We stayed for 3 nights in a Privilege King Room. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfy; the duvet was slightly too warm. The TV was an impressive size. Wi-fi could be a lot better. The shower had good water pressure. The room came with empty bottles of conditioner and body lotion. We didn't use the swimming pool facilities, but they looked impressive. The bar was reasonably priced; 2 bottles of Rekorderlig for £8, cheaper than our local. Staff could do with a major attitude change. We mentioned to reception that we were missing items from the bathroom (conditioner and body lotion), and the receptionist told us that they would bring some up. They still didn't bring this, so we mentioned it again later on. We were advised that they had spoken with housekeeping, who had advised that they had refilled the bottles, which they hadn't. We ordered housekeeping for the following day, but they came late and were extremely rude. They didn't do much of what was needed. The floor wasn't hoovered, and the tea, coffee, and sugar were just thrown on the tray next to the kettle. The fire alarm went off early in the morning, and we were not advised of the alarm being tested. We were extremely unhappy about this, as it woke us up.

Il codice postale che c'è sull'indirizzo dell'hotel non ci ha portati all'hotel. Era difficile trovare, perché era all'interno di una proprietà. L'hotel non è vicino alla strada. Il segno all'ingresso stradale non è molto prominente. Quando arrivava all'hotel, l'edificio sembrava un mantello di alcune royalties che era molto impressionante. Check-in era liscio ma non c'era un ascensore e abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro pesante bagaglio su un paio di scale e attraverso corse strette. Nessun portatore o conceja per aiutare era un po' irritante. Il colazione era standard completo inglese colazione che era come previsto. Le aree pratiche e molti grandi alberi intorno all'hotel offrono un senso di relax. C'è un edificio separato che ospita la piscina e la palestra. Questo appartamento non era esclusivo per gli ospiti dell'hotel e aperto a persone che si uniscono al loro club. Purtroppo, il giorno del mio soggiorno, c'erano molte persone e così l'ho dato a una ragazza.

Dove iniziare con questo? Prima ho chiesto di annullare, perché veniva sotto con i sintomi di COVID. Ramada Telford non sembrava preoccuparsi di questo, però, la richiesta è stata rifiutata (nessuna offerta di un altro soggiorno, o rimborso parziale, niente). Mi sentivo meglio, e deciso di viaggiare. Nel check-in (e nel sito web, foto attaccato) non mi è stato detto niente sulla piscina che era fuori servizio. Mi sembrava. Non c'era alcuna offerta di rimborso completo o parziale. Niente. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è entrato con una buona volontà. Parla a alcune persone (in appresso denominate) per posta elettronica e basicamente dicendo ”non possono fare nulla” e ”è colpa del viaggio” che il sito web non rifletteva che la loro piscina fosse fuori uso dal dicembre. A lovely hotel with a beautiful view and very quiet area for a good night's sleep. The beds are very spacious and comfortable; the best night sleep I have had in a long time. A great size shower with a seat to suit guests with accessible needs. The shower products smell great and leave your skin feeling smooth. The breakfast was very nice with many different options. I opted for a hot breakfast which was buffet style with unlimited apple and orange juice. The night light was perfect for late night reading. I would definitely come back

We booked for the Shrewsbury School speech day and leavers ball so the whole town was fully booked. Thankfully there was a suite available at my favourite local hotel. We needed a room for 3 and the hotel staff were super helpful in accommodating our needs. It’s family owned and the culture of care is pervasive. It’s a hotel where the staff like to say yes. Not to mention the character of the hotel itself. It’s a mixture of 12th, 15th and 17th century architecture forming an elaborate maze of rooms covering the block. The Matthews family have truly created a 5 star hotel experience. I was even offered a glass of sherry by the night watchman when I checked in on once at 1am. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I stayed here with 2 others for 2 nights to attend an event. It was perfect for our needs. Very nice room that was exceptionally clean and a fantastic walk-in shower. Having lots of parking and being near lots of shops and restaurants was very helpful. It was very easy to walk to places I needed to be. Breakfast was good! Nothing exceptional but the continental selection did the job and despite limited hot food I could still make myself some nice bacon sandwiches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and would definitely stay again!

Abbiamo soggiornato venerdì sera.La stanza era molto pulita.Ha avuto un bel pasto nel ristorante indiano.Il personale era molto amichevole e il cibo era grande. Bello cocktail sul lato dell'acqua. Il personale di ricezione è stato utile e gentile, soprattutto il personale notturno. La colazione era abbondante- la macchina del caffè era in gioco. Solo la denuncia sarebbe di altri ospiti che non aspettano di essere seduti e lamentano la mancanza di croissants!!! Ci siamo divertiti e non esitavamo a prenotare di nuovo.

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.
