A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

Buyer Beware: If you reserve a Villa it is a shared accommodation! Make sure you buy two rooms to reserve the whole Villa yourself. This was not clearly marked at all. I would never spend $256 US Dollars to share a romantic evening with my husband and STRANGERS. As stated, I came to spend a romantic evening with my husband. Upon arrival I find that the living area of my villa is shared and there is a second room in the villa for strangers to live in! The TV, lounge sofas, refrigerator, clothes drying closet is all in the “shared area.” I am guessing you need to do rock, paper, scissors to see which room can use these promised room amenities at which times. I was fir sure that a villa would have a bath tub because the much cheaper rooms I had stayed in before had that simple feature! No the rub was in the room next door, which in all fairness, I was offered but would have had to sacrifice the view I had paid for! The shock of our experience did not stop there! When we tried to order dinner that night they told us they weren’t able to offer a full menu so they gave us the choice of three dishes that weren’t something that we would eat so we were not able to have dinner. As this place is very secluded, there was nowhere around to get dinner. We were glad that we had prepared a few snacks! Later that night about 9:30 they messaged us and asked us to choose noodles or dumplings for breakfast in the morning. We informed them that one of the reasons we booked was fir the Chinese/Western Buffet breakfast that came with the room! They said because they weren’t at full service they couldn’t give us that. We had to choose one of the choices. The problem is we called the morning before we came to make sure they were going to be open because we were escaping the typhoon in our area. They asked if we were sure we wanted to come because everything around was closed do to the typhoon. We told them that we were coming just to enjoy the hotel and they said that’s fine. They never told us they would not be able to serve our needs. So we drove over 4 hours to what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience that sadly flopped! So many things that added up, like the stained comforter and the ripped bathrobes, the dirty smudged glass balcony door, that shouldn’t happen when one is paying this price just made it a really regretful choice! When we tried to make complaints to trip.com Supervisor Luna said that the hotel is not at fault, it’s okay for them to advertise a Villa and that it was my fault that I didn’t look at the room size. She also tried to tell me that my reservation didn’t even come with breakfast. However, when I made her check again she said oh that it just said breakfast not Chinese/Western Buffet. The breakfast problem had already been solved by the very helpful Victoria G. In the chat platform on the Trip.com app. But Supervisor Luna must have been having a very bad morning and thought she should take it out on me. In the end Trip.com felt that the hotel did nothing wrong but finally agreed to refund me $15 for breakfast. However, instead of refunding it to my credit card the trip.com always has, she thought she would make extra hard fir me to get my refund. Like going to a special link and putting in my bank information! Thanks Supervisor Luna for adding an extra layer of stress to this experience! Sorry you were out out and actually needed to do your job! I will add to be fair that the view and outside of the hotel is spectacular! I would have rated 5 diamonds if view was the only thing I was rating! It was beautiful!!

What a great discovery this place was! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh. As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special. As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day. Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary. Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers. Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed. Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons. It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable. If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant. Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times. That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

因為要去靈隱寺捐瓦，所以就想就近找個酒店。一圈看下來，感覺他家比較合適。 我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。 壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。 壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！ 他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。 早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。 餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。 很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

L'hotel in sé è piuttosto carino. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era esattamente come la immaginavamo. Tuttavia, la vista non era eccezionale, poiché ci sono lavori in corso. Tuttavia, questo è al di fuori del controllo dell'hotel. Il mio problema principale con questo hotel è il fatto che è come se stessi letteralmente chiedendo servizi. Forse è così che trattano gli stranieri. Non è una scienza missilistica che se le pulizie vengono effettuate quotidianamente, reintegra ciò che è stato utilizzato. È coerente per l'acqua ma non per nient'altro. Ci sono volute più di quattro ore per ottenere il caffè rifornito quando richiesto. Zucchero, carta igienica e dentifricio non sono mai stati riforniti. Non c'è sapone per le mani nel lavandino e ho chiesto ogni volta e mi è stato detto che le pulizie lo avrebbero portato. Tutto quello che hai al lavandino era una lozione. Non penso che la lozione sia saggia se uno ha bisogno di lavarsi le mani data l'attuale crisi mondiale. Il cibo non è molto buono dal mio punto di vista. Ho scelto l'hotel principalmente perché molti dicevano che il cibo era molto buono. Affermano che si serve cibo occidentale e cinese. Immagino che i cereali siano l'aspetto occidentale di cui parlano. Era principalmente cibo cinese ed era pessimo. In molte occasioni anche gli operai non finivano il pasto e si attaccavano alla frutta. Ora non fraintendetemi, mi piace il cibo cinese e di solito li opto per gli hotel, ma in questo caso è andata male. Forse il cibo cinese a Yiwu è diverso da Hangzhou per quanto riguarda i sapori. Inoltre, il mio altro problema è che se due persone sono in una stanza offrono servizi come se esistessero due persone. Il primo giorno c'erano quattro cialde per la macchina. Le tazzine fornite sono più grandi della quantità prodotta dalla macchina, quindi sono necessarie due cialde a persona. Il giorno dopo ho richiesto le cialde di caffè perché non erano state rifornite e me ne sono state date due. Quanto basta per un individuo. Una piccola bottiglia di gel doccia. L'uomo è abbastanza per lavare una persona per il giorno. Una chiave magnetica, e se fossimo semplicemente amici che si separano ogni giorno. Non mi è stata data alcuna informazione su come trovare qualcosa in hotel. Mi è stato dato un buono spa senza dettagli su come trovare detta spa. Non c'era un opuscolo in camera per mostrare cosa offriva la spa e i prezzi. Il menu della TV non funziona. Il lato positivo di tutto è che ci hanno dato biglietti gratuiti per pranzare quando questo non era incluso nel prezzo della nostra camera, ma il pranzo era in realtà peggio della colazione e parte di ciò che hai visto a colazione l'hai visto anche a pranzo. Abbiamo usato i biglietti gratuiti per un pranzo e non ci siamo preoccupati degli altri giorni. Penso solo che si possano fare dei miglioramenti. Dopotutto l'hotel si chiama Global hotel, quindi si dovrebbe fornire uno standard globale.

Il mio piccolo è il riso, quindi sono andato a Hangzhou appositamente per fare il check-in. Sono così felice di poter vivere a Wushanju. Ha una facciata piccola, ma all'interno c'è una grotta, un cortile elegante e silenzioso, ed è molto vicino ai punti panoramici. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto. Il letto al primo piano è molto corto e sembra un materasso. La camera da letto è piccola e può ospitare solo un letto.
