I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno. Sono anche alloggiati. Lo consiglierò certamente. Non usare il loro alloggio ombrello oltre le 9:00 perché sarete responsabili per questo.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

I was planning to extend for another day, but I was informed that if the next booking isn't paid before the current one ends, the hotel staff will remove your belongings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make the payment in time because I wasn’t near the hotel and had no access to GCash as I was in the mountains. Anyway, all the photos they shared are accurate — I really like it here! The place is very clean and feels brand new!

Adoro questi hotel vicino a tutto, vicino all'aeroporto di Tacloban. Se non vuoi uscire c'è un ristorante sul tetto e sul piano principale, giornata di fitness e spa a prezzi accessibili, la mia famiglia l'ha goduto. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

Questo hotel è un budget amichevole si ottiene quello che si paga per. Posizione in modo da essere vicino al centro commerciale e al terminale, quindi se siete un viaggiatore il vostro in jackpot. L'unica cosa è che i loro letti sono piccoli. Vorrei che avessero un letto grande per una famiglia di tre, ma nel complesso, il loro servizio è grande.
