La posizione geografica è eccellente, la vecchia zona urbana è a pochi passi, e la stazione ferroviaria è anche all'interno della gamma di passi.La tradizione decorativa dell'hotel è combinata con la moderna.La piscina al piano inferiore dell'hotel è un grande punto luminoso, la temperatura dell'acqua è moderata e l'ambiente è tranquillo. L'hotel appartiene al gruppo Wanhoo. Il servizio è in posizione. Dopo che l'ospite ha fatto il soggiorno, il servizio della stanza di servizio non bagagli deve essere accolto con lode dal personale della stanza di servizio. Il servizio non è stato sperimentato dall'hotel Cinque stelle. La colazione occidentale, l'ambiente piccolo e delicato, l'unica lamentazione è che non c'è alcun tipo di Asia.

Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was great, very close to a supermarket as well as a petrol station. The very first night they recommended a fantastic local bistro. We had a wonderful meal. The room was clean, it was lovely and cool. The AC was very, very welcome because we were here during quite the heatwave. Yes okay it's summer but, oh my god, 35 degrees Celsius is a lot to deal with. Didier and Lara were incredibly welcoming. The breakfasts were utterly incredible. We felt incredibly spoiled. We had delicious, fresh pastries. We had beautiful yoghourts. We had lovely fruit purées. We had poached eggs. Nothing was too much trouble. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The pink grapefruit juice was freshly squeezed. It was really really delicious! What was really nice is that we stayed for three nights. What was really lovely was that we'd come back each day and our room had been tidied and the beds had been made. We had always turned off the air conditioning so it was really nice to come home to our accommodation. The AC was on so the room was already lovely and cool by the time we got in. I would happily stay there again. Wonderful host, friendly, not in your face, just really really welcoming, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Alla reception ci hanno accolto con cortesia, la nostra camera era già pronta 1.5h prima dell'orario del check in. L'hotel fornisce un parcheggio a pagamento ma con un EV charger gratuito. A 15 min a piedi dal centro molto comodo.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché era in un castello e sembrava romantico e unico.Tuttavia, non c'erano molti dettagli in generale. In primo luogo, evitare il ristorante a tutti i costi, anche se il tre tavolo di corsa era solo €29. La preparazione e la qualità dei cibi erano terribili. Vedere le foto allegate.Il salmone che avevo cotto era stato supercotto da salmone congelato e le verdure erano probabilmente verdure congelate che erano cotte a funghi e non più verdi. Il risotto era solo ricoperto di risotto in una crema strana e aveva un po'di pollo insapore in cima. E' evidente che hanno bisogno di più personale, poiché il nostro ricevitore si raddoppiava come cameriera, e abbiamo notato che ci sono aspettative e difetti in servizio. La camera era compatta e pulita, ma non avevano dettagli. Per esempio, le attrezzature e gli apparecchi erano la varietà più economica possibile e non corrispondevano al Luxe sensazione che l'hotel andava. La posizione è leggermente fuori città e a 20 minuti a piedi da tutti i principali siti della città antica. Le terre erano tese e molto belle in foto.

If you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley. Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!! We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us. Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady. Just go. Dont hesitate.

This was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France. The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels. Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied. Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water. What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

The location is the best. It's the first hotel before the bridge to Mont Saint-Michel and the shuttle bus service that takes you there is just outside the hotel. This room on the first floor had a view of barrage, it's clean and functional, but looks really tired and dated. The room is really warm with the flat roof structure outside the windows trapping all the heat. We had 2 furbabies and it was great the hotel is pet friendly. Dinner with the halfboard option was pretty good but our preferred choice was not available due to a large tour group having dined before us. Breakfast had a good spread, with a splendid view of Mont Saint-Michel. It's really pricey for what it is.

Non molto da dire... solo buone cose! Benvenuti alla reception quando ci siamo accolti prima di quanto previsto. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli turistici per andare in giro e hanno tenuto le nostre valigie. Purtroppo non abbiamo ottenuto il parcheggio perché erano pieni.. tutto riservato (NB: trip.com non ha mai discusso che dovevamo prenotare il parcheggio, questo è qualcosa di Accor e Trip.com dovrebbe discutere, perché ora è il nostro 2° incontro di questo problema.... Venendo dalla Malaysia e noleggiando una macchina, Non è utile... non avevamo idea di dovevamo prenotare il parcheggio) La camera da letto era molto bello, bel balcone ma piccola bagno... soprattutto visto il posto del bagno.... divertente. Ma non preoccuparti. Bella copertina della camera da letto e dell'hotel... temato su Christian Dior e moda, ci piaceva ☺️ La colazione finale e la sua posizione: bella. La vista sul mare è davvero buona, i mobili sono ben scelti, e il cibo è buono. Per la prima volta vedo un «faccia le tue uova sul lato soleggiato » posto in un hotel, che era freddo.

Hotel itself is a great place for a night, however despite informing the hotel twice via email and on original booking form, i was given a first floor room, despite requesting a ground floor as i was travelling with my 84 year old mother, who has difficulty in negotiating stairs and no elevator was available, so despite the hotel being great, i won’t be staying there again as it’s unreliable to honour requests, very disappointing.
