’s play area), are all excellent restaurants. Chania was a 35 min bus ride (stop 5 minute walk from hotel) or 15 mins via car €17. Very pretty harbour but very busy! You can’t go wrong with this hotel for a family holiday.

The hotel is below average and obviously sells because of its central location in Heraklion. This is its only advantage. Otherwise : A lot of noise from early morning (big banging, etc.) - to the point where you can't rest. Small and uncomfortable rooms. (They don't even have hangers in the bathroom for towels!) The rooms show strong signs of abandonment. They need renovation. Very modest breakfast, with only the very basics. Everything served is without taste! Only low quality filter coffee is served - without taste. If one wants to get a decent coffee, they must order it from the cafe bar at the entrance and is charged. There is a scale for weighting luggage at the reception. Requires a fee of 1 Euro !!! The staff, although very polite, are not happy or cheerful with clients. To ξενοδοχείο είναι κάτω του μετρίου και προφανώς πουλάει λόγω της θέσης του που είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο του Ηρακλείου. Αυτό αποτελεί το μόνο του πλεονέκτημα. Κατα τα άλλα : Πολύ θόρυβος από τα ξημερώματα (κρούση μεγάλων κτλ) - σε σημείο να μη μπορεί να ξεκουραστεί κανείς. Μικρά και άβολα δωμάτια. (Δεν έχουν ούτε κρεμάστρες στο μπάνιο για τις πετσέτες !) Τα δωμάτια δείχνουν έντονα σημάδια εγκατάλειψης. Χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Πολύ λιτό πρωινό, με τα πολύ βασικά μόνο. Πολύ άνοστα όλα ! Καφές μόνο φίλτρου και χωρίς γεύση. Αν θέλει κανείς να πάρει έναν αξιοπρεπή καφέ, τον παραγγέλνει από το cafe bar της εισοδου και χρεώνεται. Υπάρχει χρέωση 1 Ευρώ για να ζυγίσει κάποιος τη βαλίτσα του !!! Το προσωπικό, αν και πολύ ευγενικό, δεν είναι καθόλου πρόσχαρο.

Great location close to the harbor. Helpful staff always willing to step in. Excellent breakfast with many delicious cold and hot options.The rooms themselves were clean, modern and contained useful amenities such as electric kettle. All in all, no complaints and would not hesitate to stay again.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Galaxy hotel. Everything about the hotel is faultless: the location, the size and quality of the room, hygiene, food and drink and, above all, the impeccable staff. There really can’t be anywhere better to stay in Heraklion! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our visit so memorable.

We arrived by overnight ferry from Athens (Minoan Lines) and the hotel was so close to the port that we decided to walk there as we were backpacking. It took us 10-15 minutes. We entered the hotel at 8AM and were stunned to learn that all three of our rooms were ready for us (6 adults total). I'm sure it was because we were there in the off-season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. My sister had done a lot of research on restaurants, so we ate most of our breakfasts at one called Crop a few blocks away which was terrific. Net, we didn't pay for/eat the breakfast that the hotel provided up on the top floor. I ran up one morning to check and it looked fine (bread, processed meats, cheeses, a few other things) but nothing that would make you say you had to eat breakfast there. The view was incredible, however. Our rooms did not have ocean views - we faced the street. There were other hotels and apartment buildings nearby and it seemed like a quiet part of town, but again we were there in the off-season. We checked out on our last day around 11AM and they let us store our bags in a locked closet until around 7PM when we caught the overnight ferry back to Athens - very helpful. The staff was lovely, the rooms clean, the location (for our purposes) was terrific so I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Insieme a mia moglie e mio figlio di 3 anni decidiamo di prenotare presso questo hotel a 5 ☆ nella settimana dal 16 al 23 agosto.. prenotando direttamente dal sito dell'hotel una camera con terrazza vista mare, le premesse e le aspettative erano tantissime. Arriviamo dopo 7 ore tra volo e viaggio dall'aereoporto di heraklion con macchina a noleggio, che consiglio vivamente di prendere per non restare in hotel per tutta la durata della vacanza, comodissimo il parcheggio interno sorvegliato. Ci rechiamo nella hall, spaziosa, dal design lussuoso e pulitissima, alla reception parliamo con Apostolos, un ragazzo molto in gamba e sveglio, sorridente e alla mano, check in rapido e insieme al gentilissimo e simpaticissimo Kostas, dopo un aperitivo di benvenuto ci accomodiamo a bordo di un caddy da golf e veniamo accompagnati in camera , lasciamo le valigie e ci dirigiamo al ristorante a buffet per la cena , e qui nulla da dire .. buffet completo, impossibile non trovare qualcosa che sia di proprio gradimento, salumi, formaggi, fritti , pasta , carne , pesce , riso, pollo, codimenti di tutti i tipi e pane di tutti I tipi, il tutto contornato da Ismini, che offre un accoglienza molto cordiale, elegante e sorridente, una delle perle di questo hotel a parer nostro. Finita la cena torniamo in camera dopo un breve tour dell'hotel e qui arriva il problema, tornati ovviamente dopo cena e dopo una giornata lunga , vogliamo fare una doccia e il piccolo comincia a lamentare un po la stanchezza.. ma nella doccia e in tutto il bagno notiamo la presenza di un infestazione di formiche ( successivamente poi ci siamo accorti che erano anche sotto il letto e in tutta la stanza ) inizio quindi circa alle 21 e 30 a chiamare la reception per cercare di risolvere il problema così che magari qualcuno potesse venire a pulire la stanza, ma le mie chiamate non hanno alcun effetto e solo dopo circa 2 ore ricevo un feedback da parte della reception che non é presente nessuno delle pulizie e che non sanno come fare, mentre nelle 2 ore precedenti mi veniva puntualmente detto che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno a pulire.. morale della favola ha dovuto venire a pulire il receptionist Apostolos.. che stimo molto per essersi dato da fare e il quale ringrazio per averci provato nonostante non fosse la sua mansione. Restiamo nella stanza e il giorno dopo il problema si presenta nuovamente , chiediamo quindi un cambio stanza e dopo tutta la mattinata persa in albergo riceviamo una stanza vista giardino, a noi va bene pur di non soggiornare con altri ospiti indesiderati ma i prezzi delle due camere non sono gli stessi, ci aspettiamo quindi che sia l'albergatore stesso a farci notare questa differenza e risolvere ( bastava anche una cena offerta non serviva chissà cosa, oppure che ci venisse detto che non c'era nessun rimborso visto che il cambio é stato richiesto da noi , non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema) ma non ci viene detto nulla, di conseguenza chiedo io e qualche giorno dopo mi vien

