Un po' lontano dal centro città, ci vogliono circa 40 minuti a piedi. Ma se prendi un taxi, non è troppo costoso per meno di tre euro. Le strutture delle camere dell'hotel sono molto complete, pulite e ordinate e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quasi ogni giorno, ma se vuoi lavare i vestiti o i piatti, devi portare la tua lozione. L'Acropoli può infatti essere vista dalla stanza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel spinti dalle recensioni positive ed effettivamente abbiamo riscontrato quanto di buono riportato da altri clienti. Posizione eccellente, abbiamo girato Atene praticamente a piedi, Hotel stile classico ma tenuto benissimo, personale disponibilissimo e gentile. Camere non grandi ma con tutto il necessario. Ottima colazione.. fantastico il nono piano dell'hotel dove c'è il ristorante con una vista spettacolare su Atene. L'unica cosa da migliorare è il menù del ristorante per scelta poco ampia e spesso piatti cucinati non in maniera eccellente. Resta un'esperienza positivissima!!!

Great location as all main tourist sites (including Kerameikos and Filopappou Hill) were walkable - also outside the main tourist area, which was a plus. Roof terrace also pleasant at the end of the day. Hotel facilities are limited: WiFi, internet tv only (on mine you had to log in with your own details), aircon, tea/coffee, free bottled water. Cold breakfast option (set price of €10 - not €8 as shown on the website). Airport pick-up is now also €50 (more than shown currently on website). Rooms modern but.mine was starting to look slightly tired. In theory it was a ‘suite’ suitable for four (two small rooms) but this would have been extremely cramped, particularly as each room had only a ‘space saver’ type wardrobe ie. wardrobe rail coming out from the wall with a mirror in front and no other storage and a sofa bed in the ‘living room’. Despite the website description of each room with (only) a power shower, mine had a shower over the bath. Service was average: front desk tried to be helpful but local knowledge was lacking. Bed was made each day, but tea/coffee/water were not refreshed and used glasses and mugs were not cleaned. Despite this, towels WERE refreshed daily and there was no option (card or other mechanism) to get this stopped. I was surprised: it seems that saving water and energy had passed the hotel by entirely. In conclusion: compared to other prices and areas of Athens I paid a reasonable amount, but given the reviews had expected more from the hotel, although I couldn’t honestly say that it was bad, just ‘average’.

Had a few hours between connecting flights from Athens airport, so booking a night at the Sofitel was the best option to avoid non-hotel room surprises and miscommunication with apartment owners after a 14 hour flight. The distance from the terminal gates was literally across the street which was what I had hoped for. The cons: I came in with a 25Kg suitcase which was visually apparently heavy after a long flight and the hotel booked me the farthest room on my floor. Ok, no big deal. I’m young and strong. The first thing I wanted to do was just lie down on the bed to unwind after a long flight. I pulled up the tucked blanket to find that the bed sheets were stained near the pillows. Not something I would expect from a luxury hotel. Now I’m thinking if the sheets were even clean and what was the nature of the stains. Being extremely tired, I let it go and slept far from the stains. Went to take a shower. Two minutes in, I noticed the water not draining and water level rising. Had to shorten my shower time and abort with soapy feet to let the water drain before flooding the shower. Exited the room in the morning for my flight and noticed that the door was actually not locked while I was sleeping because the latch was stuck in the door. I feel that I would have just left the hotel a note on the shower and door and not write this review but the stained bed cover is unacceptable for the price I paid.

La colazione è stata la cosa migliore di questo hotel! Il personale è utile e amichevole. Letti confortevoli, la camera è relativamente piccola, ma la cosa più fastidiosa è che non c'è abbastanza luce, e la finestra era molto piccola, così anche durante il giorno non abbiamo avuto molto luce naturale, E, per quanto mi riguarda, quando discuto di questo con i lavoratori, questa è la situazione nella maggior parte delle camere. Localizzazione sagge - era circa 5-10 minuti di auto alla maggior parte delle attrazioni, in futuro probabilmente sceglierei un hotel nella zona di Syntagma.

Il personale era sorprendente. Sono benvenuti e sono d'aiuto se hai bisogno di qualcosa. La stanza è piccola ma ha un balcone che abbiamo goduto del nostro complimentare Prosecco. Amorevole colazione tre varietà di cibo, omelete e caffè è grande. L'hotel è stato bloccato, quindi ci hanno voluto qualche minuto per trovare, ma amare la posizione.

We stayed here for 2 nights after exploring islands around greece. I needed a hotel near acropolis (10 mins walk) and found this hidden gem. The hotel is clean and the check in was super quick. The rooms were comfy and had all the bells and whistle which i did not even get staying at 5* resorts in Mykonos and other islands like kettle, shoe shine, make up wipes. These small and little things matter and this property had it which suprised me the most. The interior of the hotel is tastefully done. The breakfast was at a nearby cafe. We had a coffee and avocado toast there which was just okay. If you are like me who wants to stop at Athens to catch a flight or ferry to the islands and need a proper value for money hotel. This is it.

Avoid the crowds and live like a local in a pristine modern apartment with everything you need. Our top-floor one-bedroom had a well-equipped kitchen and a romantic little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the street. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis, museums, and city-center shopping and dining. Even better, walkiaround the lovely residential neighborhood with supermarket, unique small shops, and great cafes. All guests can enjoy the downstairs patio with picnic table. And, most importantly, enjoy the welcoming, helpful advice of Albert, the manager. He will explain everything from how to turn on the ceiling fan to where to get the best breakfast and find the closest laundromat. He even arranged van transportation for our group of 12 to the airport, saving everyone many €€€€.

La posizione è grande per molti scopi. Molti negozi di cibo e caffè intorno . Passeggiata a luoghi d'arte, musica e storia. Grande per visitare l'ospedale Evagelismo. Bisogna aggiornare il asciugacapelli e il frigo deve anche essere programmato per essere un po 'più freddo di quanto sia. Il pavimento del bagno ha bisogno di un po'di più sforzo (!) - anche la tubatura del asciugacapelli, le tovaglie profumavano forte di disinfettante, facendovi sentire sicuro ma non piacevole. Il colazione neutrale, di base, non per i piccoli cibi, ma soddisfare un stomaco famevole. La TV non offreva noleggio di film. Wi-fi davvero buono per la streaming. Personale utile sia il desk front, gli assistenti della sala da pranzo e il mangiatore/famiglie. Grande toccare il sago da Creta al tappeto del caffè.I bagni offrono un balm corpo - non male affatto

Siamo stati tre giorni colazione ottima ,personale accogliente ,ma le stanze sono da incubo piccole piccole piccole manca l'aria ,in più l'aria condizionata non funzionava mai più percarita,non andrei più in un albergo così piccolo ,mi spiace per il personale .
