Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Tyne and Wear

Otto notti di soggiorno, grande posizione, autobus ogni quindici minuti a Sunderland e dello scudo meridionale, molti ristoranti vicino. Il prezzo per notte con colazione è ragionevole, l'hotel è data e funziona con il personale minimo, eravamo al terzo piano, l'ascensore è rotto / fuori servizio, la stanza era abbastanza pulita, ancora molta polvere che potrebbe essere facilmente rimosso con un buon pulito, bagno di colazione, tutto quello che puoi mangiare, piscina e sauna inclusi. Vorrei fermarmi di nuovo, sì, in un piano inferiore, o dimenticare di menzionare il personale è amichevole e più utile. Tre foto di pulizia e manutenzione semplici.

I am a Marriot rewards member and have been for a number of years. Hotel is ideal location for what we wanted. Staff very welcoming and always were polite. My only issue was that whilst booking I always request a room away from lift. I was given a room directly at lift. Further issues were hot water did not work, telephone light continually flashing all night and no drinking water or fridge was in room. I highlighted this to reception and was told they were unaware of any of these issues. The following morning I again spoke to reception and this time I am very pleased to say that the receptionist, Meghan, took ownership of this. She searched rooms available and was able to re-allocate me to another room with no issues. Rest of our 4 day stay went without a hitch due to excellent service from Meghan. Last note, why is it less expensive to book through a 3rd party rather than direct with hotel?

Obviously a location closer to the beach would be ideal, but all the rest is great. Good rooms, good breakfast, and mostly amazing gym facilities (several large rooms, swimming pool as well)

L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione centrale di Newcastle a pochi minuti dalla Catedral, il Castello, il centro della città vicino al Monument. L'ingresso dell'hotel ha una grandezza perduta che non è intimidente, più comodo indossato. La camera era confortevole con bagno e doccia. Il WiFi era un po 'temporaneo ma funziona bene. Un plus per me è la piscina e le strutture spa dell'hotel. Niente meglio di una nuoto per iniziare il giorno. Ottima posizione e buon valore hotel.

Excellent location close to railway station and Arena. Only a 10 minute walk into city centre.

Stanza fantastica, quando siamo arrivati c'era un problema con la nostra stanza, ma la questione era ordinata subito. La stanza era bella. Abbiamo avuto una sala dirigenziale così aveva accesso alla sala che, come bello, alto tè dopo, bevande e cibo caldo al tempo del tea.

Fantastic hotel for the money. I’d say its a great option for a spa break if you’re on a budget especially if you go midweek you get an overnight stay and access to the pool, gym and sauna included for less than £100 per night. Compared to other hotels that offer the same facilities it’s really good value. My only complaint would be no dressing gowns or slippers included making it a bit of a hassle getting fully changed amongst strangers. Other spa hotels have dressing gowns and slippers included so you can prep for the pool & sauna areas in the privacy of your own room.

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Nice clean hotel ,excellent breakfast ,friendly staff but terrible bed very hard ,room to hot opened windows but noise from air con ducts on roof below kept us awake tv was always turning off itself room 332 third floor
