We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono stati molto amici e gentili... e quando arriveremo, preferiremo di nuovo questo hotel.

Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. C'è un buon ascensore di dimensioni in hotel se ne ha bisogno. Nel complesso, siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Il colazione non è stile buffet ma perfetto per noi. Mi piace anche le tovaglie calde dalle casse riscaldate.

È ok come hotel 3 stelle, ma non come 5 stelle: Nessun parcheggio, i mobili sono stati sbagliati, la doccia è stata difettosa, ......

Oltre alla posizione, il resto è molto triste. Per saperne di più: cappello di tè rotto, cappello di foro, tovagliolo (fori di 5-8), materassi su un letto doppio è inferiore alla base del letto di circa 15 cm, sulla materassi di un letto è più base, doccia nei capelli e nelle spider, Acqua calda poco calda, nella capacità di sapone vuoto, tovagliola per solo 4 persone 3pc con tovagliola per le gambe, in una stanza di 2 tazze e tutto, toaletta craccata, pulsante rotto. Non volevo fare un bagno in questa camera da bagno. Vero, non mi aspettavo. Non eravamo felici, ma era troppo. E più. Non c'era parcheggio, solo dove si trova un posto sulla strada, ma non vicino all'hotel.

Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies.

酒店位置挺好的，周圍有很多吃的，雖然沒有酒店自己的停車位，但周圍都可以停。房間很乾凈，睡得也很舒適。
