E' buono. Le camere sembrano un po' date ma ok. Ci sarebbe rimasto qui, vicino ci sono dei grandi posti da mangiare, vicino alla stazione Est e è un hotel ben fatto. Il servizio bagagli e il servizio in camera è stato molto buono. Il desk front puo' sorridere più; sembrava un tentativo di dare una seconda chiave di camera. Anche la domanda: “Tieni la chiave di camera o ci la darai se esci?” Questo è strano. Si consiglia il pollo a caldo 200 metri di distanza, molto buono.

每年都要來南戴河玩兒幾次，每次都住龍華園。因為酒店服務很好，員工熱情，房間乾淨。今年還增加了一次性的面巾和浴巾，很方便。這次住的親子房，前台的小姐姐還給孩子贈送了早餐。走的時候也多了份手辦禮。暑期會再過來玩兒，希望早餐能在豐富一些就更好啦。期待中……

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'aspetto è bello, la hall è spaziosa e luminosa, il cortile è ampio e il parcheggio è comodo. Buona igiene, servizio cordiale, bevande gratuite e pantofole per bambini. Il letto matrimoniale ordinato è alto 1,35 metri. È molto comodo dormire in due letti separati, 2 grandi e 2 piccoli. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca e ognuno può trovare qualcosa di suo gradimento. L'hotel è di altissimo livello. Le strutture sono complete e il trasporto è molto conveniente. Se arrivi qui in auto, puoi raggiungere il centro commerciale in pochi minuti, il Baishi Park e la Nanchuan Old Street. C'è una grande area di intrattenimento all'aperto per bambini a Baishiyuan, che costa 10 yuan. È fantastico giocare con i bambini. Bellezza del crisantemo del giardino botanico

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio primo soggiorno all'Hotel Sofia, devo elogiarlo:
1. La posizione è ottima, a soli due semafori dal Summer Resort.
2. La stanza è abbastanza grande e pulita. Le grandi finestre possono vedere il fiume in città.
3. La guida turistica autonoma dell'hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo offre un tour approfondito del resort estivo per soli 9,9 yuan. Altre guide turistiche all'ingresso dell'area panoramica offrono un minimo di 150 yuan e del Tempio di Puning Anche il tour approfondito della guida turistica costa 9,9 yuan. La guida turistica Xiaoyu è molto professionale, bella, paziente e attenta. Lo scenario durante l'intero viaggio è diventato vivido e vivido dopo aver ascoltato la sua introduzione. È molto più economico acquistare il trasporto all’interno dell’area panoramica dall’hotel e puoi anche ottenere molti sconti sul pass per l’area panoramica, il che è un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

I am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The hotel looks relatively new and is family friendly. There is a play area for kids and the hotel also provides some spades and buckets to play at the beach. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still within walking distance to Laohushi sea and not too far away from Geziwo Park. We also booked a room with sea view - we didn’t get a full view of the sea but with the price we paid, it was a good deal. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning service but replaced towels. We also got a free gift (snacks) from the hotel when we checked out. Breakfast however wasn’t very interesting…. We enjoyed our stay at Aishang Hotel.

UUtente ospiteЭто идеальный отель для отдыха с детьми и для посещения Beijing wildlife park! В отеле живут капибары, ламы, козы, кролики, павлины и попугаи, ребенок был в восторге! Детская игровая площадка, большой бассейн на 16 этаже, обязательно берите купальники и шапочки. Есть небольшой тренажерный зал. Такси в Beijing wildlife park стоило всего 15 юаней, единственный минус для туристов , русских уж точно, вы пересекаете границу между городом Гуань и Пекин, поэтому машину останавливают на полицейском пункте, вы выходите, они сканируют ваши паспорта, спрашивают куда направляетесь , номер телефона и тд. При выезде в аэропорт из отеля также останавливали , хотя это было в тот же самый день , поэтому рекомендую выезжать заранее , занимает это вроде минут 15 , но все же будьте готовы, машина такси вас подождет и водитель пройдет в участок тоже с вами. Такси от отеля до аэропорта обошлось 49 юаней ночью. Возле отеля есть супермаркет H+, Pizza Hut, KFC, через дорогу от отеля находится городской парк с детской площадкой и аттракционами. Завтрак в отеле очень разнообразный, наконец то нормальная кофе машина и вкусный кофе , море булочек , варят лапшу , куча разных блюд ! При заселении оплатила 1000 юаней депозитом и потом через 2 дня мне вернулась на карту разница между стоимостью номера 112 юаней, в этом плане тоже все хорошо, я переживала , что разницу уже не вернут. Единственный минус - запах сигарет , хотя нам говорили , что номер no smoking, запах все же был и мы проветривали.

We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

Wwywyzwxx感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語：
首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！
然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！
酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起…
總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.

L'atmosfera è assolutamente fantastica ed è un bel posto per rilassarsi con molte attività da fare, anche se sfortunatamente abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui perché avevamo programmato solo di fare un'escursione a Jin Shan Ling, ma torneremo sicuramente per altre cose il prossimo round!
Il servizio e l'ospitalità sono di prim'ordine e assolutamente grato di avere un personale così gentile che era super cordiale e caloroso. L'hotel era vicino a Jin Shan Ling (a circa 5 minuti di macchina) e si sono persino offerti di accompagnarci e venirci a prendere avanti e indietro dall'hotel e da Jin Shan Ling. All'interno dell'hotel, erano preoccupati che avessimo freddo, quindi ci hanno trasportato nella nostra camera dato che la nostra camera era a pochi minuti a piedi, e ci hanno portato dalla nostra camera all'atrio quando volevamo uscire nelle loro aree relax lì che si trasformavano sarà davvero rilassante.
Servivano pasti super sontuosi tra cui un set di pentole calde che era ottimo per l'inverno e ci hanno persino offerto piatti gratuiti come parte del solstizio d'inverno.
Uno dei membri dello staff, di nome Henry Zhang, ci ha fatto fare un giro nel loro centro espositivo mostrando le varie aree panoramiche di 四季山, 金山岭 e 北京城! Abbiamo apprezzato la condivisione della sua esperienza e la spiegazione ai vari siti di attrazione, abbiamo apprezzato il dolce gesto dato che in realtà non doveva farlo ma lo ha fatto!
La camera era assolutamente fantastica e spaziosa, estremamente pulita e confortevole con stufe all'interno dei bagni, il che era super bello. È stata una buona notte di riposo per noi.
La colazione era composta da piatti locali, anch'essi ottimi e super abbondanti (panini, uova, porridge, bastoncini di pasta, piatti freddi speciali).
Tutto sommato, non abbiamo avuto lamentele dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, l'esperienza ci è piaciuta moltissimo e ci ha fatto venire voglia di prenotare di nuovo presto un altro viaggio qui!
