Provincia di Ninh Binh, Vietnam: hotel pet friendly

Pro: Esperienza tutto sommato abbastanza positiva, pulizia non eccellente (sotto i letti credo non abbiano mai pulito). Colazione semplice ma buona. Staff molto gentile, ci ha messo in una stanza più grande di quella prenotata. Abbiamo noleggiato il motorino con loro, prezzo ragionevole. Nella stanza ventilatore e condizionatore. Cons: Pulizia da migliorare per polvere e vetri. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite, parlo della pulizia stanza. Tutte le sere abbiamo trovato almeno 2 blatte in bagno (che probabilmente uscivano da un buco dietro al lavandino), eravamo al primo piano (ma altri ragazzi che erano al 3 non hanno avuto problemi). C'erano solo due saponette e nessun bagnoschiuma. In descrizione parla di minifrigo ma in realtà nessuna stanza ce l'ha. Sul sito c'è la foto di una piscina che non appartiene alla struttura. Per il prezzo pagato è stato buono.

Initially felt that it was unbelievable that this homestay had no negative reviews at all. However, once I reached the homestay, I understood why it was so highly reviewed. Place was fantastic, with big beds and clean showers as well as hot water provided. The entire environment felt very zen and well upkept, and breakfast was served piping hot. Homestay owner was so helpful in recommendations for both food and places to visit. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Ninh Binh, was a truly insane good experience.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Molto interessante e tranquillo. Le camere sono case separate. Il colazione è scelto sul menu, la scelta non è grande, ma è preparato da sotto il coltello. I alberi crescono strettamente, intorno alle montagne e i cani nuotano. L'hotel può rimuovere le biciclette e alimentarle, ordinare un trasferimento, personale responsabile e aiuto. Sulla biciclette si può raggiungere qualsiasi vista, la mappa fornisce il personale. Se si vuole andare al villaggio con una piscina, si dovrebbe visitare qui.

Absolutely stunning area and hotel, staff were amazing and helpful, hire scooters for 140.000 baht for the day and enjoy the stunning area. Was my sister in laws birthday and we asked one of the staff if she knew somewhere we Could get a cake she said hold on one minute and called somebody and they delivered a cake for 250,000 baht for that night and kept the secret for us. It was a huge cake. We are expecting something small and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff also organised a taxi for us so we could get to our next accommodation. 100% recommend. And Thank you so much to all the amazing staff!! We had a blast!

I didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

Tout était parfait  Chambre très confortable, petit déjeuner excellent,  pour les visites très bon accompagnement de la part du propriétaire etc….

Era ok, ci sono biciclette gratuite a disposizione. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune cose che vale la pena menzionare. Non c'è una presa di corrente accanto al letto, quindi non è possibile caricare il telefono e usarlo da sdraiati. Anche in bagno non c'è una presa di corrente, il che significa che non è possibile asciugarsi i capelli all'interno. Hanno uno spazio esterno per asciugare i capelli, ma non c'è uno specchio, quindi non è pratico e dubito che questa disposizione cambierà. La camera non ha alcun intrattenimento, nemmeno una TV, il che può essere importante o meno a seconda della persona. Una cosa che potrebbe dare fastidio ad alcuni è lo specchio direttamente di fronte al letto. Può essere scomodo o addirittura considerato un cattivo feng shui. Onestamente, mi ha fatto un po' paura di notte. Nel complesso va bene per un soggiorno semplice, ma queste sono cose di cui tenere conto.

The room isn't very spacious and very simple, needs renovation. It has two windows and a balcony. But only one was glazed, so the balcony and the other window you have to keep shut and no light comes through it. The room is very dark and has little furniture. The host is fine and ready to help. The wi fi is okay. The breakfast options are eggs, pancakes, omelette, noodles and various drinks. Once we tried pancakes and they were not tasty at all. There is no lift but the host helped us with our bags to the 3rd floor. The construction site nearby was quite noisy in the morning.

Accoglienza cordiale con frutta e tè all'arrivo. Il personale mi ha spiegato le attrazioni locali e mi ha dato una mappa. La camera era pulita. Una selezione di circa 10 opzioni per la colazione. Ho noleggiato una bicicletta per 50 km, in buone condizioni. La piscina era pulita, anche se non ci sono entrato. Il Wi-Fi funzionava bene. Si trova in fondo a un piccolo vicolo, ma vicino al ”late bar”, quindi era piuttosto rumoroso fino alle 23:00-24:00, poi verso le 10:00 un tanoy lì vicino parlava per ore in vietnamita. Dormo con i tappi per le orecchie, quindi non è stato un problema. Nel complesso il personale è stato cordiale e ci tornerei volentieri.