Nulla da ridire! Accoglienza, pulizia, servizi come parcheggio/piscina/ascensore/bar/ristorante tutti perfetti. Gentili e disponibili sempre presenti a qualsiasi ora per aiutarti o darti consigli ,anche nella tua lingua ,su Creta. Caletta cn spiaggia adiacente, sia organizzata che non. Bar e ristorante sulla spiaggia. Inforcati gli occhialini e le pinne ho costeggiato l isoletta propril davanti alla spiaggia e la costa dell hotel scoprendo insenature che facevano da nursery a molti pesci. Acqua sempre pulita, sabbia fine. Basta spostarsi un po più in là per trovare uno spazio appartato. Ristorante tipico proprio dietro l hotel con vista mozzafiato. La stessa vista che ci fodevamo ogni mattina. Aria di vacanza! Sei fuori dal caos della vicina Chania, raggiungibile in 15/20 min, ma dentro al paesaggio montano greco! La cucina: uno spettacolo. Colazione buona varia ed abbondante: salata e dolce con anche prodotti tipici. Ne facevamo incetta e saltavamo il pranzo godendoci l intera giornata fuori avendo noleggiato l auto. Soddisfatti, rilassati...ci siamo tranquillamente adattati a bagno cieco con vasca e tendina. Sul piccolo balconcino della camera oltre a 2 sedie e un tavolino avevamo un nido di rondini ♡

Just as other reviews have stated, this hotel gives you a great Greek experience/vibes. It is definitely a hidden gem and you just can’t beat the price for what you’re getting. Our hotel room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but looked exactly like the photos so we knew what we were getting into. It was fine and I we never spent much time in it anyways. The views are stunning as it is set on the top of a hill and the pool area is amazing as well. We had great drinks from the pool bar but unfortunately did not get a chance to try the food, although it looked amazing. A very nice beach and lovely restaurants are just a short 10 min walk down the hill. The staff were all so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Exactly as the entire staff of the hotel, the kids club staff is AMAZING, so good heart and giving their best to make the little guest happy. Our kids spent some time there almost every afternoon and had the best time ! They speak different languages but most of all, they speak the kids’ one perfectly. Very professional, very good people. Thanks Natalia and Veronica for the love you gave to our kids that love you so much. The animation team is great as well !! When we were in the mood of activities we could join the games and pool animations as well as the mini disco in the evening that the kids and we loved! The team gives all to make happy the clients and has so much energy !! The housekeeping is very good and very kind too. The nice beach offers water sports and we had the chance to make some jet sky and banana boat :) There is also a games corner and an area to play chests and many more kind of games. Fitness center, spa, several pools, some with animation, some for quiet times, one kid pool with little slides, tennis courts (and an amazing tennis teacher) We loved our time there and will be back as soon as possible

