Governatorato del Cairo, Egitto: hotel pet friendly

Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli, nel centro della città, conveniente per viaggiare. Ma il sistema di gestione della ricezione deve ancora essere risolto perché quando prenoto online, ho pagato, e quando sono arrivato all'hotel, ho detto che non c'era spazio disponibile per me, permettetemi di annullare (dove vado a dormire lì all'estero, vado a viaggiare) Così ho chiesto aiuto da Tip.com e Top.com per lavorare fino a quando non sono rimasto all'hotel per tre notti mentre prenotavo fino alla prima notte non era la stanza che avevo prenotato, ma è stato bello non dover spostare l'hotel indietro e indietro secondo la proposta dell'hotel per la prima volta e sono soddisfatto del problema e della guarigione. Ci sono un sacco di resti sul Tip.com (Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza) Grazie.

La mia esperienza complessiva all'Hilton Maadi Cairo è stata eccellente. L'hotel era nuovo e pulito, il check-in e il check-out rapidi e il personale gentile e cortese, rendendo il servizio complessivamente molto piacevole. Anche le misure di sicurezza dell'hotel erano molto rigorose, con controlli all'ingresso e all'uscita e persino i veicoli venivano ispezionati da cani da guardia. Sebbene questo possa sembrare un piccolo inconveniente per i viaggiatori, in una città come il Cairo la sicurezza è fondamentale e mi ha fatto sentire molto più al sicuro. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e ci tornerei sicuramente.

I stayed in the dorm which comes with an en-suite bathroom, A/C, comfy beds, bedside light & power socket. The hostel is very clean and I absolutely loved their roof top terrace. Huge shout out to their staff, super friendly, helpful and professional

L'hotel si trova tra le stazioni della metropolitana Ataba e Nasser, in un edificio residenziale al quarto piano (con ascensore). L'ingresso avviene attraverso un piccolo arco ed è circondato da negozi e caffè. Inaugurato nel 2024, l'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Le camere sono pulite, con acqua calda, frigorifero, aria condizionata e TV. Il personale è stato gentile e cortese e ci hanno servito una colazione egiziana. Purtroppo, la nostra camera aveva un inconveniente significativo: il balcone si affacciava su un cortile dove un caffè era molto rumoroso fino all'alba, il che era piuttosto scomodo.

Il capo è cinese. La foto della stanza è come una foto della prenotazione, in pratica simile.In Egitto, l'igiene e lo stato della stanza sono molto buoni. E'molto delizioso come mangiare da solo. Il prezzo dovrebbe essere migliore rispetto all'hotel locale con stelle. Più tardi, l'Egitto può identificare la loro casa. La posizione geografica è anche buona. Da New Cairo, il nuovo salone di esposizione è vicino, è conveniente ovunque.

When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

The food was fresh, abundant, and delicious, but it was the serving staff who transformed it into something memorable. With kindness in every gesture and attentiveness in every moment, they anticipated our needs before we could even ask. The way they greeted us with smiles, remembered our preferences, and treated us with genuine care turned a simple meal into a highlight of our day. The Nile Ritz-Carlton is not just a hotel — it is an orchestra of hospitality, with every member of staff playing their part to perfection. To the reception team who guided us, and the breakfast staff who brightened our mornings, thank you for showing us what true hospitality means. This is more than a place to stay; it is an experience that lingers long after you’ve left, and one we can’t wait to return to.

We had a very good stay overall. Considering Cairo standards, the apartment was clean enough and comfortable. The neighborhood and location were excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also very close to the Nile—about a 7-minute walk. There are restaurants on boats along the river where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the view, and you can even go on a Nile cruise from the same area. Honestly, we didn’t need to take a taxi at all for dining or cafés. There’s also a really nice café right at the corner with excellent coffee—I highly recommend it. The building itself was very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. The only noise was from traffic on the street (cars and motorbikes), which is normal and not really a downside of the apartment. The building had a security guard, and we were even able to leave our luggage with him after check-out, which made it much easier for us to explore the city before our flight. Finally, special thanks to Michael, the host. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. No matter what time we messaged him, he always responded and guided us with any questions we had.
