Regno Unito: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Highlands

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on 1st floor however in a room closest to the main road with lots of traffic noise and there was construction going on nearby with constant drilling and noise until 4am so I never managed to sleep for most of the night, meaning that I couldn’t get up early to use the facilities. It’s not the staffs fault, but just be careful when booking.

The hotel is in need of updating and refurb. No free wifi. Furniture is old. That said, the check in was friendly and efficient and all the staff I came across were good to deal with. I had a meal in the bar. Food was fine and a decent size. Breakfast gave enough choice from a continental style buffet. The bedroom was away from outside noise. Just a bit of noise as other guests came and went. Tired bathroom but everything worked. For a one night stopover as a solo traveller it was fine.

First let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

Questo è un vero e proprio bel hotel seduto proprio sulle rive del fiume Ness e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Inverness. La nostra camera era confortevole e spaziosa. Il colazione aveva una buona gamma di scelte e era delizioso. Il personale era gentile e amichevole e molto felice di scopare il mio bambino!

Veramente grande Hotel. Più economico intorno anche così non si ottiene davvero quando le persone prenotano alberghi economici e si lamentano che non è 5* 😂. Posizione è sorprendente. Il lago è bellissimo. Il personale è davvero bello. Le camere hanno tutto quello che ti serve e sono abbastanza spaziose. Il cibo è davvero buono, anche se un po' costoso ma ancora buono in porzioni.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Le domande postate all'hotel prima della nostra arrivo sono state risposte rapidamente e sono state molto utili.  Un benvenuto molto caldo all'arrivo della signorina Mary, che era anche quella che rispondeva alle nostre email.  Amico personale.Ci ha dato grandi suggerimenti su cosa vedere e fare in questo settore.  Raccomandiamo molto questo posto a tutti.

Comodo e molto vicino all'aeroporto. È a pochi minuti di distanza. È così comodo prendere un volo la mattina. Mia madre non deve più preoccuparsi per me. È un po' lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Hotel.

L'hotel è stato la base perfetta per viaggiare l'isola di Skye! Check-in è stato facile, ci sono stati molti parcheggi (alcune vicine, alcune lontane), caffè e colazione aveva alcune selezioni, abbiamo anche cena all'hotel e era fantastico. Dice che non c'è acqua calda in ogni momento, ma abbiamo avuto acqua calda ogni volta che ci siamo docciati con grande pressione acqua!

Per quello che abbiamo pagato per la notte, compreso il colazione, siamo stati sopra la luna! Grande posizione, personale molto efficiente e amichevole, colazione è stata bella con una grande selezione di cereali, frutta ecc seguito da colazione piena delle solite rimedi calde e deliziose! La stanza era sul lato piccolo, ma questo è quello che abbiamo prenotato e pagato per così non è stata una sorpresa. Tutto quello che ci serviva era fornito e la stanza era calda quando ci siamo reclutati. Bella moderna bagno! Il nostro unico “negativo” era la matrice, era molto forte e potrebbe adattare alcune persone ma non noi. Altrimenti avremmo dato i migliori segni!! I giovani signori che hanno preparato il colazione durante il nostro soggiorno erano molto attenti.
