Germania: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Baden-Württemberg

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und sind wieder rundum begeistert. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einem modernen und sehr schönen Spa-Bereich, einem hervorragenden Service sowie einem tollen Ambiente. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

I stayed at the Maritim Hotel Ulm and had a mixed but overall decent experience, with the breakfast being the clear highlight of the stay. The breakfast was excellent — very fresh, with changing daily offerings that made it enjoyable to visit every morning. A particularly impressive touch was during the New Year period, when the hotel extended breakfast service until 14:00 to accommodate guests after late celebrations. That level of flexibility was highly appreciated. The breakfast room itself was clean and well maintained, although the interior design already feels somewhat dated. On the downside, the hotel overall shows its age. The roughly 30 years of operation are visible in parts of the interior and general appearance. Additionally, the service felt more aligned with local standards rather than the international level typically expected from a 4-star hotel. For example, storing a suitcase for a few days between stays required a longer discussion than expected, which reduced the feeling of convenience and guest orientation. Overall, the hotel is still a solid choice, especially for guests who value a strong breakfast offering, but some modernization and service process improvements would further enhance the experience.

Buona posizione: accanto alla biblioteca di Milano Mall & City. Per andare in zona commerciale, può prendere il bus 44 frm la fermata del bus (in foto). Bus arrivano in alto 8 -10min. biglietto del bus può acquistare dall'app (per questa info abbiamo consultato CHATGPT!!) La mia camera dispone di una lavatrice nell'appartamento, quindi non è conveniente andare in un centro centrale. Non mi denunciate. Da Stuttgart HBf, serve un tonnage alto 10min, poche corse (inclinazione) bt hanno area seduto/rest, se volete.

The hotel has a history, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also plentiful. However, the bathtub in the bathroom is extremely dirty, with yellow stains in the drain hole, making it unsafe to use!

This was the hotel our family was most satisfied with in terms of both price and facilities. The bedding was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The swimming pool is free to use and opens from 7 AM. Towels are also provided in the pool area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was well organized and clean. I especially liked that butter and jam were served in glass jars or dispensers instead of single-use packaging. The juice machine automatically refills, so everything felt fresh and well managed. There are also snacks and drinks available in the lobby, which is helpful if you arrive late. Overall, the hotel felt very thoughtful in its service, and I would highly recommend it.

Molto ben situato accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, tuttavia è piuttosto un vecchio hotel senza una manutenzione adeguata, sauna e piscina con molte acqua potabile e scarpe, la sauna ha un buon potenziale se ben mantenuta, la camera è molto scuro, avere problemi con la prima stanza a LVL 4 con acqua sporca dal doccia, cambiare a LVL 2

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la stanza è tranquilla, le strutture attrezzate intorno all'hotel sono anche buone. Il supermercato è accanto, ci sono molte scelte per mangiare, la stazione ferroviaria e l'hotel non è lontano.C'è una piccola piazza vicino, e occasionalmente si può incontrare un mercato di stazioni locali.È una piccola città tranquilla e bella.

L'intero hotel sembra vecchio, e la porta del bagno nella stanza non può essere chiusa. Il condizionamento d'aria ha problemi di raffreddamento costante, e non c'è riscaldamento. Tuttavia, il personale del desk front e il personale del servizio ristorante sono relativamente amichevoli. La selezione del colazione è anche molto ricco. Tuttavia, rispetto agli hotel a quattro stelle a Taiwan, le strutture qui sembrano ormai obsoleti. Gli hotel di Taiwan sono più nuovi e puliti, e la selezione di cibo è anche più abbondante.
