A circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR di Beppu. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio privato e bisogna parcheggiare l'auto vicino alla stazione di Beppu, il che è un po' scomodo. La camera con 3 letti è grande e potrei aprire 3 valigie in camera. L'hotel sembra pulito, ma in qualche modo trovo che ci sia un odore sgradevole sia nella mia camera che nello spogliatoio dell'Onsen.

La stanza è molto pulita e il letto è comodo. Il check-in è stato pulito e il personale è stato cortese ed efficiente. Signora Naruse, dal Front Desk è stato super utile a preparare una cena per noi in un izakaya vicino. Ha riuscito a aiutarci con la prenotazione e abbiamo goduto la cena molto 👍🏼.Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno l'hotel JR Kyushu Blossom. Grazie!

Very comfortable stay and amazing service from the front desk.
Just a warning that parking is 900 and it's one of those rotating elevator parking services. Wouldn't recommend it unless your car is really small - there are many other parking lots around the hotel area.

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes away from the exit of Beppu Station. It is very convenient to take a bus to Hell Hot Spring. It is not far from the sea. You can stroll around leisurely. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich. There is also late-night noodle in the evening. The taste is very good. After soaking in the hot spring, there is free ice cream. Children like it very much.

This is the best hotel during my trip though the hotel room is really small for two person with two luggages. Sparkling clean, everything looks new. The hotel staffs are really friendly, polite and kind. Breakfast is very good, they have free alcohol testing from 6pm to 9pm! Less than 5 minutes walk from Beppu Station, very convenient. They also have natural hot spring but did not manage to use it.

Il traffico è conveniente, arriva circa dieci minuti a piedi da un grande tratto. La stanza non è grande ma molto pulita. La vasca è anche molto conveniente. Anche il cibo vicino è molto grande.

La posizione è molto vicina alla grande posizione, 10 punti conveniente.La camera da letto e il bagno sono molto puliti, ma la stanza non è sigillata, solo le persone possono essere chiuse nella stanza, un po'insicura.

距離車站就幾步路，但是跟着導航卻繞了一圈，酒店由幾位老爺爺在管理，設施稍稍有些陳舊感，餐廳不放電視，是放廣播，乾淨整潔，設施用品齊全，床品舒適，早餐是簡單的份餐。

The closest hotel to Harmonyland which allows you to take taxi to and from the theme park at a reasonable price.
The hotel basically provides everything from snacks, drinks and meals all day including dinner and breakfast, everything was excellent. I was aware that Mercure is an international hotel chain thus the vibes of the hotel itself can’t truly be entirely Japanese. However, I was still very satisfied with my stay overall.
I was so lucky to see some cherry blossom trees still in their peak at the hotel parking lot while the peak of most other trees in different areas had already passed.
The hotel also offers free shuttle from and to Beppu Station which we found to be very helpful.

La casa di 2 magazzini comprende soggiorno, camera da letto, 2 camere da letto, balcone e asciugamani privati!
Il pranzo di Kaiseki è stato servito nel principale edificio in una stanza privata. L'intero pasto e la bevanda erano di alta qualità. Il mattino successivo era anche buono.
Il personale è stato utile e gentile. Viaggiare in taxi gratuitamente dalla stazione JR all'hotel. E a soli 8 minuti a piedi dal lago Kinrin, che è prefetto per salire presto per la mattinata.

HHiu Wai, Peggy ChauI was worried because there are many bad reviews. It turned out it wasn't that bad, though I doubt if it is worth the high price overall. The location is good, conveniently located near Kitahama bus service centre and Beppu Station. Locating the entrance is a challenge, especially when you are with luggage. The hotel staff a nice, but I can picture that if you dun speak a bit of Japanese, it might be a bit hard to communicate with the staff.
The overall environment is nice, clean room and nice private onsen bath. A curtain is appropriate in the balcony for more privacy. It is a bit dark, both inside the room and in the corridor.
Dining is nice, great food. know it's a common practice to have set time for dinner and breakfast, but as a first time visitor to Oita, the 5:30pm dinner time was too early for me. However, the 7:30pm was fully booked on my first day of visit. Breakfast started at 7:30 and it's too late for me to catch the train so I can visit Harmonyland. There could be more flexibility for dining options and time, considering the high price guests are charged.
There are many activities and I love the outdoor footbath and the free coffee and tea service at the travelers' library.
I would still recommend the hotel to visitors to Beppu.

UUtente anonimoThis hotel is right next to JR Oita station, 100m walk. Super convenient. Reception staff also very helpful. Best part is the freebies for all guests - you must definitely not miss the free ramen in the evening starting 9.30pm and Hershey ice cream after hot spring. Simple things but it enhances the stay experience overall. Room is well designed too with sufficient space for big luggage. Will definitely consider Dormy Inn chain more in the future when visiting Japan.

정정형근I recently stayed at a hotel booked through Trip.com, and while the location, cleanliness, and facilities were quite nice, I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by the hotel staff.
When I booked the hotel, the description on Trip.com (in Korean) clearly indicated that the room would have two beds and two floor beds. However, upon arrival, we found that the room only had two beds and one floor bed. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel staff, they informed me that we would need to pay extra for an additional floor bed. They explained that the description in the itinerary merely indicated the maximum capacity of the room and that, since we had booked meals for only three people (breakfast and dinner), we could not receive an extra floor bed at no charge. I opted for the three-person meal plan because one of my family members is a five-year-old child who does not eat much, and I wanted to avoid unnecessary food waste.
I understand that interpretations of the itinerary may vary, but the attitude of the hotel staff was unacceptable. During my communication with them, I was put on hold for five minutes, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. After urging them to adhere to the terms of the itinerary, I was placed on hold again for ten minutes. Unfortunately, I had to hang up as it was time for dinner, and the hotel did not follow up with any response after I returned.
This experience significantly affected my family's mood, and what was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope that Trip.com can address this issue to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.

Breakfast is good, value for money, nice to try. Dinner is 90-mins semi buffet, no choice for the set, special arrangement if you don’t eat beef, but take some time. Lots of wine varieties, if you don’t drink alcohol, the dinner price is NOT worth.
My comment: Highly recommended. need to have car, my case is with sudden car break down with no replacement. Grandvrio did a great job!👏🏻👏🏻

E'disponibile per accogliere il nostro cameriere, Bob, che ha un'inglese molto fluida, e organizzato con cura, sorriso gentile, che fa sentire la gente molto rilassata e naturale.Questo 𥚃 cameriere ha un linguaggio ordinario e non c'è ostacolo alla comunicazione. Questa volta la mia stanza è dotata di ventilatore indipendente, mezzo aperto, e posso vedere il colore all'aperto, la qualità dell'acqua e la temperatura sono grandi, e mi sento molto bene. Oltre a godere del vento della stanza, ho anche goduto il caldo pubblico dell'hotel. C'è un'apertura e un'apertura, il tempo è limitato. PPriscillaAbbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno di 2 notti in questo Ryokan. Situato vicino al villaggio floreale Yufuin, e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Yufuin JR. È stato un bel passo alla stazione Yufuin JR, poiché ci sono molti negozi e cibo che si può visitare lungo la strada. Altrimenti, ci sono anche autobus 36 da Yufuin ma terminale che si fermerebbe vicino al ryokan.
Il personale era davvero eccellente, amichevole e utile. Quando arrivammo, alcuni di loro si precipitarono a aiutarci con il bagaglio e a proteggerci dalla pioggia. Durante tutta la permanenza, ci fecero sentire molto benvenuti.
La stanza occidentale/giapponese che abbiamo prenotato era molto spaziosa e disponeva di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Si noti che questo è un alloggio 2 - livello 1 ha un bagno con bagno privato e fuori e la sala da soggiorno, mentre livello 2 ha un bagno (w/o bagno) e 1 camera da letto occidentale e 1 camera da letto giapponese.
Nel ryokan ci sono 4 stronzate pubbliche, 2 per donne e 2 per uomini. Loro lo girerebbero durante il giorno e la notte per permettere a tutti di provare le diverse stronzate.
Abbiamo anche il nostro colazione e cena al ryokan come parte del pacchetto. I piatti erano diversi in entrambi i giorni. La diffusione era enorme e il cibo era buono. Nota che ci sono pochi posti aperti a Yufuin durante il pranzo.

UUtente ospiteIn inverno, le primavera calde sono veramente cielo. Ci è un jacuzzi per camera, ma il bagno pubblico è molto meglio. Il personale non parla bene l'inglese, ma non parlano l'un l'altro, quindi sembrano comunicare meglio. E' molto vicino alla stazione e alla strada principale, e il giardino giapponese è molto affascinante. Kaiseki cucina e colazione sono anche molto buoni. Quanto costa, sembra valerlo
