Il posto è molto bello e la seconda volta. Questa volta prenotiamo la villa di 1 camera da letto. Il posto è molto spazioso con piscina. La mia unica preoccupazione era la piscina e le piastrelle che circondano la piscina quando ero bagnata erano molto slippere e io stesso caddevo indietro nella piscina mentre ero bene. Non molto sicuro per i bambini. Qualcosa da sapere. Adoro il mio soggiorno in un ambiente molto rilassato.Sarebbe bello avere cibo tutto il giorno a qualsiasi ora, ma il colazione è da 7 a 12 poi dopo.Quindi se avessi il colazione presto dovresti aspettare fino a 12 dopo il pranzo. Raccomanderò questo posto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi la bella spiaggia e il personale molto utile.

We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, la posizione è grande che è accessibile al terminale degli autobus e vicino a piccoli ecosistemi. La cena è grande e deliziosa. Il personale è amichevole e utile.

Vorrei congratularmi con l'ospitalità del personale, che è sicuro di dire che sono ben orientati nell'accoglienza dei loro clienti. La pulizia è del 101%, non solo la stanza in cui non si può vedere un singolo malfunzionamento nel pulizia, ma anche le scale che vanno completamente pulite. Suggerisco e spero che si occupino di fornire ogni piano con il proprio distributore d'acqua perché è piuttosto scomodo camminare e salire di nuovo per ottenere acqua per bere. Spero che serviranno anche colazione riso.hehe Ma in generale è stato un buon soggiorno. Certamente, sceglieremo The Strand Suites e Dormitel nel nostro prossimo soggiorno a Davao. Kudos! e Dio benedica!

Siamo rimasti a Corona Regency Residences per una settimana, e in generale è stata una grande scelta, soprattutto per i viaggiatori di bilancio con bambini.Uno dei più grandi punti di attenzione è stato l'accesso illimitato alla piscina fino alle 10 PM ogni giorno, che la nostra famiglia ha davvero goduto. Ha fatto una grande differenza nel mantenere i bambini divertiti senza dover andare fuori e spendere un po' di più. Il luogo offre servizi come l'hotel, e il personale è stato costantemente utile e ospitante per tutta la nostra permanenza. Se viaggiate come famiglia e cercate qualcosa di conveniente con buone strutture, questo è certamente un posto da considerare. nonostante la sua apparenza anziana, io scelgo ancora di rimanere qui per un viaggio familiare a buon mercato.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

L'Apo View Hotel è uno dei nostri hotel preferiti in cui soggiornare a Davao City. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta poiché è vicino al People's Park, ai ristoranti e ai centri commerciali. Ciò che ci piace davvero di questo hotel è che il personale è molto gentile e ospitale. Le loro camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben preparate per gli ospiti. Ogni volta che soggiorniamo qui non vediamo l'ora di gustare la colazione a buffet. Offrono molte opzioni di cucina. Il personale si assicurerà che tu possa goderti e essere soddisfatto della tua colazione. Dopo la festa ci siamo divertiti nella loro piscina. Mia figlia adora nuotare qui perché può vedere il panorama della città. Nel complesso, sceglieremo sempre questo hotel come casa nostra a Davao.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hotel Blue Lotus - abbiamo prenotato un letto di grandezza re e la camera data era molto spaziosa. La camera aveva le attrezzature adeguate . Ci rimarremo qui la prossima volta che siamo a Davao.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay
