Oltre al ricevitore del front desk che non ha mai sorriso, accolto o detto qualcosa che possa rendere i viaggiatori/clenti si sentono benvenuti, altri dipendenti sono stati utili e amichevoli. Tuttavia, come il primo viaggiatore incontra e affronta all’interno dell’hotel, dopo che il campanello aiutante prendeva i nostri casi come ci avvicinò alla porta anteriore, e il portaman ci salutava, questa giovane signora potrebbe usare un’“refresher’” in PR / servizio clienti e basilare - È gentile! L'hotel è stato rinnovato nel 2023, ma il tappeto nella nostra stanza potrebbe utilizzare una pulizia di vapore approfondita, in realtà la decorazione attraente e l'impressione globale sono sottratti da un tappeto mal dipinto, qualcosa che non può essere risolto. Io e mio marito abbiamo trovato la mattina incomoda - ci piace la fermezza, ma questo era duro - come un tavolo! Ho notato, e non dormivo bene, spesso girando da un lato all’altro. Se rimassimo più di due giorni, avremmo chiesto di trasferire le stanze o di aggiungere un “topper”. Ci sono stati diversi ristoranti buoni nei dintorni, così come un mercato notturno buzzy. Centralmente, siamo stati in grado di accedere facilmente ai siti turistici con tuk tuk.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Chattogram and while the room itself was truly impressive—spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel's architecture and interior design are definitely its strong points. However, the service did not live up to the Radisson brand. Throughout our stay, staff were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding with, “We don’t have this,” or “You can do it yourself.” This was particularly disappointing when it came to basic requests like airport transfer. For such a large hotel, having so few cars available is simply inadequate and quite frustrating for guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. It was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve encountered in all my hotel stays—limited variety, poorly executed dishes, and an overall lack of attention to quality. It was far from what one would expect from a hotel of this stature. Radisson Blu Chattogram has the potential to offer a world-class experience, but right now, it feels more like Radisson Black. There's serious room for improvement, especially in staff training and food & beverage offerings.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è molto alto, la stanza è anche pulita e igienica, con colazione. Il rapporto prezzo della città a Jiada è molto alto. La posizione appartiene al centro della zona prospera e delle attrazioni, e anche molto buono.

Чистый и большой номер, регулярная уборка, тихо. Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Il soggiorno presso Royal Pearl Suites è stato davvero una piacevole esperienza! 🏖️ L'hotel offre camere spaziose e ben decorate con moderne strutture, rendendole perfette per relax e comfort. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. 💙 La posizione è eccellente, solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma tranquilla abbastanza per godere di un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌊 La vista sul tetto era stupenda, soprattutto durante il giardino. 🌅 In generale, un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare in Cox’s Bazar se stai cercando comfort, ospitezza e un toccamento di lusso. Molto raccomandato! 🌟

L'igiene è pulita, lo spazio è grande

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel Sayeman Beach Resort a Bazar, a Cox’s Bazar. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con belle viste che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. L'accesso alla spiaggia era perfetto, e l'atmosfera generale del resort era tranquillo e familiare. Ci piaceva anche il cibo, c'era una buona varietà, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato era fresco e delizioso. Viaggiare con un gruppo più grande può essere a volte difficile, ma il resort ha gestito tutto molto bene, rendendo le nostre vacanze stress-free e memorabili. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza, e sicuramente consigliamo questo resort a chiunque visiti il Bazar di Cox, soprattutto le famiglie.

Un ottimo hotel , ma è necessario prendere una camera più costosa .
