Bangladesh: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Divisione di Chittagong

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

Purtroppo, il servizio complessivo non ha soddisfatto le norme di un hotel 5-star. Al colazione, il caffè non era servito nonostante l'ordine, e durante il pranzo di buffet mi è stato chiesto di pagare la mia fattura entro la prima ora a causa di un ristorante pieno di persone. 3.Room Servizi: Il mini frigo nella mia stanza era inoperativo e ho scelto di non chiedere un sostituzione. 4.Pest Problemi: Ho incontrato mosquiti nella mia stanza. Dopo aver informato il desk front, è stato applicato il spray anti-mosquito. 5.Billing Confusione: Il mio problema più significativo è avvenuto durante il mio primo pasto al ristorante italiano. Dopo aver firmato la fattura con il numero della mia stanza, ho ricevuto una chiamata per chiedere il pagamento della carta di credito. Inizialmente pensavo che fosse una procedura standard. Ho chiesto al cameriere di verificare il mio status di ospite con il desk front, spiegando che il mio soggiorno era registrato con il mio passaporto, ma cinque minuti dopo, il cameriere mi ha colpito la porta con una macchina di pagamento, insistendo che io risolva il conto. Questo è stato imbarazzante e confuso, come ho già verificato la mia situazione. Nonostante i miei tentativi di chiarire, mi sentivo pressionato a pagare dopo un lungo volo e un giorno pieno di incontri, e quando ho contattato il desktop per chiarezza mi è stato detto che la questione era dovuta a non fornire un deposito, che non mi è mai stato informato al check-in. Il giorno dopo ho mandato un email al manager dell'hotel, ma non ho ricevuto una risposta. 6.Esame: ho ricevuto un prelievo errato per le spese minibar, ma il desk front finalmente ha rinunciato alle spese.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Problem was bit far from The Beach and No Sea View from Balcony. Otherwise facilities Are great.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Il soggiorno presso Royal Pearl Suites è stato davvero una piacevole esperienza! 🏖️ L'hotel offre camere spaziose e ben decorate con moderne strutture, rendendole perfette per relax e comfort. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. 💙 La posizione è eccellente, solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma tranquilla abbastanza per godere di un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌊 La vista sul tetto era stupenda, soprattutto durante il giardino. 🌅 In generale, un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare in Cox’s Bazar se stai cercando comfort, ospitezza e un toccamento di lusso. Molto raccomandato! 🌟
