Bogotá, Colombia: hotel pet friendly

El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen? Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!! Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen... De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top. Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service! Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!

Credo che dovrebbe essere il miglior hotel vicino all' aeroporto , molto conveniente , ha un autobus da El Dorado aeroporto , e tutto è bellissimo e in buona forma

Everything was great. Breakfast was great, quiet rooms, great service but please your food menu needs better quality, the breakfast was great but at lunch or dinner the menu food quality was the worst in my stays in Colombia

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

I have stayed in over 2000 Marriott hotels and have Lifetime status. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in without heat, air conditioning or windows that opened to let in fresh air. It’s a very modern hotel with numerous amenities but I did not have a comfortable sleep. The Trip website said that air conditioning always available - but that was false advertising.

In realtà è un hotel normale, molto economico. Possiamo andare all'aeroporto. Per 40 minuti

L'ambiente è molto buono, il prezzo è anche molto buono, il trasporto è buono, il servizio di ricezione è anche buono, l'esperienza di soggiorno è buona.In generale, buono, buono!
