Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Shropshire

This hotel was located just off the motorway, and fairly easy to find. Upon arrival/check in we were informed of our room number and given our key card, however no information was provided. ie (check out times, breakfast times, any of the bar/restaurant details, pool/fitness centre details. We had to go back and forth to reception through out to get the information we needed. Fortunately the staff were friendly and welcoming which made easy to approach them. Room was nice, bit cramped even for a king privilege room. Not much space to walk, too many unnecessary chairs. Room and bathroom was clean. Mini fridge was nicely stocked up with water and soft drinks for free. TV in the room was a smart tv, allowed us to watch Netflix via screen mirroring which was excellent. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Sockets and USB charging points on both sides of the room, great for charging multiple devices. Full length mirror and cupboard space to hang up clothes. Nice gown and slippers presented neatly on the bed. We did visit the pool facilities on multiple occasions during our stay. It was just a medium size. With a separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Pool water was nice temperature, slightly warm which felt really nice. Lighting in the pool area was poor, quite dimly lit. Lockers in changing area needs a padlock, as we didn’t know we didn’t take out. Some chairs are available on the pool side which we were able to put out things. Dining room was nicely laid out with ample space to move around. Breakfast had multiple options including vegetarian options available on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Potrei essere A1 se le strutture fossero mantenute ma purtroppo il bagno inizia a guardare e sentirsi sbalordito. Le lastre sono rotte, le matite mancanti, le saune e le camere a vapore non funzionano, l'acqua calda temperamentale, circa il 70% delle lampade luminose non funzionano (area idrospa) ... Solo manca il contatto che aumenterebbe il luogo. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti, il nostro letto era stato benessere e la matrice era in mezzo, ma era comoda e non ci lamentavamo (rm 224). Non poteva controllare la TV, il controllo era difettoso. Bella vista attraverso il canale e i campi. In generale, vale la pena, ma potrebbe essere molto più! Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno, saremo tornati per un riposo di notte, non ci aspettiamo molto di cambiare, solo vorremmo che fosse!

L'hotel era buono, e entrambi i receptionisti erano così utili e avevano un buon senso dell'umorismo. Erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. , l'unico svantaggio che ci mancava di fare il bagno in piscina, perché i livelli Ph erano alti il giorno che volevamo usare. Il codice postale che c'è sull'indirizzo dell'hotel non ci ha portati all'hotel. Era difficile trovare, perché era all'interno di una proprietà. L'hotel non è vicino alla strada. Il segno all'ingresso stradale non è molto prominente. Quando arrivava all'hotel, l'edificio sembrava un mantello di alcune royalties che era molto impressionante. Check-in era liscio ma non c'era un ascensore e abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro pesante bagaglio su un paio di scale e attraverso corse strette. Nessun portatore o conceja per aiutare era un po' irritante. Il colazione era standard completo inglese colazione che era come previsto. Le aree pratiche e molti grandi alberi intorno all'hotel offrono un senso di relax. C'è un edificio separato che ospita la piscina e la palestra. Questo appartamento non era esclusivo per gli ospiti dell'hotel e aperto a persone che si uniscono al loro club. Purtroppo, il giorno del mio soggiorno, c'erano molte persone e così l'ho dato a una ragazza.

The room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.

In generale non era un grande soggiorno, malato lo mantenga breve e dolce e elenca positivi e negativi piuttosto che andare in dettaglio Positivi - Tutti i membri del personale amichevole e utile, posizione piacevole, se si può prenotare una camera deluxe in modo da ottenere una prima stanza con tavolo e sedie esterne e vista sul campo da golf. Le strutture di trattamento e spa erano buone, anche se non ci sono jaqoozi. Negativi - Organizzazione, ho avuto il giorno del bagno e il pranzo, non è stato spiegato dove era il pranzo o cosa era incluso dove ho dovuto chiedere tutte le domande. Non mi è stato detto il limite di 15 sterline per pranzo, quindi sono andato oltre e mi hanno aspettato di pagare la differenza, ma hanno accettato che fosse ingiusto. La camera era molto calda e non era nemmeno quella calda fuori, prendete un fan in tempo caldo! Il prezzo dei cibi è molto alto per quello che hai, niente di speciale! Mi ci sono voluti 30 minuti per ottenere il mio drink a cena e 65 minuti per ottenere il mio hamburger e i chip, sembra che il personale sia stato malato e c'era un nuovo barman che ha ritardato le bevande. Non ritornerò per il prezzo che devi pagare e per quello che otterrai

Nessuna denuncia per una sola notte. Bella grande bagno e pulita.
