Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Kagawa

We booked a double room, but upon arrival we were given a very small room with two single beds. There was minimal space between the beds, and overall the room did not match what we had booked. Before our arrival, we submitted a request to the hotel asking for a double bed instead of two single beds. Trip.com indicated that our request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, when we checked in, the staff told us that they had not received such a request and refused to change the beds to a double bed. They also said that an extra charge per night would be required to provide a double bed. This was disappointing, as we had booked a double room and the request had been marked as handled on our side. This was the first time we experienced an issue like this for such a simple request, and we were quite disappointed with the service. In addition, the size of the bathroom was very small. It was not practical for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time, which further affected the comfort of our stay. We hope you will look into this matter and improve the handling of bed-type requests for future guests. Thank you.

This ryokan was absolutely perfect. The service and facilities were of the highest standard. It felt like a paradise in the middle of the mountains. The outdoor bath overlooked a waterfall and a stream, and it was simply perfect. Unfortunately, we could not really go hiking because it rained, but it was still such a pleasure to spend the whole day in such a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is next to the JR station and east to find. It is a self check-in hotel and the staff is very helpful as I booked 2 rooms under the same name. The hotel offer free udon for those late check-jn traveller (but I didn’t take it) and free breakfast in the morning.

During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that also serves as a wedding venue — and from the moment I arrived, the level of service was simply impeccable. The staff were not only gracious and professional, but also went out of their way to assist me at every turn, despite my lack of Japanese language skills. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression and made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Though the room was compact, it was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged. As a solo traveler, I found the space more than sufficient — cozy, comfortable, and a fantastic value for the price. It truly struck the perfect balance between affordability and quality. A special mention goes to the amenities: the hotel provides a well-stocked amenity station at the reception, where guests can freely pick up whatever they need — a detail that reflects the hotel’s attention to guest convenience. While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. With its blend of elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, it became a peaceful and comfortable base for my journey — one I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers.

The staff of Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel are professional and considerable. Their service are excellent, especially 1) The shuttle bus driver (morning shift strong man, forgot asking his name). When we arrived at Shodoshima Ferry Pier at 11:00am on April 7, we found a hotel shuttle bus, but not sure if it's the one of our staying hotel. We asked the driver if it's the one that waiting to pick us up. He said yes, but the hotel check-in time should be 3:00pm in the afternoon. He suggested us to have the sightseeing first and helped register the afternoon time for picking us instead. Also, he suggested taking our hand carry bags to the hotel front desk to avoid we carrying too heavy bags while travelling. 2) The lady staff (sorry for forgetting her name) at the lobby hall, who was very proactive. She came over immediately to help taking photos for us when she found we're taking a selfie. She also served us with free drinks for enjoying the sunset at the hall. 3) The staff at the reception desk are very professional. They helped us for check-in, explained the details of the time for meals, and provided all the information required. 4) The foods for dinner & breakfast buffet are very nice and yummy. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Overall, Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel is a very professional and comfortable accommodation for stay. We're pleased and feel glad choosing this hotel.

Trip.com Anche se stranamente non forniamo una scelta per il pacchetto di due persone, siamo molto attenti a cambiarci in camere doppie immediatamente dopo essere arrivati all'hotel. Il prezzo di rimborso è quello. Ci sono molti frutti marini in mare nella vicina casa di bevande alcoliche, iodio, dentifricio, cibo di sasso, capelli di pesce, bruciare di cavolo sono freschi e deliziosi, giusto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in molti Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Giappone, e abbiamo molto fidato del marchio Daiwa Roynet. Tuttavia, la proprietà Takamatsu è la peggiore che abbiamo mai vissuto, e dopo questo soggiorno saremo più cauti a scegliere di rimanere a Daiwa Roynet in futuro. Le strutture sono molto vecchie e urgentemente necessaria una riparazione. La pulizia della nostra stanza è stata anche molto scioccante. Ci sono i capelli nel bagno e nel bagno, e i capelli sui pigiama che hanno fornito, come mostrato nella foto. Anche in tutta la stanza erano tinture, e il letto usato era anche più piccolo del letto, come mostrato nella foto. In generale, un fantastico soggiorno avrei sicuramente tornato!

very happy stay! staff very helpful we are very appreciate, just the staff only can speaks little english, we use the apps translator so still very smooth. from airport to hotel, you can take the limousine bus, ticket buy ar the machine, bus stop just right outside at No.2 platform, has airport staff might guide you, travel time about 20-25 minutes can get there, the stop just right at the hotel, the market street just behind the hotel, Takamatsu shops testaurant closed quite early, most of that closed about 8, just some abit late.. if you want to find dinner restauant must go earlier. many Izakaya (居酒屋) around the hotel but they needs to book reservation, walk in almost full!! Car park is ¥1400 per night, outside car parks is more cheaper but inside the hotel that convenient if you bought some stuff 😆 but only few inside, no advance resersations, its first come first served every night, so u have to go early to get the parking
