I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Siamo stati per il nostro anniversario ma non ci torneremo. Il personale era molto gentile e la camera andava bene in sé, ma il letto era terribile e la camera era incredibilmente rumorosa!! Mio marito è un uomo molto paziente, quasi troppo paziente a volte penso e questo costante camminare di sopra per ore e ore lo ha fatto arrabbiare così tanto che in realtà mi ha fatto ridere. Non potevamo credere a quanto fosse rumoroso con le persone al piano di sopra che camminavano avanti e indietro almeno fino alle 2 del mattino ”neanche scherzando” quando finalmente siamo riusciti a svenire per puro esaurimento. Ci siamo svegliati alle 4 con la lombalgia dal letto duro ed entrambi abbiamo deciso di andarcene perché non valeva la pena provare a riaddormentarsi su quel materasso e poi dover ascoltare le persone al piano di sopra che sarebbero tornate a camminare avanti e indietro noi capito presto. Quello che ci stava facendo impazzire era cosa diavolo avrebbero potuto fare per ore e ore a passeggiare in quella piccola stanza?? Era così rumoroso ad ogni passo e potevamo sentirli parlare e camminare e l'acqua poi camminare ..... ahhhh siamo stati in grado di trovare l'umorismo in esso durante il viaggio verso casa con i nostri scaldasedili accesi per il nostro mal di schiena e caffè forti per la privazione del sonno, ma non faremo un viaggio di ritorno. Personale adorabile e bella posizione però. ;)

It's very clean,rooms very good,tidy. close to airport, transportation was convenient, would stay again. Overall excellent

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

L'hotel è nel centro, senza il proprio parcheggio, ma il piano di scrittura vicino alla stazione di benzina di ferro di neve è in parcheggio pubblico, circa 35 coltelli per una notte.Cinque minuti a piedi dall'hotel, un'angolo di crociera è passato. La camera è piccola, un letto e due capelli di letto, più un bagno, molto compatto.Il liquido di lavaggio del bagno è molto profumo. Il servizio di ricezione è buono, perché il sonno è più lento, la consultazione può cambiare la stanza sulla strada e aiutare. C'è un cibo mexico a dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel, Lechon, vale la pena raccomandare.I funghi raccomandati, le righe grillettate sono anche buoni.

L'hardware dell'hotel è buono, la gestione è buona, il vento è un po' grande.La colazione è molto ricco.

Molto freddo personale lì ...molto utile con le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto ...Wifi era molto debole, quindi abbiamo dovuto uscire per essere collegati nella stanza ....molto felice
