Australia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Victoria

Great location and service good. Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags The TV kept turning off. N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker.

The concierge was polite and very good at his job. The room is a good size. The room was clean and I was very happy with the service and the amenities.

Sono arrivato alla fine dell'ora di check-in 2/11 Domenica e il personale di Mildua Inner è stato dopo l'ora di ufficio, quindi ho contattato il personale per il check-in della stanza per telefono, il personale è così utile per aiutarmi a raccogliere la chiave della stanza e il lavoro di amministratore richiesto. Tuttavia, a causa della struttura del resort e della mia posizione della camera(la mia stanza è ROM 90), la circolazione dell'hotel non è povera, povera ordinazione della camera(non è di 101 per su 1/F come hotel tipico, è utilizzando 1-50 per G/F, 51-100 per livello 1; se 101-110 per blocco 1, 121-129 per blocco 2, 131-139 per blocco 3, 141-150 per blocco 4 sarebbe meglio), nessun corridoio coerente alla fine, non molto segnale e mappa/facile da perdere, nessun ascensore o rampa facile per livello 1. Quindi è difficile trovare la mia camera e la mia esperienza scarsa prima di entrare nella stanza. Una cosa è che posso pensare di avere una finestra aperta dopo la rete di mosquito sulla porta scivolante balcone se non voglio girare il condizionatore d'aria.

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

Merci à la dame de l'accueil pour avoir pris le temps de nous aider lors de notre arrivée au moment de la fermeture du bureau. Du pain et de la confiture comme cadeau de bienvenue, super sympa.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Docklands di Melbourne Marriott.Tutto sulla nostra esperienza è stato meraviglioso. L'accento per noi era certamente la piscina. La temperatura dell'acqua era perfetta non troppo calda e non troppo fredda e i nostri bambini l'abbiamo assolutamente amata. Infatti, non volevano uscire! La vista della zona di piscina è stata anche sorprendente e ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e ospitante per tutta la nostra permanenza. Ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e ben guardati. In futuro rimarremo qui e abbiamo già raccomandato l'hotel ai nostri amici e familiari.

La posizione era perfetta, a soli 60 chilometri dall'aeroporto di Avv, un'ottima opportunità per familiarizzare con le auto con guida a destra e avere l'intero posto a mia disposizione prima dell'arrivo del resto del gruppo il giorno successivo. L'hotel disponeva di una cucina completamente attrezzata e c'era un minimarket presso la stazione di servizio adiacente, quindi la colazione non è stata un problema. A nord dell'hotel c'era un ristorante cinese che rimaneva aperto fino a tardi. Alzandosi presto la mattina, il fiume di fronte all'hotel era avvolto dalla nebbia, come in un luogo incantato.

Well, I think this hotel has lots of potential as rooms are big, just opposite of the tram and has parking - not free though. Kind of close to CBD bu tram.However, the pool was extremely dirty. We were very excited to use the pool, but there were lots of pigeon discharge. How sad.. I hope they will fix these problems.

I arrived Melbourne airport at 5 a.m., paid early check in fee at the hotel of $200 at 10 a.m. for the room which was fine, unfortunately the kettle in the room was missing, called guest service who assured me that it would be delivered to the room immediately, 25 minutes later no kettle I had to ask housekeeping on the floor for it, the house maid was very helpful and I have the kettle within a couple of minutes.  Had my coffee and just got to sleep, someone came into my room and turned all the lights on.  I was shocked, it turned out that it was a maintenance person, who came into my room without knocking when there was a 'do not disturbed' sign lighted up.   Then I heard someone speaking loudly at the corridor saying that 'he wasn't happy' , I think it was quite right that I should feel upset when someone came into my room without knocking and turned on all the lights.  I called guest service explained to them that I do not want to be disturbed because I have to catch some sleep,  the person said that he/she would inform duty manager, I specifically asked him/her not to border because I need resting.  Just about to fall asleep, guess what duty manager called.  Anyway she was helpful but it isn't what I wanted, my early check in fee was waived but that was not the point.  I thought that was the end of the adventure.  I had a four night stay, half way through my stay, I came back to the room and find that the toilet floor was full of water and did not smell too good.  It turned out that the toilet shield was gone and they had to take the toilet out to re-seal it.  I had to move room.   Got to the new room and find quite a few hair on the desk and side-table, the bell boy was helpful and cleaned it.  Hence my comments that both services and cleanliness are poor in this occasion.
