Visayas Occidentale, Filippine: hotel pet friendly

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Stavano 2 giorni e 3 notti. La stanza era piccola ma adatta a 4 persone; vorrei che ci fosse un tavolo laterale o un piccolo gabinetto, e un fresco nel bagno/toiletto. Per il prezzo con colazione gratuita, vale ancora la pena! Il personale ha prestato un servizio eccellente, e si può liberamente utilizzare la cucina per i propri pasti.

Il miglior servizio che abbiamo mai sperimentato! Il Ferra Hotel è in posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attività acquatiche di White Beach. Le strutture e i comfort sono ottimi per la fascia di prezzo. Ma c'è un motivo in particolare per cui consiglio vivamente questo hotel: la cordialità del personale e il servizio impeccabile! Viaggiamo molto in Asia e in Europa e siamo abituati a diverse categorie di hotel. Ma anche rispetto alle nostre esperienze in hotel decisamente più costosi ed esclusivi, il servizio al Ferra Garden è eccezionale. Da tutto il personale della reception, al personale di servizio al bar o al ristorante, fino al personale delle pulizie, tutti in questo hotel sono più che cordiali e cortesi. Non sono mai falsi o esagerati, ma sempre autentici. Ogni sguardo casuale si trasforma in un sorriso radioso e ogni conversazione mostra genuino interesse e disponibilità. Mentre ci sediamo nel ristorante dell'hotel accanto e ripensiamo all'impareggiabile servizio, mi rendo conto che ora trovo il modo di comunicare nella maggior parte degli hotel ancora più spiacevole, perché sembra un po' sottomesso. Questa recensione potrebbe sembrare esagerata, ma vorrei ringraziare sinceramente l'intero team per questa esperienza e la direzione per questa incomparabile cultura aziendale.

Tornò in questo hotel con O.Gigantes e viveva per altri 3 giorni. Tutti noi eravamo organizzati, una cosa cattiva che si precipitava forte nel mare. Il personale era molto attento e responsivo. Nella stanza, lo shampoo, la pasta dentale, la carta da bagno e l'acqua in bottiglia, il colazione è molto saturato e delizioso.

Era la prima volta che andavamo a Boracay e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica. I dipendenti del Mandarin White Sand Hotel sono stati accomodanti, anche se non abbiamo fatto il check-in in tempo, ci hanno lasciato andare a riposare. Solo allora consiglierò l'hotel.👍 Hehehe. Ho prenotato la colazione gratuita, tutto il cibo era delizioso. Quando c'è un problema, agiscono facilmente. Per quanto riguarda la posizione come stazione 3, va bene se non vuoi troppa folla. questo è tutto, se prenoti un giro da un'isola all'altra su klook, controlla prima il luogo dell'incontro perché la nostra è la stazione 1. Stamattina abbiamo fatto esercizio dalla stazione 3 alla stazione 1, abbiamo semplicemente camminato.😅

E'un'ottima vista. Queste sono le parole che possono riassumere il nostro soggiorno nel Harlan Beach Villa Resort situato alla stazione 1 a Boracay. La posizione si trova verso la fine della stazione 1, dove vi sono più privacy e meno gente e si gode della propria spiaggia. La spiaggia è letteralmente a 10 passi dalla villa. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 giorni, 3 notti e tutto valeva la pena. Prima di tutto, la vista! OMG! Da sorgere al tramonto, è solo così surreale avere una vista così pacifica del paradiso. E la parte più sorprendente è quella di ottenere la miglior vista del tramonto a destra della villa. Quando si tratta di servizio, anche gli OMG! Sono attenti a tutte le nostre esigenze che non dovete chiederle. Ci hanno preso cura anche del fatto che, ovunque andiamo, un personale ci accompagnerà per portare le nostre cose e, se andremo a godere di attività idriche, ci cappelleranno, portano i tovaglioli e l'acqua. E la parte migliore è che abbiamo il nostro cuoco privato! È letteralmente in grado di cucinare tutto quello che ci serve anche se non è nel menu. E, amico, il gusto è proprio in punto! Non abbiamo nemmeno osato mangiare in altri ristoranti perché perché avremmo fatto quando abbiamo il miglior cuoco! Harlan ci ha offerto anche un massaggio complementare che ci ha resi ancora più rilassati. In generale, l’esperienza è stata solo sorprendente. Sicuramente otterrai quello che paghi! Non è economico, ma vale tutto.

