I booked a double room on Trip for solo travel. It was really good value and a short 10 min walk from the station. I booked this hotel because it was great value and I was day tripping to London and did not want to pay London prices. So budget friendly. This is a great hotel! The environment is friendly and very luxurious. I enjoyed sitting in the foyer drinking coffee. The staff were very polite, efficient and booked me in very quickly. I was given an upgrade to the executive room on the 8th floor. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and super comfy. It had a great coffee machine and extra skin care in the bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed was pristine. It was a great view on the 8th floor. I payed extra for breakfast and it was excellent. I was impressed with the service and choice of hot food. The food was hot unlike other hotel breakfasts. It had vegan and vegetarian options and a very good choice of healthy breads and bagels. I really felt I was getting a high end experience at the hotel. It also had a coffee machine and a bath! I would definitely stay here again because of the quality and the better cost for solo senior travel. I really hope I can stay here again sometime. The efficiency of the trains to London make it an ideal choice for a quality hotel experience without the London prices. This place is amazing! I booked this for Lap of Lights and as Christmas gift for my husband (F1 lover) and everything there is magnificent! Love it so much and will plan another visit next time.

Stavo qui per una convenzione. E'un posto assolutamente bello per stare. La stanza era un po' vecchia, ma molto pulita e fredda - la doccia era grande. Non è un posto centrale, ma va bene se non si vuole ordinare la cena o avere cibo (sarà un po'prezioso), il personale era piacevole, sembrava un po' sottoscritto, ma niente che non rovinasse troppo nulla. La colazione era di grande qualità e copre tutti gli elementi essenziali da scegliere. La scelta delle camere per la convenzione è grande, così tanto spazio in tutte le aree! Non aveva mai avuto un problema con il rumore dei vicini. In generale, raccomandato. Non è una scelta spettacolare, ma una buona scelta.

Grande hotel con vista incredibile dalle camere e dal ristorante e bar al tetto - letti super comodi con eccellenti servizi di tè e caffè - buon doccia e bellissimi prodotti di bagno Elemis. Solo in fondo è stato colazione, mentre una favolosa scelta e una bella varietà di frutti freschi, molti dei prodotti cucinati erano solo caldi e funghi in realtà freddi, siamo stati dopo 9 dopo il colazione potenzialmente stato seduto per un lungo periodo. Altrimenti tutto è grande e sicuramente sceglierebbe di rimanere di nuovo.

Era un hotel standard, si ottiene quello che paga. Il palco è piccolo ma la principale colpa era il riscaldamento non funzionava e era una notte piuttosto fredda. Tuttavia, il colazione era decente. 3/5

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

Grande per una notte rilassante. Bello hotel moderno, grandi camere e servizio. Spa è un po 'di base, ma era buono per quello che abbiamo bisogno per una notte lontano! Molto vicino al centro di Marlow, che è grande da esplorare!

Il 19 febbraio sono rimasto a Holiday Inn High Wycombe, e purtroppo la mia esperienza ha iniziato con una nota deludente. Dopo l'arrivo, sono stato benvenuto e accolto con cortesia dal ricevitore, che mi ha assegnato una stanza di pavimento. Quando entrai nella stanza, mi sentivo immediatamente un forte odore di fumo, che mi faceva sentire incomodo e indesiderato di rimanere lì. Ho contattato la ricezione, e, a loro credito, il membro del personale è venuto a controllare la stanza, e lei ha riconosciuto, si è sentito sinceramente scusata e ha ammesso che avrebbe dovuto essere risolto con il custode. Il hotel mi ha detto che era stato prenotato completamente e non erano disponibili camere alternative. Mi è stato offerto un 30% di sconto per rimanere nella stanza, ma mi sono rifiutato perché non mi sentivo comodo. Il ricevitore ha poi organizzato una soluzione alternativa, trasferendomi a Hampton da Hilton High Wycombe, tra cui organizzare un trasferimento di taxi. Anche se c’era qualche confusione sulla disponibilità della stanza a Hilton, lei si manteneva utile e mi offriva anche un drink complimentare mentre aspettavo. Una volta arrivato a Hilton, la differenza era chiara, la stanza era pulita, fresca e di un livello molto più elevato, che rendeva molto più confortevole per un soggiorno. In generale, pur apprezzando il professionalismo e gli sforzi del personale del Holiday Inn per risolvere la questione, la condizione iniziale della stanza è scesa ben al di sotto delle aspettative.
