La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande, le condizioni di igiene possono anche essere, il bagno ha anche un bagno per tenere il calore. Le strutture non sono molto complete. La stanza non ha macchina per il caffè. Se vuoi bere caffè o acqua calda, vai alla stazione di servizio fuori. L'hotel sembra essere aperto dagli indiani, senza colazione (ma c'è anche la mostra di colazione su Trip.com), perché l'hotel che ha pagato dopo l'epidemia non includeva il colazione.

La riparazione del vecchio hotel è stata stimata che il piccolo pubblico era molto comodo.La sala, la superficie esterna e la struttura della stanza sono leggeri, ma il bagno è come decorare e dimenticare, completamente incoerente con lo stile della stanza, un po'sotto il pannolino.

UUtente ospiteWe just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.

The motel's facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The room also featured a mini-fridge, which came in handy for drinks. Additionally, the motel grounds were well-kept and provided a relaxing environment to unwind.
Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast was simply fantastic.

La ragazza del front desk era molto professionale e cortese. Era al telefono con ciò che sembrava un ospite precedente che si lamentava chiaramente di qualcosa in merito alla tassa sulle vendite e una prenotazione con il precedente proprietario privato prima di assumere Quality Inn. Si è comportata bene, calma, professionale e rispettosa, anche se la persona all’altra parte della linea non si era reciprocamente qualificata; si è smesso dal telefono e mi ha aiutato con un sorriso e molto attento alle mie domande. Grande lavoro!!

UUtente ospiteStayed for 3 nights with wifey to visit Acadia National Park. It is a little distance outside Bar Harbor and the national park, but it is a short drive for a more economic stay. There's no 24hr desk. We arrived very late. Found the envelope left for us outside the lobby for us to enter our rooms. Rooms are are more of an updated motel grade, but it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a detached building from the lobby, caught is by surprise. We dod enjoy the breakfast easy day, there was the usuals but with sufficient variety and rotations so we did not find it repetitive for the 3 days that we were there. Very friendly staff.

UUtente ospiteThey were helpful and friendly when I stopped by early to get my room key and pay for the room. They previous guest were late checking out, so we couldn’t actually get into the room.
The room was quite large with a nice couch and balcony. Also had a coffee make, refrigerator, and M/W. Good TV. The bathroom was a little smaller, although better than some of the hotels in the area, which all tend to be older. It was a little rainy and foggy, but still had some nice views. We were on the first floor and I think the second floor would be a little better. We seem to go back to Greenville quite often and I will use them again.

The rooms were pleasant, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The complimentary “to-go” breakfast was convenient, offering boiled eggs, ready-to-eat oats boxes, probiotic mix, juices, apples, and a microwave for use. While simple, it was thoughtful and practical for travelers on the move. Overall, a good option for short stays with clean rooms and a quick breakfast.

MMissThe older gentleman working at night is quite rude with his demeanour and gestures saying “good lord” in absolute disgust to us upon arrival. We weren’t the only ones offended by him while talking to other guests. I will definitely return as we loved the daytime staff and atmosphere other then his unfriendly welcome. Customer service is definitely not his high point. We all have bad days so I’ll give this place another chance since everyone and everything was perfect other than that.
