Paesi Bassi: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Olanda Meridionale

Arrived at 7+am due to overnight train. Service staff initially refused my Euro note for city tax that I exchanged in SG. It had at most a 0.1-0.2mm tear. Asked for legal policies, but the staff incorrectly stated that the note is not allowed to be accepted in the Netherlands (it is a hotel specific policy which probably the accountant has attacked the staff not to accept such notes for fear of bank rejecting?)and had some altercations, finally service staff sarcastically accepted my Euro note saying she will take a risk with her manager Mr. Z. Beside that bad altercation, it is a no frills clean hotel. Beware of luggage storage fees I saw at the counter. Luggage storage might not be free as per usual all other hotels.. You are better off paying for early check in or late check out if applicable. Breakfast was good as well. Location is okay as well.

Situato in posizione strategica, a soli 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal principale quartiere dello shopping, questo hotel offre una base ideale per esplorare la zona. Si distingue come una delle migliori opzioni nella sua categoria, offrendo comfort e un servizio eccellente. Il personale è un vero punto di forza: cordiale, attento e pronto a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Una menzione speciale va a Merle, che si è prodigata per aiutarci nell'organizzazione del viaggio. Il suo atteggiamento cordiale e professionale ci ha lasciato un'impressione duratura. Un aspetto da migliorare è l'offerta della colazione. Gli ospiti con restrizioni dietetiche o che evitano carne e uova potrebbero trovare la scelta un po' limitata. Ampliare il menu per soddisfare una più ampia gamma di esigenze alimentari migliorerebbe l'esperienza complessiva. Nel complesso, un soggiorno altamente raccomandato, con un servizio attento e una posizione privilegiata.

Questa è la prima volta che ci fermiamo qui. La camera d'albergo e la bagno sono abbastanza grandi. La posizione è perfetta, silenziosa e sicura. Abbiamo davvero amore di questo hotel.

L'hotel non è molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Rotterdam: ci vogliono almeno 15 minuti a piedi o in tram per arrivarci. Questa volta ho lasciato i bagagli in hotel la mattina e sono partito per una gita di un giorno all'Aia. La sera ho preso il treno Eurostar per tornare a Londra. Ho avuto la netta sensazione che l'hotel fosse lontano dalla stazione. E vale la pena menzionare che avevo prenotato una camera doppia, ma probabilmente perché ho fatto il check-in in ritardo, l'hotel l'ha cambiata in una camera doppia senza il mio consenso 😅

L'hotel era pulito e carino. Il personale era attento e disponibile, ma c'è stato un blackout la mattina del check-out. L'acqua è mancata in camera per ore e, cosa più importante, la nostra auto è rimasta bloccata nel parcheggio. Un hotel di queste dimensioni dovrebbe assolutamente avere un generatore di emergenza. Abbiamo aspettato ore per recuperare la nostra auto dal parcheggio. Una vera delusione. Non abbiamo potuto nemmeno lavarci la faccia o usare il bagno la mattina. Pertanto, non sceglierò più questo hotel.

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

Lo stile dell'hotel è molto piacevole, molto nuovo, il servizio della reception è molto buono!L'hotel è situato tra due città, e è un po'difficile giocare.

L'hotel è abbastanza così così. Non corrispondente al punteggio molto alto della recensione. Positivo: sdraiarsi sul letto a guardare la tv era comodo. Aspetti negativi: la camera non è stata pulita/rifatta adeguatamente: spazzatura sotto il letto, biancheria da letto logora, bollitore senza filtro e macchie d'acqua ovunque, ecc. Le tende nella nostra stanza non possono essere completamente chiuse da un lato, il che non è adatto a chi vuole dormire durante il giorno. La finestra non può essere aperta e l'aria condizionata sembra polverosa ed è difficile bilanciare la temperatura della stanza. Uno degli addetti alla reception era scortese.

L'hotel viene rilevato da una nuova gestione e sembra in fase di sviluppo. Il personale della cucina per la colazione era buono. Pulizia ok