Family of 4 stayed here for 1 week. Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and landscaping. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good, wide and varied selection.Rooms were very nice and good size, lots of storage. Nice pools, lovely comfy loungers (very nice touch). Private beach was lovely. Access to the facilities in the joining hotel was fab (waterpark). There are some extra touches that are just fab, like the air compressor near the shop to inflate floaties. We felt the entertainment could have been better - the entertainment available was good but limited - having somewhere to have drinks that has a dancefloor and plays music would have been good. We either went into town or next door for entertainment. Alcohol - the cocktails could be made better. The overall quality of drinks could be better. We were all inclusive plus but did not get branded alcohol - I had 1 or 2 drinks per day but often didn’t finish them as they didn’t taste nice. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay and my points of improvement are very specific to my likes. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I visit Crete again, I would book this hotel.

Premetto che sono abituata a viaggiare molto per lavoro e vacanza e posso affermare che questo hotel è decisamente sopra la media della sua categoria. Naturalmente parliamo di un hotel giovane e dinamico, un’evoluzione del classico 5 stelle. La struttura è nuova, sempre pulita e curata nei dettagli. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, dall’accoglienza alla colazione, dal pranzo alla cena, dalla cura delle camere alla cura del complesso, sono tutti molto attenti nel voler soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. questo tipo di attenzione non è così comune e frequente, almeno in Europa. Un ringraziamento doveroso al ristorante Bony Fish che mi ha riservato un trattamento speciale Polina ed il suo staff sono riusciti ad esaudire ogni mia richiesta con grande professionalità ed entusiasmo, spicca infatti anche la professionalità e la competenza del loro Manager Vasilis Andrikopoulos sempre attento e gentile con ogni ospite. Se proprio devo fare un appunto lo posso fare sul rapporto qualità/prezzo del cibo... ma provengo dal settore e sono Italiana quindi forse troppo esigente😬

L'anno scorso sono andato allo stesso hotel due o tre volte, è stato molto bello rispetto agli altri hotel che sono andato alla penisola. quest'anno ho pensato che il manager aveva cambiato e ti ho chiesto di avere un nuovo manager. Ciò che dico non è nell'interesse di noi, ma è vero, e va detto che non è nell'interesse di noi perché il prezzo dell'hotel è in aumento, e per questo dico che non è nell'interesse di noi che il direttore abbia avuto un terribile inspirazione perché ho visto un hotel completamente diverso non ha alcun rapporto con tutte le altre cose che ho visto e credimi ho preso 15 anni consecutivi sulla penisola oltre 6-7 volte all'anno di vacanza su troppo di loro ho fatto vacanza cosa Ho visto quest'anno che non ho mai visto in nessun hotel. Insomma, dal personale più gentile che dalla ricezione incredibile dai ristoranti, a un altro livello la qualità dei pasti in generale tutto è stato meraviglioso, vorrei menzionare una delle persone che sono a conoscenza ma sono molto difficile on-line Il METER nel ristorante di Constantine è il direttore dell'orchestra nel ristorante e credo che il direttore molto bene la signora Eva nella ricezione ci ha servito è la terza volta che ci ha servito in quello che abbiamo chiesto. L'ultima volta che ci ha portato un caricatore dalla casa per caricare il nostro cellulare nella piscina accanto ad Artemis con le piastrelle tutti i bambini troppo utile per chi iniziare tutte le fine meravigliose voglio dire una grande grazie e buono all'indirizzo dell'hotel e specialmente al manager ha fatto incredibile ...

Da incanto … tutto perfetto ! Abbiamo pernottato per 3 notti all’interno del resort con un risultato più che positivo . Le camere si presentano pulite complete di tutto ma la cosa più affascinante è la palafitta che si trova con la piscina direttamente in camera . Vieni accolta in gran modo da tutti dall’inizio fino la fine . I camerieri molto gentili e sempre attenti , la reception ottima sempre pronta a chiarire le tue idee . Se avete bisogno di un aiuto in più con la lingua italiana chiedete di Marianna , una donna molto gentile sempre pronta e disponibile aiutandoci in tutto. Il cibo ottimo , avendo prenotato in all inclusive abbiamo vissuto in pieno la parte della colazione , pranzo e cena che presentava un buffet sempre pieno e caldo . Ottimi anche i cocktail che con la prenotazione in all inclusive sono compresi nel soggiorno . L’atmosfera della sera è incantevole . Spettacoli di intrattenimento la sera che ti lasciano a bocca aperta . All’interno del resort si respirano momenti di assoluto relax in quanto il resort si presente silenzioso senza molto caos. Felice di aver trascorso dei giorni in pieno relax . Ci tornerò presto
