首先説地理位置，還是挺優越的，去哪都不遠，基本都是在20分鐘內的路程，酒店有地上地下免費停車位，車位挺充足，這點對自家人羣挺友好，前台工作人員也很熱情，大堂有百寶箱，很暖心的服務，就是下午茶自助太過敷衍，就那幾種茶，需要自己倒熱水泡，沒有小點心，有待加強，房間還是挺整潔的，網速很快，床墊舒服，空調暖風也很給力，就是浴室花灑水流太小，最好改一下，挺影響洗澡的體感，其他都還不錯

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

La suite è incredibilmente grande, con un soggiorno e un tavolo da mahjong. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel di Taiwoo a Taizicheng, e vorrei ringraziare il membro del personale di front desk Lang (Xiao), che ha parlato bene l'inglese e ha avuto un grande aiuto dal momento in cui ci siamo recati.
Lang ha spiegato pazientemente come noleggiare le nostre attrezzature e gli indumenti per sci, e ci ha detto circa il 30% sconto per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Poiché alcune delle attività libere qui (come il teatro cinematografico e le fonti calde) hanno richiesto un numero mobile cinese per registrarsi, ha usato il suo telefono mobile per registrarli per noi.
Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 bambini, ma il nostro pacchetto includeva solo 3 biglietti per notte per il teatro e/o il cannone. Mi ha aggiunto anche a WeChat e ci ha detto di mandargli qualsiasi richiesta, ha reagito molto, ci ha aiutato a ottenere biglietti aggiuntivi e a fare pieno uso delle strutture dell'hotel.
Le corse sciali di Taiwoo erano anche molto buone, con i principianti, intermedi e avanzati. Ci sono stati molti insegnanti di sci disponibili per le lezioni, viaggiatori per le tratte di principiante, un ascensore a sedie nelle tratte intermedie (Mia moglie è andata in piedi e ha trovato che era molto difficile), e auto a cavo per le tratte più avanzate più in alto.

MMumuqianerCome ci si aspetta da un hotel a quattro stelle di lunga data, il servizio è stato eccellente ed è perfetto per le famiglie. L'hotel è a tema Capibara, con tante bambole di Capibara nella hall e veri animali da nutrire. I bambini possono anche prendere il tè pomeridiano e partecipare a corsi di artigianato con l'argilla. I miei genitori non sono molto abili nell'artigianato, quindi il risultato finale è stato un disastro. Grazie anche alla responsabile della hall, Jia Rui, che è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto a ogni nostra richiesta. È stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

UUtente ospiteRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. UUtente ospiteI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.
