Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Okinawa

Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma l'hotel sembra carente di personale, dato che la nostra camera era piuttosto sporca e sembrava non essere stata pulita a dovere. In primo luogo, il letto sembrava che qualcuno ci si fosse appena sdraiato sopra e i letti erano sbilenchi, in secondo luogo il frigorifero era davvero sporco, non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di pulirlo, e in terzo luogo, ci sono molte impronte sul pavimento, il che significa che non hanno abbastanza tempo per pulire lo sporco. Oh, e abbiamo avuto un altro problema con la camera: la TV si accendeva automaticamente da sola a orari strani 😬 Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a comunicare con il personale perché il loro inglese non è molto fluente. Ma nel complesso, è un ottimo hotel per famiglie, ho adorato i servizi, i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo in piscina e sono andati pazzi per gli scivoli e per i servizi in spiaggia. Un bonus extra per gli ”happy hour drink” (dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 e dalle 21:00 alle 23:00).

Loveeee this place. We would come back to stay here again. The room is quite spacious (the toilet). The toilet is elderly friendly (there’s a rail to hold). The cafe / restaurant downstairs is also super good. Thank you Resol.

Questo posto è molto bello, spazio indipendente della stanza, con terrazza. Puoi vedere chiaramente le stelle.  Vedi la galassia tutta la notte. Da l'aeroporto a 4100 chilometri di cavallo seduto direttamente al soggiorno, 30 minuti. È consigliabile un ristorante occidentale vicino al soggiorno.  Il proprietario ha preparato una mappa perfetta del ristorante di salotto , Molto intimo.  È scritto molto affinamente per usare il cuore di  fortemente raccomandato 

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

We arrived at the hotel reception at 8:00 p.m. on May 12 to check in and collect our room key, and we encountered problems we have never experienced before! At first, the check-in procedure only took about 5 minutes for Room 524. However, when we got to our room and opened the door, we realized it was not the room we had booked. This room has two single beds, which is completely different from the double bed room we reserved. We then went back to the reception desk to ask the staff to switch us to a double-bed room. But all three reception staff said they did not have any double-bed rooms. We kept asking further questions. We had booked a double-bed room a week earlier and had already paid all the charges—so why couldn’t they arrange a double-bed room for us? One of the female staff members, who appeared to be of Indian origin, used a translation device to translate into Chinese for us. She pointed out that we had not selected a specific room type, and that guests have no right to choose any room type; we are only allowed to receive whatever room type the hotel assigns. At the same time, she also mentioned that the Room 524 they gave us was much larger than the double-bed room we requested, as if they were offering us an advantage, and that they would not arrange a double-bed room for us. After that, I argued with them multiple times and showed them again and again the confirmation emails and payment emails for our booking. This back-and-forth took more than 45 minutes. During that time, the reception staff treated us very poorly and constantly told us to “wait,” each time requiring us to wait 5–10 minutes before they finally kept talking to me and dragging the process out. Only then did they give us Room 1209. Even so, we still had to take all the luggage that had been placed for Room 524 and move it down to the reception area, and then carry it back up to Room 1209. We finally managed to have dinner only after an hour. Therefore, if you are assessing their service, it should be zero points. I have stayed at the Daiwa Hotel in Kyoto and near Himeji Castle, and I have never encountered this kind of problem. This time, I have completely lost confidence in this hotel group, and I have serious doubts about their integrity. After this, I probably will not book this hotel again. I would really like to understand why the hotel rooms booked through your website have ended up with problems like this. I hope Trip.com can look into it thoroughly, and respond to me within two weeks.

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e sicuramente vorremmo tornarci. Avevamo fretta di prendere un volo mattutino e il personale è riuscito a farci fare una colazione veloce prima di lasciare l'hotel, un gesto molto apprezzato.

È stato fantastico! La posizione è comodissima. Il posto è molto pittoresco. I prodotti cosmetici in camera sono di alta qualità (Byredo). Il mare è cristallino. Non c'è molta gente. I lettini sono sufficienti per tutti. Il servizio è molto buono. Torneremo la prossima volta.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

The hotel was very easy to locate, right off the main road, yet not noisy. The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and helpful. They are English speaking too. Room was spacious in Japanese standards. Very comfortable for 2 of us. Beds and beddings were clean and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Lots of amenities for you to pick at each floor lobby. And they have free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor too. Great for travellers staying longer. There are many restaurants and convenience stores all with minutes of driving in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 giorni per la nostra luna di miele. In fase di check-in abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il pacchetto lounge che comprende la camera vista mare. Consigliamo questo pacchetto anche se costa un po’ di più perché include i seguenti servizi: lettini spiaggia (altrimenti a pagamento 3300jpy), semplice colazione nella lounge (caffè, brioches, frutta, succhi, caffetteria) che vi permette così ti tenere il ticket valido per colazione/pranzo per il pranzo al ristorante Corallo. Si può decidere altrimenti di avere la colazione in camera. Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e dotate di ogni servizio. Con il servizio lounge ci sono snack, bibite analcoliche durante il giorno e dalle ore 17:30 alle 20:00 anche bibite alcoliche. (Birre in bottiglia, vino alla spina, liquori..) Il pranzo a buffet è molto vario e abbondante con i cuochi che fanno alcune cotture a vista (tempura, cerne di angus, noodles..) Ci sono due ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel. Uno a buffet e uno alla carta. La spiaggia ha una zona recintata anche in mare che vi permette di fare il bagno tranquilli senza il pericolo di incontrare pesci velenosi. Il bagno in mare si può fare fino alle ore 18. Il mare è davvero molto bello, la vista dalla camera fantastica. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile anche se non parla molto inglese. Nella via principale si possono trovare ristorantini per la sera e alcuni supermercati. Se si vuole esplorare l’isola serve una macchina ma per arrivare all’hotel c’è il servizio shuttles bus pubblico se si ferma a Tiger Beach (a 200m dall’hotel). Per il ritorno in aeroporto è possibile usare questo servizio oppure quello a pagamento fornito dall’hotel.
