UUtente anonimoPertama kali ajak keluarga buat liburan, dapat rekomendasi juga dari teman teman, jadinya pesan hotel ini, sayangnya letak lumayan jauh ya dari pusat kota, jadi ya mau apa apa.pesan via online, tapi untuk kebersihan dan sarapan nya dijamin tidak mengecewakan, hanya saja ada beberapa miskomunikasi misal keberadaan kamar yg saya pesan beda lantai, dan fasilitas kolam renang yg ”katanya” hanya bisa digunakan jika kita memakai pakaian renang, *****tara yang saya lihat kemarin banyak orang tua yg mendampingi anak anaknya tanpa menggunakan pakaian renang yg semestinya, terus kalau bisa yg mengawasi di kolam lebihlah ”humanis” baik dalam bersikap dan mengarahkan, saya lebih apresiasi yg dari pintu depan seperti security, receptionis, dan karyawan lainnya yg bersikap ramah, percayalah bisnis hotel akan bangkit kembali dengan anda menerapkan layanan yg prima, terima kasih atas jamuan satu malamnya, jika nanti ada kesempatan, kami pasti akan kembali

UUtente anonimoHotel was tired and staff are inexperienced in the hospitality industry.
Room: stayed on 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they havent been changed in a while.
Room decor was pretty basic with basic laminate flooring.
In the bathroom there was complimentary shower gel and shampoo but when the bottles were pressed, it was very watery and seemed like the staff had simply topped it up with regular water.
Room internet was also extremely poor and I gave up after half an hour of trying.
Breakfast was a big spread but not of high quality. The bubur was lumpy. Fried chicken was tasteless (possibly indicating being frozen for some time) and the chefs cooking the indomie simply threw the noodle cake into a half filled water bath and did not stir or monitor the cooking resulting in half cooked indomie.
Breakfast section also smelled like a massive cigarette factory as there were smoking sections.
Upside: Great location as part of a mall development.
There is a comfortable lounge in the lobby conducive to meetings and afternoon catchups.
Staff at the lobby lounge were very pleasant and efficient and went out of their way to clear our cups quickly and take new orders. Always smiling.
This hotel is a very stark contrast to the mercure semarang where we spent the previous night.

RRonald RamakersCompared to other hotels in Balikpapan, Ibis is very affordable.
Nevertheless, this hotel offers good amenities, such as a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. However, the shower cabin is too small. You can barely move around in it. I also miss a refrigerator.
The Indonesian breakfast is excellent.
Many Westerners stay in this hotel, but strangely enough, the breakfast is geared exclusively towards Indonesians. For Westerners, there's only cheap white bread with sweeteners like jam and chocolate spread. I miss good-quality wheat bread, rolls, cheese, and sliced meat.
Strangely enough, the hotel isn't geared towards Western tourists at all. FO doesn't know where to rent motor cycles and they don't have any information about tourist attractions.
They foist overpriced excursions with a guide and car on every tourist.
Dear Ibis personnel, please understand that many Western tourists want to rent motor cycles and find their way to excursions via Google Maps.
In short, Ibis management, do some research on Western tourists, provide brochures with excursions to FO, and make sure FO has information about motor cycles and car rentals.
In summary, Ibis is a fine hotel for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not sufficiently focused on Western tourists.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however, the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

UUtente ospiteWe had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

UUtente anonimoI stayed at Whiz Prime Hotel Balikpapan for a business trip and booked a room without breakfast.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay.
The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel.
The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff.
Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

DdiondewanataUn grande hotel moderno a Samarinda. La posizione è un po 'di distanza dal centro della città (20 minuti di guida mentre il traffico è basso e 30-35 minuti in orario di fretta).
Anche se si trova proprio sopra il Grand Mall, l'hotel ha scarsa accessibilità, soprattutto per i pedoni e i corrieri alimentari online perché devono attraversare la rampa per entrare nella porta anteriore dell'hotel!
La stanza è moderna, pulita e dispone di grandi strutture, ma il rumore dall’esterno della stanza può essere sentito facilmente, perché ha un rumore disordinato.
Quando mi sono iscritto, mi è voluta più di un'ora da quando ho dovuto arrampicarmi nella coda e il processo stesso ha voluto molto tempo. Era il più lungo tempo che passai per il controllo! La coda è solo cinque persone davanti a me e hanno aperto tutti i controlli in contatori.

UUtente ospiteL'appartamento è coerente con il centro del bilancio, l'ubicazione è lontana dal centro e posti da mangiare, la pulizia non è cattiva perché l'appartamento è abbastanza vecchio e ha ancora bisogno di manutenzione, include le strutture che devono essere migliorate e il servizio è ancora meno Maximum - Ok.

FFajrina HMPentacity Hotel Balikpapan offers great value for its price, combining a strategic location, friendly service, and family-friendly facilities.
The check-in process was smooth and quick, with professional and friendly staff at the front desk. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities — including a minibar, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast buffet offered a variety of Indonesian options, and the taste was good overall.
I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip to Balikpapan.
