Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

Al centro di Ulma e Ulmsky Cathedral si può camminare per 10–15 minuti. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con un letto confortevole e tutto ciò che era necessario. La pulizia è stata effettuata regolarmente. È stato piacevole che ci fosse una piscina e una sauna buona bonus dopo aver camminato intorno alla città. Il colazione è diverso e qualitativo, una vasta scelta di piatti. Il personale è gentile e benedetto, ha risposto rapidamente alle richieste. Grande posizione, a 1 min a piedi dalla metro, una stazione da hbf. Camera pulita, con lavatrice e cucina completa inclusi. Una notte tranquilla e sicura. Strumenti: la struttura della mia camera è strana, rendendo la stanza oscura la notte, con una sola lampada. Nessuna porta divisa la zona di doccia, quindi il bagno è pieno di acqua dopo ogni bagno. Il doccia si è rotto durante il mio alloggio, e io li ho chiesto di ripararlo, e non lo hanno fatto; dopo un sacco di caos mi hanno offerto di cambiare la stanza, e ho deciso di metterla in piedi e di usare la foresta piovana. In conclusione, non è male se l'incidente del doccia non fosse avvenuto, il servizio è di grande altezza, ma non così pratico in caso di problemi reali.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

This was the hotel our family was most satisfied with in terms of both price and facilities. The bedding was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The swimming pool is free to use and opens from 7 AM. Towels are also provided in the pool area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was well organized and clean. I especially liked that butter and jam were served in glass jars or dispensers instead of single-use packaging. The juice machine automatically refills, so everything felt fresh and well managed. There are also snacks and drinks available in the lobby, which is helpful if you arrive late. Overall, the hotel felt very thoughtful in its service, and I would highly recommend it.

Molto ben situato accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, tuttavia è piuttosto un vecchio hotel senza una manutenzione adeguata, sauna e piscina con molte acqua potabile e scarpe, la sauna ha un buon potenziale se ben mantenuta, la camera è molto scuro, avere problemi con la prima stanza a LVL 4 con acqua sporca dal doccia, cambiare a LVL 2

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la stanza è tranquilla, le strutture attrezzate intorno all'hotel sono anche buone. Il supermercato è accanto, ci sono molte scelte per mangiare, la stazione ferroviaria e l'hotel non è lontano.C'è una piccola piazza vicino, e occasionalmente si può incontrare un mercato di stazioni locali.È una piccola città tranquilla e bella.

Great hotel near Messe and Airport. Gym was decent, pool and sauna area is nice too.

The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

Quite spacious room, about 15minutes walk from the town centre. There are not much restaurants and shops nearby. Room is tidy and clean