Wonderful Stay at Ferra Premier – Loft Room Experience. We stayed in the Loft Room at Ferra Premier and had a great experience overall. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Upon arrival, they served us a refreshing welcome drink that tasted like cucumber juice. My family and I really liked the loft-style beds – they were very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was how the staff surprised my son with a birthday song and cake. While we were out, they even decorated the living area with birthday decorations. When we returned to the hotel, my son was genuinely surprised and happy. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The staff were all so kind, accommodating, and generous. We’re not very picky with food, and we found the breakfast to be nice and satisfying. One downside was the location. It’s a bit far from the main beach areas (Stations 1, 2, 3), which was challenging for us since we were traveling with senior, a PWD, and kids. Walking to D’Mall took about 10 minutes, which can feel tiring after a full day of activities. The hotel is near Bulabog Beach (the back beach), but it’s not ideal for swimming due to strong currents and many water activities happening there. On our fourth day, we tried swimming there, but it wasn’t recommended as there were many fallen tree branches in the water. However, it’s a nice spot for taking photos. Some friendly locals even offered to help take pictures and videos — just remember to give them a small tip. One issue we had was on our last night. I wasn’t able to sleep well because I’m a light sleeper, and there seemed to be a residential house nearby where people were playing billiards, laughing, and playing music late into the night. They were clearly enjoying themselves, but the noise made it hard for me to rest. Despite that, I still really liked the hotel. The service and kindness of the staff made our stay special.

Main reason why I booked my stay here is because I saw that they are an animal-friendly resort/hotel. Overall, a beautiful place to stay. I'm really happy with my experience. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Complete and working amenities. I enjoyed my carbonara and iced coffee at their in-house restaurant/bar. È la terza volta che visitiamo questo hotel e la posizione ci piace. Hanno i loro lettini prendisole, ma durante la stagione non ce ne sono abbastanza per tutti. Sabbia, come la farina. La spiaggia è tranquilla, calma e pacifica. Splendida vista sul mare dal ristorante. La colazione viene servita come da menù, mentre a pranzo vengono serviti zuppa, waffle, frutta e, se lo si desidera, anche un po' di verdura. Mi piace il fatto che per colazione si possa ordinare un caffè normale (cappuccino/americano), è incluso. Abbiamo anche pranzato/cenato in hotel: il cibo era delizioso. I prezzi sono leggermente più alti rispetto al D Mall. Il parco dell'hotel è costantemente curato, tutto è pulito e verde. La camera Premier è piuttosto grande, il letto è enorme, c'è un balcone. È vero, le camere e l'arredamento sono già obsoleti, c'erano 8 anni fa e non è cambiato nulla. I tessuti sono nuovi, buoni. Ci sono accappatoi, pantofole, spazzolini da denti, rasoi, ma mancano balsamo per capelli e crema per il corpo. In alcune camere (ad esempio la 605) la doccia è posizionata male, se ci si lava tutta la zona intorno al water è bagnata e non c'è la tenda. Il bambino ha festeggiato il compleanno e gli hanno fatto gli auguri con una torta per colazione 👍 Non mi piace che gli edifici siano dipinti con i colori della bandiera ucraina e che ci siano simboli LGBT. Ma non c'è nessun atteggiamento negativo nei confronti dei russi, tutti sono amichevoli, + c'è un menu in russo.

We had a wonderful stay at The Orient. I highly recommend it. They offer free shuttle service between the hotel and D’Mall, and they even allowed us to check in early when the room was available. Everything went smoothly and the experience was great, though I do hope they consider adding weights to the bottom of their shower curtains because they tend to sway while showering.
