Francia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Alta Francia

The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal. It has an interesting history. The original chateau building was constructed in the early 20th century by the architect Guillaume Tronchet in the Louis XVI style. The chateau was originally built as a country residence for the aristocracy of the early 20th century, and the architecture still shows the features of the ”transition” - the classical austerity of the Louis XVI style is intertwined with the light eclecticism of the Belle Époque. The hotel is located in the Chantilly forest, which creates a sense of a secluded reserve surrounded by Nature . Despite the proximity of Paris (only about 40 km), the hotel remains a quiet refuge in the forest - a feeling of being in a country castle rather than just a hotel. The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

It was such a good value for money. It's a spa hotel, located in a quiet area. It has a nice bar at the e entrance. For dinner though the restaurant has very limited choice which is a bit annoying since the hotel is located quite isolated. It even has a golf place. It has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and reasonable

Il personale era molto amichevole alla ricezione, ma c'era un problema con loro dicendo che non avevo pagato e avevo pagato direttamente attraverso Trip.com, non c'erano domande sul check-out e doveva pagare l'imposta sulla città. La camera è molto grande, con un piano di sopra e un balcone, pensando che fosse una camera familiare, come letto di sopra. Avvertitevi che il bagno è molto alto e mi sono caduto fuori dal bagno perché sono breve! Anche il mio partner, che è oltre 6 piedi, ha detto che era alto. Molto pulito, bel personale del bar al bar. La piscina è bello, ma è diventata estremamente occupata. E 'molto a piedi dalla città 15-20 min. Andare indietro e rimanere di nuovo.

I stayed at this hotel from August 5 to August 8, 2025, having paid for my accommodation through trip.com. Upon check-in, the hotel required a €150 deposit, which they assured would be refunded at checkout. We paid this deposit using our credit card, which is a common practice in most hotels. However, as of today, August 24, 2025, the hotel has not arranged for the refund of the deposit. This has been quite disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly for future guests.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles l'accès au bâtiment n'est pas pratique nous sommes obligés de porter les valises Le domaine est très beau mais le bâtiment d'accès aux chambres fait plus penser à des couloirs d' hôpital dont l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas 😢 La chambre ne reflète pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles Car les finitions laissent à désirer (câble qui dépasse,lampe ,douche, porte à galandage complètement HS)la télé est grande mais les chaînes bug les lumières ne sont pas pratiques du tout et quand nous prenons notre douche, nous en mettons partout même en faisant attention , la clim nous avons essayé de la baisser mais nous n'avons ressenti aucun froid Dommage parce que le domaine est vraiment beau et les prestations piscine spa ainsi que le petit-déjeuner copieux été au rendez-vous , dommage

It's my second stay in this hotel and I traveled for business. Location is very apart and quiet, had a bit of trouble to find it. But huge parking spot. The room was spacious enough for a night and clean. The staff are friendly. There is also a seafood restaurant integrated at the entrance of the hotel, they serve food though until 9pm,otherwise just fingerfoods. Since the hotel is a bit isolated, need to drive in the small villages to find food, most likely something like Mc Donalds for late night. Tjis hotel is good value for money

Hôtel très beau, facile d'accès personnel très agréable et avenant, restaurant agréable petit déjeuner et dîner de qualité services au top. Seul petit bémol manque un rangement dans la salle de bain. Nous le conseillons vivement super séjour. Nous reviendrons.

E' davvero carino, e penso che mi hanno migliorato la stanza da 'Economia' a una bella stanza nel castello principale, e era carino - davvero una suite! Il personale era tutto eccellente, e la prossima volta proverò la sala da pranzo, che sembra carino (e bello vedere un cameriere in una giacca e un cappello nero per una volta!) proprio alle rovine del castello, e quando ho lasciato alla luce, ho visto molti conigli saltare in giro!

HOTEL was nice, staff were attentive. However, we were given a room on the second floor and the roof was sloping. I hit my head on a very low beam lower than the doorway to the bathroom and cut my head open. on reporting the low beam and my cut head the staff didn’t seem very concerned. At 6 am lawnmower, leaf blowers were working at the golf course directly opposite which woke us up. 

Personale amabile e ascoltando, hotel perfetto, ci siamo regalato sia durante la cena in famiglia o con la colazione gorgontuesca per tutti i gusti. Una breve soggiorno, ma con un piacere molto grande, la piscina è perfetta per rilassarsi in famiglia, tutto è di una proprietà inaccettabile. Molto cordiale Frédéric
