PROS - Nice bungalows - Nice pool area - Right on the beach - The receptionist Chanrath is very friendly, helpful and super sweet. - The waitress Chanthorn is so nice, and she really does her best despite having way too much to do. CONS - Hotel appears poorly managed and understaffed. - Wifi is unreliable, internet is unavailable most of the time. - Long wait time (1 hour) both for food and drinks. Lots of mixups in orders, both because of language/communication issues, and general lack of organization. - Breakfast buffet selection is limited. Some days the food was warm, other days not. - Pick up service seems unreliable. Did not show up at agreed time. We had to call the hotel. Other customers were not picked up at all. - Beach is not well taken care of. Garbage is not really collected. Seems like they try to hide most of it under the sand when evening out the sand in the morning. Beach towels are not collected. I collected garbage around the sun beds every morning, which is often considered a job for the staff. - New years eve the hotel arranged bbq and entertainment. Next morning was a total mess. Beach was not cleaned, and full of garbage. Breakfast was cold, and there was not enough food. The bar area was full of used beer glasses and dishes, which were not cleaned until after midday. I myself got several garbage bags from reception, and filled them with trash from the beach. - Boat trips offered by the hotel are crowded and expensive. We booked a private trip elsewhere for a lot less. Not a 5 star resort, as they claim to be. Not worth the price.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, ho inviato un'e-mail in anticipo e qualcuno è venuto a prendermi quando sono sceso dalla nave. Poi ho fatto il check-in prima delle due. Anche lo scenario dell'hotel è molto bello e il ristorante è fantastico delizioso! C'è anche un cane molto carino, Jenny! Ci tornerò la prossima volta che andrò!

A serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk. Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here! ~LOVE LOVE LOVE PEARL RESORT~IT’S TOP ON OUR LIST~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ K&B

Excellent place to stay if you like peace and quiet and being surrounded by natural beauty! Everyone was so friendly - it was lovely talking to to the woman with the little boy, she made us feel very welcome and her English was excellent! The food was delicious and good portion sizes. There’s a pool table and bar. It overlooks the most incredible beach which was so empty! There are hammocks and a swing on the beach- very relaxing. The room was clean and tidy, and the mosquito net worked well! We rented bikes for $15 and went around the whole island. Thank you for the hotel staff for teaching us how to ride it! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! *if you’re staying here bring some water, soap, shampoo and toothbrush ect with you as it’s not provided. Also the wifi only works in the main area but smart mobile 4g has good signal* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Luna Beach Resort liegt abgelegen am Pagoda Beach auf Koh Rong. An sich ist es eine nette Anlage mit ein paar Macken und Kanten. Die Zimmer sind alle samt gleich, zumindest in den ersten beiden Reihen. Das Runde Bett ist leider mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig und so hart wie eine Steinplatte, wer keine extrem harten Betten mag ist hier absolut falsch. Die Anlage ist relativ sauber, hier und da mal ein Fleck ansonsten in Ordnung. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Duschkopf hat vor lauter Kalk nur so gestanden und war generell eher dreckig. Hat uns aber nicht arg gestört. Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass aus sämtlichen Wasserhähnen nur Salzwasser kommt! Essen im Restaurant war Top, es gibt viel Auswahl und preislich für Kambodscha gerade noch so im Rahmen die Gerichte gehen von 5-10$ im Schnitt. Portionen waren groß und man wurde satt. Leider ist die Anlage sehr sehr abgelegen, Roller pro Tag kostet um die 15$, Grab, passapp und so weiter funktionieren generell gar nicht und die Shuttles vom Hotel hauen mit 5$ pro Person an den Long Set Beach schon ordentlich rein. Getränke kann man vor Ort im Hotel zu leicht erhöhten Preisen kaufen. 1Bier = 2$ in der Happy Hour 3Bier für 4$. Der Strand ist wunderschön und an dem Abschnitt des Luna Resorts mit unter der schönste am Pagoda Beach. Hier kann man ordentlich entspannen! Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Il bellissimo e accogliente appartamento sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Abbiamo scelto il cottage di fronte alla spiaggia. La stanza era grande con due letti di dimensioni regina. Le strutture della stanza erano basilari considerando il prezzo. Il bagno era un adaffidabile, perché il lavabo e la doccia avevano un accessorio molto scarso, con scarsa fornitura di acqua, e non c'era posto per appendere la tovagliola, perché non c'erano ganci o altro. La parte migliore è stata la spiaggia di sabbia bianca, proprio fuori dall'hotel con acqua blu distinta, il ristorante e un bar che servivano buon cibo e bevande, ma non preoccupatevi, il servizio è disponibile solo fino alle 9:00. Dopo di ciò non c'è nemmeno l'acqua che vi darà se ne avete bisogno. Il personale era utile e gentile, e avevano sempre un sorriso sul viso e volevano aiutare quanto più possibile. Mi piacerà visitare di nuovo un giorno.

Der Pool ist wirklich der Hammer!!!! es gibt neun Sonnenliegen, aber keinen Sonnenschirm. Ansonsten liegt die Unterkunft leider nicht wirklich ganz zentral. Aber für 2-3 Dollar kommt man überall hin. Das Gebäude selber ist ein Apartment Gebäude und befindet sich leider noch im Bau. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber ausreichend. Das Bett jedoch relativ klein und die Matratze sehr hart. Dafür ist das Badezimmer natürlich neu und schön. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank gab es nicht. Da, wie fast überall, die Fenster nicht wirklich isoliert sind, hört man immer ein wenig Verkehr. Die Kommunikation des einchecken, da es sich um ein Apartment handelt, geht per E-Mail oder WhatsApp (Internet also erforderlich). Schnell, effektiv und nett.

Cet hôtel est pratique par sa localisation et propose des chambres à un prix raisonnable. La propreté des parties communes est bonne. Les chambres sont bien équipés avec la TV et Netflix notamment. Les arrêts de bus pour Phnom Penh sont à proximité ce qui rend le voyages plus simple. J'y séjournerai à nouveau.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was noice from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional receptionist. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained and comfortable after a long day. I would also like to give a special thanks to all security guards. Overall, I had a nice experience and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Stupendo resort, molto curato e pulito. Lo staff è attento ed efficiente , una menzione speciale per il simpatico Kert, sempre disponibile! Spiaggia bianca e mare caldissimo.. e non ultima doccia all’aperto.. esperienza indimenticabile!
